A middle-aged man and a young man were hovering above Sunshine City. Most of the higher-ups of the different factions of Grandura would have been able to recognize the middle-aged man. He was none other than the head of the Grandura branch of the Celestial Auction House, Mu.

“Master, we could have easily captured those weird wraiths and ghosts, if they’d entered Sunshine City,” the young man commented with a sigh.

“Let’s return. There is no point in staying here,” Mu said as he disappeared from his spot. His disciple followed him back to Sunshine City.

The barrier around the Exclusive zone of the Celestial Auction House didn’t have any attacking capabilities unlike the one around Sunshine City. So, the members of the Grandura branch of the Celestial Auction House could only watch helplessly as the wraiths and ghosts disappeared after getting the Undead flame.

  Ch.15

Isa had already returned to Ryan’s side and had already handed him the lamp containing the Undead flame. Ryan had an ecstatic expression on his face as he looked at it.

“Thanks a lot Isa,” Ryan said in deep appreciation.

“Don’t mention it, Master. I enjoyed tormenting those bastards a lot,” Isa said with big smile on his face.

“Isa, I need your help in another matter now. Can you collect a large number of Demonic Treasures and Devil Treasures of Fire Attribute, Poison Attribute and Death Attribute?” Ryan said with a smile.

“I can indeed, Master. Are there any specific types?” Isa asked eagerly, as he always liked it whenever Ryan asked him to do something for him.

“Just make sure that the Evil Treasures that you collect are all extremely powerful and dangerous to absorb even for demons and devils,” Ryan said with a wicked smile. He had decided to take full advantage of his mutated soul and create the strongest ever Evil Avatar since the founding of the Heaven Sundering Family Clan.

“Yes, Master. I will collect them at the earliest,” Isa felt that this task was too easy for him. The Demonic and Devil Treasures that were extremely dangerous and powerful to absorb for demons and devils were lying scattered around the entire Demon Continent and Raksha Continent, as they were of no use to anyone. Those treasures would create themselves a Humanoid body after gaining sentience and would then ascend to the Divine Universe.

“Just take your time. There’s no need to hurry,” Ryan said with a smile and Isa nodded his head.

Isa and Ryan talked for a few more minutes before Isa departed for Demon Continent to collect Demonic Treasures.

Ryan placed the Undead flame inside his Spatial pouch, as he’d decided to absorb it after advancing his Soul Cores to Mid Mortal King Realm.

In the meantime, Solomon was flying through the region of Hell in the Divine Universe that had the most chaotic energies, the region called Chaos. The Elemental Energy of this region was so chaotic it was impossible to open a Teleportation portal to travel to any of the Divine Worlds within the region.

“Did you ask Sheldon and the other kids to kill the followers of Mundus and save those kids,” Solomon said in an angry manner via Galactic Mental transmission orb.

“Yeah, I sent a Mental-message transmission the moment you asked me to do so,” Heron said in a respectful manner via Galactic Mental transmission orb. Herman was also seated along with him in a secret chamber of Heron House and Herman was also connected with the Galactic Mental transmission orb.

The exchange of Mental-message transmissions happened without a time lag within the Divine Universe between the Galactic Mental transmission orbs, unlike when they were used to exchange Mental-message transmissions between the Divine Universe and a Mortal Universe, so Heron and Solomon had no trouble in having a seamless conversation.

“I am going to deal with Mundus once and for all,” Solomon’s angry voice came from the Galactic Mental transmission orb, which scared Heron and Herman. The Mental-message transmission from Sheldon about the safe return of Shawn and company had yet to reach Heron and Herman, so it was natural that Solomon would behave in such a manner. It would still take a few more days for Sheldon’s Mental-message transmission to reach them and by that time there was a very high chance that something might have happened to Archdevil Mundus.

“Father, there is no need for you to risk your life,” Heron tried to reason with Solomon. Heron and Herman didn’t want Solomon to risk his life, as they’d heard about the terrifying might and evil reputation of Archdevil Mundus a long time before.

“Don’t worry about me. I will talk to you after I have dealt with that bastard,” Solomon’s angry voice came from the Galactic Mental transmission orb before the connection between their transmission orbs ended. The fact that he was unable to go and personally annihilate the Calamity Sect frustrated Solomon, so he’d decided to vent all his frustration on Mundus.

Heron and Herman were looking at each other after Solomon disconnected the connection between their Galactic Mental transmission orbs. They just hoped that Solomon would return without injuries.

A Teleportation portal opened in a Fire Attribute Treasure Land of Demon Continent that was shrouded in a powerful Demonic Energy, which had turned the Treasure Land into barren land. The area didn’t have even one blade of grass growing in it, because a Fire Attribute Demonic Treasure had turned the entire Fire Attribute Land into a Death zone. The Demonic Energy of the Fire Attribute Demonic Treasure was dangerous enough to kill even Late Immortal Saint Realm beings instantly, so this Fire Attribute Treasure Land remained desolate at all times.

Isa flew out of the Teleportation portal with a big smile on his face as he headed towards the Fire Attribute Demonic Treasure. He was happiest whenever Ryan asked him to do something for him. He suddenly had a change of expression and came to a halt, when one of the wraiths that he had tasked with protecting Noah sent him information about the plans that Servius and demons from the Main branches of the different Grandura demon factions had for him. One of the wraiths had overheard a few of the higher-ups talking, while it was casually fooling around in its invisible state. A cruel expression appeared on Isa’s face.

