Everyone had alarmed expressions on their faces as they’d never expected something like this happening to Late Immortal Saint Realm Martial Artists. They could tell that the Cultivation Level of the ghosts was at Late Immortal Saint Realm which meant they shouldn’t have been able to take over the bodies of the Late Immortal Saint Realm Martial Artists, as ghosts can only take over the bodies of beings that have Cultivation Levels lower than them.

The seven youngsters that had been sent by the Main branch of Calamity Sect also had stunned expressions on their faces, as they’d never heard of ghosts capable of taking over beings with same the Cultivation Level as them even in the Divine Universe! Information regarding Asuras was quite scarce and not much was known about all the Innate Abilities possessed by them. Additionally, an Innate Ability like Evil boost was one of the Innate Abilities that Asuras rarely use. Most Asuras fight alone and in rare cases, certain Asuras fight alongside millions of their demon followers. As a result, they don’t have much use of an Innate Ability like Evil boost since it required them enslave countless Undead creatures which is a tedious task in the eyes of Asuras. So, it was natural that the seven youngsters from the Main branch of Calamity Sect would have no idea about the reason for the vicious red auras around the wraiths and ghosts.

The expressions of all the Martial Artists inside the barrier changed once again. This time they had fearful expressions and they looked at each other with wariness. They were certain that the hundreds of ghosts that had gone missing had most likely possessed others amongst them. Since all of them had Cultivations levels like the ghosts or lower, it was technically impossible for them tell who’d been possessed by a ghost until they left the Exclusive zone. They were in a bind about how to leave the Exclusive zone without getting attacked by the wraiths and ghosts that had taken possession of their fellow companions.

Isa inside his shadow space couldn’t help but laugh like a retard, as he looked at their fearful expressions. He was truly enjoying tormenting them. He’d had all the ghosts possess the Martial Artists just before they erected the barrier.

“Let’s see what all this youngster from the Main branch of Calamity Sect knows about the Treasure from Outer space,” Isa said to himself as a pleased smile appeared on his face.

One of the ghosts had taken over the body of one of the seven youngsters from the Main branch of Calamity Sect!!!!!

Victor and company, on the other hand, had already left the Exclusive zone quite a few minutes before. The situation outside the Exclusive zone was quite strained since their arrival, as an intense staring competition was going on. Sheldon and Danr were in a staring match with three Martial Artists from the Main branch of the Calamity Sect with Cultivation Levels beyond Immortal Realm.

Victor and company only dared to leave the Exclusive under the protection of Sheldon and Danr, so they stood behind them in silence after leaving the Exclusive zone. Victor then quickly filled in Sheldon and Danr about the situation inside the Exclusive zone which greatly startled them.

The Martial Artists of the Main branch of Calamity Sect with a Cultivation Level beyond Immortal Realm that were staring at Sheldon and Danr without blinking suddenly had changes in their expressions. They’d just received continuous Mental-message transmissions from inside the Exclusive zone from Wayne and company.

“Let them go and we won’t make trouble for you people, otherwise don’t even think about leaving this place in one piece,” one of the Martial Artists from the Main branch of Calamity Sect said with vicious expression. He was a middle-aged man with black hair and mediocre features and was none other than Harsha. The other two were also looking at Sheldon and company with vicious expressions but remained silent.

“You guys started it, so why are you whining now,” Danr taunted as he sneered. They had decided to take advantage of the misunderstanding that the members of Calamity Sect had, as it would allow them to leave for the family clan with ease.

“Do you actually think that we won’t make a move on you guys?” Harsha asked as Miasma erupted out of his body.

“I am sure that you will refrain from doing so, since you care about their lives,” Danr said with a murderous expression.

Harsha and the others had changes of expression, as they looked at Sheldon and Danr icily.

“Then how do you wish to settle the situation?” Harsha asked, as he gritted his teeth.

“Let us go peacefully and your people will also be able to come out without further harm,” Danr said with big smile on his face. He literally didn’t care if the wraiths and ghosts devoured the members of factions that were part of the Star Alliance. He just wanted to make sure that Victor and company returned to the family clan in one piece, which was not possible if Harsha and his companions were to attack them at this moment. Danr and Sheldon weren’t scared about facing Harsha and his companions – but without baggage.

Harsha and the other two looked at each other’s faces before Harsha said, “OK, but if that doesn’t happen, you will regret it.”

Sheldon and Danr nodded their heads as Danr opened a Teleportation portal following which Victor and company quickly entered. Sheldon and Danr were the last to leave.

“Never expected them to come up with such a plan,” Harsha said with a gloomy expression. The other two just nodded their heads in agreement.

Isa asked the ghost who had taken over the body of a young man in his early twenties from the Main branch of Calamity Sect to quickly read all his memories about himself and the Treasure that had come from Outer space as well as any other important matters.

Soon the ghost started telling Isa everything the young man knew including his personal secrets. Isa’s expression turned draconian as he came to know about the real identities of the youngsters as well as the thing that had come from Outer space and a lot of other things about them as well.

“It seems I will have to tell Master about this quickly,” Isa thought to himself.

