  To really experience the law of vibration, it is about attraction and action, an easy effortless cycle where all of your actions are simply to enjoy the fruits of what you attract. Make sure all of your action is inspired action or action that simply causes you to feel good. Also listen to your intuition telling you the way to go and act on it.

  Exercise 1 of 1 - Monitoring Your Mind Mastery Effectiveness

  Knowing your proficiency in each are of Mind Mastery

  Now that you have a clear understanding of the four legs of mind mastery, how do you know how effectively you have mastered each? To help you with this, I have setup a monitor questionnaire for each leg. The monitor will increase your awareness with regard to the level of mind mastery proficiency that you have achieved in each area and also show you where you may need to give more attention to further increase the level of mastery. The Monitors are as follows:

  The True Self Monitor knowing who you are

  My Story Monitor knowing my story, what I want, dream and desire

  High Vibration Monitor knowing how to allow what you want in your life

  Actions Monitor knowing when and how to act to realize your desires

  I have made each monitor a separate document for ease of access and use / reuse. You can access them on my website under the questionnaire section. This would be a good time to review and score the questions on each monitor.

  Below is a scoring guide with regard to how to interpret your results on these monitors. This guide is referring to the average score for each leg. That being said, your average may be high for any particular leg, which is great, but do pay attention to the individual scores in that leg. If the average is made up of a low score, you will want to focus on that low score item so as to improve your mastery of it and the overall effectiveness of that leg. The great thing about the monitors is that they will show you exactly what you need to work on to improve your mind mastery. Remember for best results you need four strong legs.

  If you score 9 or 10 on all of these monitors you are living the life that you want with very little that is dissatisfying and if it is, it does not last as you are quickly able to turn it around with ease.

  If you score 6 to 8 you are living some things you want and some you do not. Pain, dissatisfaction, displeasure and discord are probably minimal and tolerable but there is a risk of those things growing. There may be some things that are pushing your willingness to tolerate.

  If you score 5 or less, you probably are not having much fun in life and your degree of pain, dissatisfaction, displeasure and discord are probably very prevalent, with the lower the score the more prevalent. You probably have pockets of feel good but they are few and don’t last long or you may have one or two things that keep you going but many others that are in need of help.

  Think of the monitors like the instrument panel in a car. The panel has gauges and lights that constantly let you know the status of your driving and of your car. Knowing the status allows you to be in charge of your driving experience. As you watch the gauges and lights you can respond accordingly in real time to correct any issues and enjoy a safe and trouble free ride. Imagine if you did not have a panel, you would not know if your driving speed was appropriate for the zone you were in. Also, you would receive no alerts or see no changes in the operation of the various vehicle systems. The result of course is that you could be driving your car in a way that would either cause you trouble or cause damage to your car.

  The monitors do for your life experience what the panel does for your driving experience. They let you know the status of your mind mastery, or to put it another way, your level of effectiveness in taking charge of the quality of your life experience. As you use the monitors, if you spot an aspect of mastery that you are not using effectively, you can attend to it. That will enable you to continue to attract the life experiences that are desirable and pleasant.

  Without the monitors, we have no early warning that we are using our mind ineffectively and therefore we don’t figure it out until we attract something unwanted into our experience. Also by the time we have the physical experience that we don’t like, it is much more work to turn it around then if we catch it and make changes in the early stages. Think of it like this, if you can stop something rolling down hill before it starts, it’s much easier than once it gets some speed up! If we use the monitors as the early warning sign and make a change before the trouble, life runs much smoother. Another analogy would be this. In thinking about operating a car, would you want to get gas before you run out or after? Same thing with operating your life, would you rather make adjustments before you experience trouble or after, that is the value of the monitors, they allow you to be proactive and keep your life running as you desire.

  Another important aspect about the monitors is that they will show you that you are improving; this let’s you know that you are on your way to causing the attraction of the things you do want to experience in your life as long as you persist in using your mind in the ways that you have learned in this program. Remember, there is a delay in doing the work and getting the results. The amount and speed of change you see is directly related to your dedication to doing the work in this program and therefore sustaining a high vibration. Seeing the monitors increase and even little changes in your life will keep you motivated to continue to do the work and this will cause you to enjoy greater levels of mind mastery and therefore life satisfaction.

