“God. I want you so much,” Tanner muttered.
“I want you, too.” Nico bit his lip softly and took his mouth again.

“Morning.” Katiana smiled at him.
“Morning, beautiful.” Landon stopped in front of her, his chest heaving. Katiana ran her hand down across it and looked up into his eyes. “You are so beautiful, Landon.”
Landon’s hand came around her waist and he pulled her against his chest. Her breath hitched and she looked up into very brown eyes. “You’re beautiful.” Landon kissed her softly. She went limp in his arms and he picked her up.
“Oh, Landon.”
“God you taste good.” Landon licked her bottom lip.
Katiana looked into his eyes. “Do you forgive me for being stupid?”
Landon palmed her face. As angry as he was, he couldn’t imagine not being with her. He had loved her his whole life and he knew he always would. The thought of being in his twenties before he ever got together with her was not pleasant. He had seen how it had affected Stefan. They both heard a car coming down the road and when Landon saw his uncles, he smiled and waved.
“Are you handling my daughter?” Dante looked sternly at him.
“Nope.” Landon smiled and put Katiana down.
“Well, then start.” Kyle laughed and put his hand over Dante’s mouth. “It’s good to see you, Landon.”
“You too, Uncle Kyle.”
They all looked back as another car came down the drive. Katiana sighed and looked apologetically at Landon.
“It’s Joe. I broke up with him at the club and I thought that would be it.”
“I’ll be nearby,” Landon assured her.
He and her fathers went to the house and Katiana waited for Joe to reach her. He took her hand and leaned in for a kiss but Katiana pulled away. “We broke up, Joe.”
“I gave you some time to rethink that decision.”
“I’m not changing my mind; it’s over.” Katiana started walking.
“It’s Landon. I fucking knew it from the way you looked at him,” Joe snarled.
“I’ve always loved Landon, since we were kids and I thought I had gotten over it…” Katiana trailed off.
“You did something with him,” Joe accused.
“I kissed him.” Katiana looked up. “I didn’t mean to hurt you.”
“Did you fuck him?” Joe’s voice went up and Katiana backed away.
“No. I just kissed him.” Katiana moved farther away.
“Where are you going?” Joe snatched her arm. “I dated you for over a year and you never even let me in your pants!”
“Let go of me!” Katiana yelled, as his fingers tightened and she felt the burn in her arm.
“You fucking slut,” Joe hissed.
“Back the fuck off. Right now.” Landon was suddenly behind him.
“I can take you, Reynolds.”
“Then let’s play, bitch. Take your hands off her.” Landon smiled, but it wasn’t particularly friendly.
“She’s not worth it.” Joe glared at Katiana.
“And that’s why you don’t deserve her.” Landon spit at his feet.
Joe squeezed her arm and Katiana took a move from her uncles’ playbook. Her foot came down on his and she elbowed him. Joe let out a stream of curse words and lunged forward. He found Landon in his way.
“Do it.”
Joe looked at him, weighing his options. Landon looked disgusted and turned around. The next thing he knew, Joe was on top of him on the ground. The fight broke out and Katiana was screaming towards the house. Landon was all over Joe now; the first punch he landed sent Joe flying and now Landon was beating the shit out of him.
“Landon!” Katiana screamed.
Joshua flew out of the house and grabbed Landon off Joe. “Get out of here now, asshole, before everyone else comes out!” Joshua shouted at him.
“Son of a bitch!” Landon growled at the bully. “Don’t you ever come near her again!”
Joshua waited until Joe got in his car and screeched off before letting Landon loose. Landon pushed him back and got in his face. “Where do you get off?”
“Landon Jayden Reynolds!” He spun and found his fathers standing in the driveway. Jay looked at his son sternly. “You need to calm down. Now.”
“But, Dad.”
“No, right now,” Greg reiterated.
Jay hugged his son and smiled as the rest of the family poured outside. “It’s not a Young
blood party until someone bleeds,” Jay laughed.
“Amen!” Jordan agreed.
Landon turned to check on Katiana. She was rubbing her arm where Joe had grabbed it. He reached for her hand, looking into her eyes. Landon picked her up and held her in his arms, and Katiana wrapped her arms around his neck.
“Well. Okay.” Jordan smiled. “Let’s go eat.”
“Are you okay?” Katiana whispered.
