Our breaths clouded out in front of us as we turned toward the manor and made a run toward all the commotion. As we ran, the sounds of screams met our ears. I winced at the sound. Rafe wrapped his fingers around mine as we broke through the tree line where chaos was erupting.

  Acknowledgments

Another day, another thank you page. Wow. This book was probably written faster than any of my other’s besides my military romances. This story needed to be told more than any other story I have ever written. It’s so weird how that happens. As I was writing this story, I thought of my own redemption that I had to go through. I hope you know you are never too far gone for love or acceptance. You are never too bad or worthless. You are worthy, even if you don’t think you are. Your worth was determined thousands if not hundreds of thousands of years ago. You are loved. You are redeemable. You are worthy.

Thank you so much, first to my mother. My mother never gets enough credit for things she has done for me and my family but also for me as the child and the teenager. I told y’all in Take Me that the book was for my past self. My mother always saw good in me. She always wanted the best for me. She still does. She was the one that taught me about redemption and forgiveness. Without her I wouldn’t be the person I am TODAY. Thank you, mom, you raised a pretty bad ass chick if I do as so myself ;)

Next I have to thank my husband because somedays I holed myself up in my office all day and got absolutely nothing done but then he would come home and take care of laundry or make dinner. I don’t always express my gratitude eloquently enough but thank you for helping me. Thank you for being here for me. Thank you for being my person.

Thank you to my Mason, my little goober, I hope someday you read these and know how much I love you. I love listening to you play pretend in the other room. Some days when Im having a brain fart, you help give me a break with different words to use. Thank you for having such a wild imagination. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Thank you to my fabulous editor that listens to my voice messages and rambling almost everyday and just goes with it. I couldn’t have done any of this without you. Brittany, you are a gem, don’t ever let anyone tell you differently. Thank you for being one of my people! Also… thank you to your husband Alister, his words of advice and encouragement are always a breath of fresh air. I’ll never get tired of your perfect family. I adore y’all.

Thank you to my friends Tori and Allison, that give me plenty of amazing friend material to write about. I don’t think I would be able to write such great supporting characters without the both fo you in my corner.

Thank you to all of you readers that fell in love with my characters and have stayed for the long haul. I know I write super fast but y’all keep devouring them. As long as you love them, I’ll keep writing them. Thank you for supporting me.