  It is imperative to realize that the first “tangible” indicator to tell you that your work is having an effect on improving your life is how you feel. Feelings come first before anything physical changes because feelings drive the vibration which causes the attraction. Further, feelings are the result of thoughts and you choose your thoughts. So in doing this work, what really changes is that you become more aware of what you are thinking and feeling and you start making how you feel your highest priority; not basing your feelings on what goes on around you or the appearances of life, but from what you choose to think about within yourself and what you choose to “see” in your mind. Physical world changes will come as long as you do the work to raise the frequency of your feelings, regardless of what is going on in your world. When you base your thoughts and feelings on the truth of who you are and the laws, this is mind mastery; when you intentionally turn your thoughts and feelings to what you want even when things around are not as you want, then you have mastered your mind. The higher the mind mastery the greater the life satisfaction. When you realize that circumstances are simply the manifestation of yesterday’s vibration, it frees you up to focus on what you want rather than what is physically happening around you. In this program, you have accumulated a tool box of techniques to help you do so.

  Like the car instrument panel tells us about “imbalances” in our vehicle, our body and our life circumstances are excellent at letting us know about imbalances in our energy frequencies. We can hide our feelings with our words and actions, but our body and circumstances make us like an open book, clearly revealing what is going on with our vibration. Where ever you find a body and / or life circumstance with pain, discomfort or dissatisfaction you will find a person that is engaging in low vibration thinking and feeling. Where ever you find a person that is manifesting dissatisfying results, you will find that person is using the law of vibration against themselves instead of for their benefit. The only reason we would do that is out of disbelief or mistrust in the laws, or lacking the truth about our power and / or our persistence to use it effectively. This is why the monitors are so important; they tell you exactly what you need to work on to get the benefits of the laws and of your true power.

  Without knowing the information in this program, most people are oblivious to the shift that is going on in their vibration as related to the happenings and appearances in the outside world. People in general are not aware of the impact of allowing their feelings to go up and down with the events of the day. What happen
s when we attract something good is that our feelings go up, vibration goes up, the body feels good that the attraction of what we desire is in the process of manifestation. However, when we attract something unwanted, we feel negative emotions, our vibration goes down the body feels not so good and our focus is taken away from what we want and put on what we don’t want. When we allow this up and down shift to happen, its like we tell the universe we want our desire, then we tell the universe we don’t want it in a repeating cycle of I want, I don’t want. What we really need to learn is to sustain a high vibration no matter what is going on around us. When we do this, our life becomes more of an experience of easily and effortlessly attracting what we desire rather than wondering what is around the corner. When we do take charge to keep our feelings in a state of high vibration, our body will reflect a much more consistent state of health and well being. This is because a state of high vibration emotions keeps us in alignment with our source self which has the blueprint for perfect health.

  If you were to track how you feel each day, you would see a correlation between what you feel emotionally and how your body feels physically or how you feel from a mental health perspective. In knowing your body responds to your emotions, wouldn’t you rather be the one selecting your emotional state rather than allowing what is going on around you to select them? If you ever experienced deep emotional upset, you would have experienced physical symptoms such as having your energy zapped, lost appetite, having your drive for just about anything taken away, headaches, neck aches and many other physical symptoms. The deeper the upset the more severe the physical symptoms tend to be.

  In the process of monitoring our vibration and mastery of mind, note this, the subconscious mind cannot take a joke. What this means is that whatever feeling you hold, it is the vibrational instruction, period. Your subconscious mind will not sort out what you are sending; it gets the vibration only, no context, no interpretations. So be mindful of sarcasm, slurs or any kind of foolery, or metaphorical thinking. If you continuously tell jokes where you are painting a picture of lacking something in your life, calling yourself a looser or down in some way, or relating such things about the lives of others, don’t be surprised to see that joke turn into your reality. Be very careful with your word-thought-feeling-image combinations, whether it is about you or another, the vibration lands in your subconscious and affects your life. Just listen to conversations around you and watch how many people do this completely unaware of its affect.

  MODULE 3

  Week 20

  Program Summary

  Congratulations on your commitment to yourself for completing this program. I suspect at the very least you have a greater awareness of who you really are; that is, your vibrational nature, your personal power and how the choices you make are the cause for what you experience in your life. You now realize why you are responsible for your life and how to take charge of it.

  You now have the knowledge and the tools to be a master of your vibration and therefore your life. How effectively you use your personal power is up to you, perhaps the most important choice of your life. I suspect that you have realized how radically different nature intended for us to use our mind and live life versus the way we have been taught. You can probably see quite clearly now why your life is the way it is, the good, the bad and the ugly, and how much different it can be if you live in accordance with the truth about yourself.

