The combined Starfleet team, led by Captain Kirk's Enterprise, had salvaged an entire colony from certain destruction before house-sized segments of Belle Terre's Quake Moon could slam into one of its continents. Now, dust storms are threatening the small continent of Llano Verde with starvation and Captain Kirk has to bail out the planet once again. Will they be able to do something about the fine olivium dust that is engulfing the very life of Llano Verde?
