When Jillian is arrested and accused of being a supremist with the intent of sabotaging the star portal, she’s almost too stunned to protect herself. Her instincts drive her to run when she gets the chance, but since she runs straight into the arms of Faron, chief of one of the savage, native tribes, she isn’t convinced she hasn’t leapt from the frying pan into the fire.