“Master, I need to inform of you about something important,” Isa sent a Mental-message transmission to Ryan.

Ryan was being updated by Isa every few minutes. So, Ryan knew about the situation in the Exclusive zone and was waiting for some good news from Isa, but he could tell from Isa’s tone that all was not well on his side. He just hoped that he had not encountered a life-threatening situation.

“Isa, what’s happened?” Ryan asked in a worried tone via Mental-message transmission.

Isa then quickly informed Ryan about everything that the ghosts had informed him. Ryan and his Martial Spirits were quite shocked upon hearing all the information that Isa had been able to gain via the ghosts under his control.

“I never expected the identity of those youngsters to be so great. They are disciples of the Silver Oak Sect,” Ryan said to his Martial Spirits with a look of disbelief. Isa had told Ryan everything in detail including the system by which the factions in the Divine Universe were graded – and because of that he was able to fathom the power of the Silver Oak Sect to some extent.

“I am not that alarmed by the identity of the youngsters but the identity of the thing that has fallen from Outer space!” Yama said with an emotionless voice.

“Yeah, even I was shocked to know that someone would actually forge a sword out of the bones of an Asura,” Ryan said in agreement.

“Would it be of some use to us?” Dargar couldn’t help but ask.

“I am not sure, but Death Sword should recover to a very large extent if he fused that sword with his body, otherwise who knows how many years he will spend sleeping,” Yama said with an evil smile. Similar smiles appeared on Ryan, Earl and Dargar’s faces.

“So, we will have to make sure to get it any cost,” Ryan declared. His Martial Spirits couldn’t help but snicker, as they’d already been expecting Ryan to say something like that. Ryan ignored them. If Death Sword was able to recover quickly, he would be a lot more of a help to them. Currently, he could only fight for a few minutes at his full strength, so it was
natural that Ryan was so interested in the Asura Bone sword.

“There is another thing bothering me. Don’t you guys find it odd that the Asura Bone pendant around that guy’s neck didn’t work?” Earl asked. The ghost had also informed Isa that there were protective pendants around the necks of those youngsters that had been made of Asura bone. The defensive capabilities of those pendants were strong enough to even withstand full powered attacks of a Late God Saint Realm being, which was sufficient to keep Kiley and company safe on Grandura. Those pendants were the source of the confidence behind her earlier words.

“Well, that is to be expected. Those pendants are made of Asura Bone so it is natural that they wouldn’t work against a ghost that has received a boost in its capabilities from an Asura. They would have worked with extreme efficiency against a being that was not at all related to Asuras. The higher-ups of Silver Oak would never have imagined that there would be a human with an Asura Martial Spirit on Grandura,” Yama said as a smile appeared on his face.

“That sword is also no different from those pendants. It could easily become a terrifying weapon, but it would lose its might in front of a real Asura or a being related to Asuras,” Yama added after a gap of a few moments. Ryan, Earl and Dargar nodded their heads.

“Since the primary defensive treasure of these youngsters from Silver Oak Sect is Asura Bone pendants, we will have less trouble later on when we clash with them inside the Ancient Legacy Land,” Yama said with a half-baked smile. His words immediately brought smiles to the faces of Ryan, Earl and Dargar.

“So, we can’t let them know that there is someone on Grandura who can endanger their lives. If they come to know about that, they will ask Silver Oak Sect for some other kind of defensive treasure,” Yama added in a deliberate tone. Ryan, Earl and Dargar also couldn’t help but agree with him.

“Isa, can you do something to make the ghost leave the body of the youngster without him or anyone else realizing or noticing the fact that he was possessed?” Ryan couldn’t help but ask Isa in panic via Mental-message transmission.

  “Yes, Master,” Isa replied quickly.

“Then quickly do so. We can’t let anyone know that he was possessed by a ghost including himself,” Ryan said via Mental-message transmission.

“Don’t worry about anything master. A possessed being doesn’t realize that it has been possessed as it falls into a trance. In the trance, it knows everything that is happening around it and thinks that the actions performed by the ghost using its body are being done by itself. It doesn’t realize this even to the bitter end of its life, so Master needn’t worry about anything,” Isa said via Mental-message transmission to ease Ryan’s worries. A smile appeared on Ryan’s face when he heard Isa’s words.

On hearing Ryan’s request Isa ordered the ghost to exit the body of the young man straight away. The ghost followed Isa’s instruction and left the body of the youngster without letting anyone notice or sense its leaving. The young man, on the other hand, didn’t even realize that just a moment ago he’d been possessed by a ghost. The other Martial Artists by his side didn’t realize that the young man had been possessed by a ghost either. The sudden turn of events had shaken them completely, so they were more concerned about their own lives: it was natural that they weren’t keeping an eye on the young man.

“I don’t know who exactly you are, but we have already informed our factions and soon they will be knocking at the doors of Heaven Sundering Family Clan and Eternity Family Clan. So, kindly let us leave otherwise you will be responsible for the destruction of the Heaven Sundering and Eternity Family Clans,” Wayne roared at the top of his voice.

