When a stranger knocks on Pam's door asking for help, she unwittingly invites Pandora's Box into her living room. Pam's dilemma is whether to open it and face the consequences, or leave well enough alone.Pam's peaceful morning is interrupted by an unexpected visitor. Linda has been kicked out of her apartment and is carrying all her possessions in two bags, which are now sitting at Pam's front door. Linda is on her way to a new job and the bags are too heavy to carry, so she asks Pam to look after the bags for her until she gets back from work. Against her better judgement, Pam agrees, but when Linda doesn't return to collect her things, Pam faces a moral quandary. Should she open the bags to see if there are any clues to Linda's whereabouts, or should she respect Linda's right to privacy and keep them, perhaps indefinitely? The Pandora's Box in Pam's living room forces her to confront painful memories of her past and to make a new plan for her future.
