Denise Zen has been having dreams, seeing visions, instilling in her a sense of impending dread more than wonder. Her senses and gifts will prove to be right as usual, when she is contacted by a member of Rome’s Ninth Legion who, along with five fellow legionnaires, and the beings from another world who abducted them nearly 2000 years earlier, arrive to ask her assistance in finding Coventina.