“I’m worried about you. Are you okay?” Landon put her down and checked her arm.
“I will be.” Katiana noticed he didn’t have a scratch on him. “Wow.”
“What?” Landon smiled.
“My badass boyfriend.”
“Is that what I am?” Landon smiled, looping his arm across her shoulders as they walked to the house.
“I hope so.”
Landon smiled and turned her around in front of the door. He cupped her face gently. “Ask me.”
“Seriously?”
“I’m not easy.” Landon put his hands on his hips.
“I’d do anything to be with you, Landon. If you want me to beg, I will. I know I hurt you.” She stroked his cheek. “Will you be my boyfriend?”
“Yes.” Landon smiled and pulled her into a kiss.
The door opened and several men nearly fell out.
“Oh. The Reynolds kiss.” Jay smiled approvingly.
“Hi, Dad.” Landon shook his head and turned Kat around to face them as well.
Jay pointed between them. “So, you two?”
“He’s my boyfriend,” Katiana said proudly.
“We always knew he would be.” Greg hugged her tightly.
Kyle poked his head out from the back. “Did I hear right?”
“Yep, they’re officially dating,” Jay affirmed.
“Oh, thank God.” Kyle sighed.
Landon went looking for Josh; he wanted to say he was sorry for what had happened. He finally found him on a picnic bench. He sat next to him and reached for his hand. “I’m sorry I went off on you.”
“It was the adrenaline. I know that.”
“Still, you’re my best friend, Josh. I don’t know what I would have done if you weren’t in my life.”
“But I am.” Josh smiled at him. “And I always will be.”
The house was packed as everyone showed up for the May babies’ birthdays. They were still waiting on Viktoriya to arrive and Andrei was watching the driveway. Vince came up behind him and wrapped his arms around his husband. “She’ll be here soon.”
“I have missed her.”
“Well, you can’t blame her for wanting to visit Antonio and Marco.”
“I believe it is their son she is visiting.”
Dante was looking over his daughter with a fine-toothed comb. “Are you okay?”
“Yep.” Katiana smiled and added, “I just did what Uncle Lorenzo taught me.”
“You did well, I take it?” Lorenzo smiled.
“Yes!” She hugged Lorenzo. “I love you.”
“I love you.” Lorenzo smiled happily. “You are with Landon now?”
“Yes.” Katiana watched Landon joking with the rest of the guys.
“Good. Not that you will need it, but he can protect you.”
“Yes, he can.” Her eyes met Landon’s and they gazed at each other.
“Dude.” Jensen waved his hand in front of Landon’s face.
“Yeah?”
“Oh, you got it bad.”
“I always have. What’s up with you, Jensen?”
“Nada.”
“Bullshit.” Landon grabbed his hand and looked around for Josh; he found him and motioned for him to follow.
“Where are we going?” Jensen asked suspiciously.
They went out on the back deck and Landon crossed his arms over his chest. “Spill.”
“What?” Jensen looked from Josh to Landon.
“Oh, come on,” Joshua snorted. “You have been watching Hunter since he got here.”
“And?” Jensen crossed his arms in front of him.
“And, what are you waiting for?” Landon finished for him.
“I don’t know.” Jensen ran his hand through his hair. “We’ve been working hard rebuilding our friendship, I don’t want to rush into anything too soon.”
“Dude. You’re hot, he’s hot, get it on already, little brother.” Josh cracked up.
“Are you sure you’re not gay?” Jensen narrowed his eyes at Josh.
“If I was, I’d hit on Landon first.”
“Oh my God, that’s so sweet Josh.” Landon looked flattered
“I know. I’m a nice guy.”
The party was in full swing and he adults enjoyed watching the kids in the pond. Colin had been cleared to enter the water and Nikolai held him in his arms. Vince and Paul were watching their sons together and Paul told Vince, “Yeah, you guys are paying for that wedding.”
“Well, you’re paying for Phoebe’s,” Heath laughed.
“Yeah? Well you’re paying for Nico’s,” Paul snickered.
“And you will be paying for Lily’s.” Tyler pointed to Caleb.
“Okay, so not fair!” Heath laughed.
“Since Dante and I have the girls, we’re paying for theirs.” Jake smiled.
“Says who?” Dante laughed.
“What is the protocol on that?” Kyle laughed.
“Stefan and I are paying for all of them so stop arguing.” Jordan smiled.
