In a desolate corner of space sits Earth, target of a much older and far more advanced alien race. Our species' first encounter with theirs on a warm spring day in Manhattan sparks fears of an imminent invasion. In time, the truth revealed will be far, far more sinister. It's not what they take from our world which could doom mankind, but the crap they leave behind. (A dark satirical novelette).