“I want you to hand over the Undead flame. Otherwise, you can forget leaving this place for a very long time,” a cold voice reverberated in the entire area. This was Isa speaking via one of the wraiths. Since a few ghosts had taken over the bodies of the Martial Artists of Calamity Sect as well the youngsters that had been sent by Silver Oak Sect, Isa knew all the stuff that the Calamity Sect had obtained at the auction. Isa had informed Ryan, who had asked him to get the Undead flame from Calamity Sect at any cost.

An Undead flame is a well-known Evil flame, as it can attack the souls of other beings. Undead flame is considered the nemesis of souls. Its ability to destroy souls is even more terrifying than Devil’s flame and Hell’s Fire flame, as it can bypass the physical bodies of beings and directly attack their souls. An Undead flame is birthed after countless years in an area where innumerable Undead creatures have died. It is very difficult for any living being to absorb and most die in the process of trying, but Ryan was interested in it. He was certain that he could use Undead flame to evolve either Hell’s Fire flame or Devil’s flame given the fact that it was as strong as them.

This flame can be absorbed by an Undead creature with extreme ease. It then evolves into a King Category Undead creature. A King Category Undead creature can control other Undead creatures and is extremely difficult to kill. It is like a walking tank.

Calamity Sect had purchased it at the auction for a Grand Elder, who’d formed an Undead contract with a Nightmare Undead creature. In the entire Calamity Sect, only that Grand Elder had formed an Undead contract with an Undead creature, since it is extremely rare for an Undead creature to form an Undead contract. It is unheard of for Undead creatures to form Undead contracts on Grandura. If the Nightmare Undead creature was to absorb the Undead flame, it would evolve into a King Nightmare Undead creature.

A Nightmare Undead creature is a humanoid Undead creature with four arms and three heads. This Undead creature specializes in Soul attacks like most Undead creatures, but it also possesses terrifying strength and can instantly recover from physical injuries, so it can only be killed by Soul attacks. If a Nightmare Undead creature absorbs Undead flame, it will evolve into a King Nightmare Undead creature. A King Nightmare Undead creature had the same Innate Abilities as Nightmare Undead creatures, though they are many times stronger. King Nightmare Undead creatures possess the ability to control a few hundred Undead creatures that are weaker than it, which makes it a dreadful opponent to fight against.

The expressions of everyone from the factions that were part of the Star Alliance changed drastically. Wayne almost vomited blood in anger upon hearing those words.

“Do you honestly think that nothing will happen to those two family clans?!” Wayne roared in anger. The Undead flame was of tremendous importance to their faction, so how could they just hand it over! It could help them in creating a very powerful trump card.

“I am not part of Heaven Sundering Family Clan or Eternity Family Clan, so why would I be bothered if you guys attacked both those family clans? You guys should worry about yourselves. What will happen if I make those ghosts self-destruct the bodies of your companions? I am certain that half of you will die given the Cultivation Levels of your companions,” Isa’s voice once again reverberated in the entire area.

Wayne and others had drastic changes in their expressions on hearing Isa’s words. At that moment they truly didn’t want to piss off Isa in any way at all. They were certain that Isa might actually make the Martial Artists possessed by the ghosts self-destruct, if he was a hired hand of Heaven Sundering Family Clan and Eternity Family Clan or even if had no relations with them. They had no intention of taking any risks with their lives. A Martial Artist with a Cultivation Level of Late Immortal Saint Realm self-destructing is like a nuke going off. They quickly sent a Mental-message transmission to Harsha informing him about Isa’s demands. The expressions of Harsha and his two companions underwent drastic changes and they wanted to go and ask Danr and Sheldon for an explanation, but they dropped that idea thinking that it might be more or less useless given their sect’s relationship with Heaven Sundering Family Clan and Eternity Family Clan.

“Just give him the flame and quickly end this matter,” one of Harsha’s companions sent via Mental-message transmission.

Wayne and the rest could only agree with the instruct
ion of Harsha and his two companions with a heavy heart. This was the biggest humiliation that they’d suffered in a very long time.

“Take it,” Wayne said as he fished out a lamp from his Spatial pouch. The lamp contained the Undead flame. Wayne threw the lamp at the wraiths. One of them caught the lamp and instantaneously disappeared along it. The other wraiths followed behind quietly.

Wayne and the others sighed with relief on seeing that the attacks on the barrier had stopped. Wayne and the others removed the barrier soon afterwards and started to fly towards the exit of the Exclusive zone at their top speeds. The ghosts at this moment stealthy exited the bodies of the Martial Artists and flew towards where Isa was holed up.

Kiley and the other six youngsters from the Main branch of Calamity Sect had animated looks on their faces as they flew towards the exit of the Exclusive zone.

“We should quickly inform the Elders of our sect about those odd wraiths and ghosts. I am sure that they will be genuinely interested in them,” Kiley said with a devious smile on her face. The other six just nodded their heads in agreement. It was clear from her tone that she didn’t have good intentions towards the Heaven Sundering Family Clan and the Eternity Family Clan.

The contingents of the different factions that still had to collect their representative groups quickly came to the gates of Sunshine City after Wayne and company left. They didn’t linger around for long and left as soon as they’d collected their respective representative groups.