“Dad, you can’t do that.” Heath took his hand.
“We want to.” Stefan smiled at the sight of his grandkids. “They’ve grown so much,” he sighed.
“I know.” Justin smiled. “Jensen went through the roof this year and the food that kid consumes!”
“Our grocery bill alone is obscene.” Brandon smiled at his son.
“Hunter’s the same way,” Brett agreed. “He eats and eats.”
Roman held his husband’s hand. “We hide the food we want.”
Stefan laughed loud and looked at Jordan. “Sound familiar?”
“Maybe just a little.” Jordan laughed.
“Dante.” Greg got his attention. “You really okay with Kat dating Landon?”
“If there’s one guy I trust with my daughter it’s him, Greg.” Dante smiled at Landon.
“I can say the same for Joshua. Jason, he’s a good kid.” Jake smiled at his daughter in Josh’s arms.
Nikolai kept going underwater and Colin tilted his head, watching him. He came back up for air and Colin laughed. “What are you doing?”
“Looking for the rock.” Nikolai smiled.
“You’re trying to find the rock I stepped on?”
“Yep.” Nikolai went under again.
Colin waited for him to come back up and jumped on him. “That is so sweet!”
“I found it!”
“Wow, no wonder it tore me up.” Colin studied the jagged stone.
Nikolai tossed it to the shore.
“I don’t want anything to happen to you.” He rubbed his hands up and down Colin’s back.
“My hero.” Colin batted his eyes.
“Look at them.” Andrei smiled watching his son with Colin. “They are so adorable together.”
“I always wondered.” Paul mused. “But the way Colin reacted that summer Nikolai got hurt? Told me everything I needed to know.”
“We were all connected before we had kids. We always will be,” Tyler declared.
“Yes, we will.” Vince squeezed his hand.
Evan was smiling at Ryan playing volleyball. He was so ripped it was sickening. Evan was by no means small but Ryan stood taller than him and was definitely bigger in the muscles department. Sexy.
“You need a napkin?” Ryan winked.
“Hell, yeah.” Evan smiled.
“Hey. Lover boy. Pay attention.” Jensen hit him in the head with the ball.
“Two points off for unsportsmanlike conduct.” Hunter shook a finger at him.
“Oh, come on!” Jensen laughed.
The ball came flying over the net and Jensen crashed right into Hunter. They went down in the water together and Jensen landed on top of him. They looked at each other and Jensen’s eyes went to his lips, the memory of what it was like to kiss Hunter was right in the front of his mind; it had been explosive.
“Jensen,” Hunter began.
“Sorry.” Jensen got up and put his hand out to him.
Ryan and Landon were watching the exchange and Stefan swam over to see what they were watching.
“Still fighting it?”
“Yep.” Landon sighed.
“Hey, we could play spin the bottle tonight?” Ryan suggested.
“Oh hell, count me out.” Stefan said firmly. “A kiss ruined my relationship.”
“Stefan Youngblood.” Phoebe wrapped her arms around him. “You could kiss me instead. Besides, I’m over that and I trust you.”
“Now that I could do.” Stefan pulled her into his arms.
“Oh, Lord.” Ryan rolled his eyes.
“Oh, go feel up Evan.” Stefan laughed.
“Awesome!” Ryan laughed and swam away.
“Those two. I swear they were meant for each other.” Phoebe giggled.
“We need help, Phoebe,” Landon told her.
“What?”
“Jensen and Hunter.”
“Someone just arrived who I can think can help.” Phoebe nodded to Viktoriya.
“Vikki!” Nikolai ran out of the water and picked up his sister. “I missed you!”
“I missed you!” Viktoriya clung to her brother.
Andrei and Vince beamed as Viktoriya made her way over. “How were Antonio and Marco?”
“Still in love.”
“And Anna and Sergio?”
“They are well,” Viktoriya informed them.
“Vikki?” Jensen called out.
“Jensen Maddox!” Viktoriya squealed. “Look at you!”
Jensen picked her up and held her. “It’s good to see you.”
“You, too.”
Hunter was watching them from across the pond. He felt the stab of jealousy hit him hard. He swam to the other side of the pond and sat on the dock watching them. He knew Jensen loved him but seeing him with Vikki took him back to when he thought Jensen was straight and he had to watch them date and kiss.
