The colonization of Alternearth begins with a first wave of settlers. On day 183 all contact is lost. When the connection re-establishes, nothing is as it was. John, a con-man; Peter, his long lost lover; and a fallen goddess must find a way to save both Earths as they approach the next 183rd day.
