The Block Series follows a young girl named Akeiyla Beal throughout her journey of living on a block in New York to other locations, her friends, and her becoming a young woman.The Block Series are 3 stories that follow the life of Akeiyla Beal and her journey of growing up. Starting out on a certain block in New York, Akeiyla goes from being a young girl to a young woman and is faced with the challenges of growing up. Also, Akeiyla's friends are with her throughout the trek and support her throughout the stories. Akeiyla eventually moves from being on the block to another location, but she finds her true home and romance.