  If you have been practicing what you have learned throughout the program, doing the things that raise your vibration, you must see some degree of positive change in your life. You have to because your life experience can only ever be equal to your vibration. It’s really just like changing the station on your radio, if you switch to a different frequency; you are going to hear different music.

  Of course to continue to get the benefits of shifting your vibration, you must continue to practice what you have learned until you have mastered it; made it a habit. That will enable you to stay in a high vibration versus slipping back into the old ways. Whether you are learning about vibration (emotional) mastery or mastery of any other subject the process is this; you commit to study, and then you practice by using it every day. By practicing you get experience, and if you make a mistake, you review and reapply what you have learned until you get the results you want and thereby master the subject. To summarize, we get to mastery through study, practice, experience, correction and then repetition. Once we master the subject it simply becomes part of our natural thinking and living, our mind literally wires our brain to produce the responses related to the training. If you want to be a master of your mind, your emotions and your life, and therefore take charge of your life, you will have to train your mind in the ways you have learned in this program until they become a habit. Once you do, you will then be using your mind as nature intended and therefore live a life as nature intended.

  You now a mind mastery tool box full of the tools for shifting your vibration, and the know-how to apply them. If you do what you have learned you will take charge of your life. You also have an “instrument panel” from Week 19 that allows you to keep your mastery in top shape. If you do experience a down turn, the panel can show you what area of mastery needs attention in order for you to return to the results you desire. You are completely empowered to take over your life in every aspect.

  If I could summarize the program in a nutshell it would be this, trust, vision, allowing and inspiration. 1) Believe and trust in your power to attract your desires; that the universe is in full support of your success, behind you all the way to express and experience your desires. Also, the universe supports you to continually increase your life experience through expanding ideas and creativity for greater fulfillment and enjoyment for all, 2) know what you want or want more of in vivid detail, why you want it, or more of it and the feelings associated with it. Listen to your heart, your passions, the things that bubble up into your conscious mind that feel good, 3) Turn away from negativity at all times. Stay in the vibration of the truth of you and life, they are both high vibrations. When you do this you are vibrating at the frequency of your desires and by law they must show up in your life. If you pay attention to the negative you are in the vibration that will manifest the subject of that negativity. Detach from it all together and focus your mind on what you want while living all of the elements of a high vibration that you learned in Module 2. 4) Act on inspiration, when it feels right.

  Along with the previous summary, I would say be patient, persistent and use repetition. You must realize that there is a good deal of negative momentum in your subconscious mind from the faulty beliefs you have taken on about yourself and life. You cannot change them in an instant; you must slow them down, down, down, until one day your new beliefs take over. That being said, as that negative momentum slows down you will see subtle changes that will grow as you move to a new high frequency? This process is not an on / off switch, it is one of gradual change. Think of boiling water, you apply heat and the temperature of the water increases bit by bit until it boils, it does not boil as soon as you apply the heat.

  To illustrate how changing our vibration changes our life, consider the following situation. I r
ead it some time ago in another book related to personal empowerment. You will see the law of vibration is at work as of course it always is. There was a lady who worked in an office. She felt everyone was unfriendly to her in one way or another and it just made going to work very unpleasant. We know from the information in this program that she attracted, through her chosen vibration (conscious or unconsciously) that experience. Anyway, it became so intolerable that she decided to give two weeks notice that she was leaving the job. The thought of leaving put her in a very happy state (high vibration) to know that she would no longer be subjected to the attitudes in that environment. Each day she went to work after her decision, she started to ignore all of the negativity and simply remained in the happy feeling that it was very quickly coming to an end. Unknowingly she used two very important principles of vibrational change 1) she focused on the feeling of happiness 2) she ignored and detached from the negativity; she turned away from it altogether. Knowing she was leaving gave her emotional leverage to cut the emotional ties. She noticed, day by day, as she got closer to her leaving date that her coworkers were getting increasingly friendlier and much to her own surprise, she found herself actually looking forward to going to work. By the end of two weeks when she was supposed to leave the job, she was so happy with her work experience that she decided to stay! What really happened here? As you now know, she changed her vibration and therefore the world around her had to change to match it. That is the only way our life will ever change for us. So the message here is to detach from negativity and practice the elements of a high vibration that you have learned in this program. If you do this, no matter the circumstances, your world must change to match that vibration, it is the law of vibration. The law of vibration will cause you to experience an equal vibration, whether you move, or others change.