“They are going too far – just because I am a Demon Ghost! Good thing that I left wraiths with Noah,” Isa said as he clenched his fist and fell into deep thought. He didn’t fear Servius and the other demons from the Main branches of the different factions as he knew that he would be fine, as long as he stayed away from Servius and other demons that had come from the Divine Universe. He was certain too that as long as he did that, no one on Grandura would be able to find his whereabouts. It was a good thing that he’d kept his distance from Servius and the other demons from the Divine Universe, otherwise he might have ended up in a problematic situation. He didn’t find their presence odd, as the Demon race of Grandura had been threatened by an Oblivion Demon not long ago.

Isa even at this moment was not regretting telling Rashmi and Noah that he’d gained insights in Heavenly Demon Law or her informing other demons about that. He knew that at that moment she couldn’t think of any other way to make the others believe that he was not trying to evolve into an Oblivion Demon, as that would have resulted in other demons venting their hate on anyone related to Isa.

The current situation would have occurred even if she’d hidden the fact that he was the demon from Green Highlands that was supposedly trying to evolve into an Oblivion Demon. He’d had no intention of killing the Oblivion Demon from the shadows to make sure that Rashmi and Noah weren’t inconvenienced by the Twilight Demon Kingdom in any manner. He’d also wanted to inculcate fear in the Grandura branch of Demon Domain about him, as that would make things easy for Shalu and their sons until he could take them with him. The demons of the different factions from Grandura would have been intrigued after seeing him slay the Oblivion Demon. They would’ve then informed their
Main branches and the reinforcements sent by the different factions to deal with the Oblivion Demon. Servius and the other demons from the Divine Universe would have tried to rip him apart to find the reason for his overwhelming strength and powers. So, that situation was unavoidable.

The only thing that worried him was the safety of Shalu and their sons. He wasn’t bothered about Rashmi and Noah as he knew that the Twilight Demon Kingdom wouldn’t dare to do anything to them.

“I will have to quickly create a Demon Skill to display the true power of the Heavenly Demon Laws,” Isa said as an evil smile appeared on his face. This was the true reason behind Isa’s confidence right from the start. He was certain that he’d be able to deal with Servius and the other demons from the Divine Universe, if he created a Demon Skill using the Heavenly Demon Laws. A Demon Skill created by him using Heavenly Demon Laws would be quite powerful given his insights and understanding in Heavenly Demon Laws. He’d decided not to tell Ryan about it, as he felt that he should be able to deal with the entire problem on his own. His confidence also stemmed from the fact that he knew about the level of combat prowess that the beings from the Divine Universe were able to use on Grandura. He was certain that given his present strength he’d be able to deal with them.

Isa’s insights and understanding in Heavenly Demon Laws had already reached quite a high level considering his Cultivation Level due to his Asura Physique and the extremely pure Death Elemental Energy from Death Sword. This was something Servius and the other demons from the Main branch of the different demon factions had no idea about. They were under the impression that Isa had gained just an inkling of insight and understanding in Heavenly Demon Laws. They weren’t wrong in thinking that way, as a demon would require an extremely pure form of Elemental Energy to increase his or her insights and understanding in the Heavenly Demon Laws. Such high purity Death Elemental Energy wasn’t found on Grandura.

Just like Spirit Humanoid races, the Demon race can also use Elemental Laws to create Martial Skills which the Demon race called Demon Skills. The need of Demon Skills arose when the number of demons with lower bloodlines started to increase and the ones with higher bloodlines decreased substantially. Demon Skills allow even demons with mid-grade bloodline purity and low-grade bloodline purity to have powerful attacks in their arsenal just like the ones with higher bloodline purity.

Until now, Isa had been able to use the Heavenly Demon Laws to increase his combat prowess as well as the power of his Innate Abilities to a large extent, but he could tell that they could still be used in numerous other ways. He’d come up with a number of ideas to create a Demon Skill or two while keeping a tab on the activities happening within the Exclusive zone of the Celestial Auction House. He’d had nothing much to do at that time, so he’d decided to use the time for doing something productive.

Isa descended to the ground and took a deep breath and large quantities of Baleful aura erupted out of his body as he started to fuse Heavenly Demon Laws one after the other to materialize the ideas in his head. The Baleful aura erupting out of his body quickly spread over a large area. He’d decided to try to create a Demon Skill within the Fire Attribute Treasure Land as he’d learnt his lesson from the last time. He knew that no one would come there to disturb him or be attracted there because of his Baleful aura.

This continued for a day before a blood-red Domain appeared around Isa. The Domain was entirely made up of his Baleful aura and had countless runes on it that gave off a very powerful vibe. This wasn’t a Domain intrinsic to Demon Ghosts, but a one that Isa had created using Heavenly Demon Laws.

“Finally, I can pay a visit to Demon Domain,” Isa thought to himself as an evil smile appeared on his face, as he sat down to replenish the Death Elemental Energy in his Elemental Core. He opened a Teleportation portal to Demon Domain once he was finished replenishing his Elemental Core. The only reason Isa was able succeed so quickly was because he possessed an Asura Physique that allowed him to use Heavenly Demon Laws with extreme ease just like a real Asura.

A Teleportation portal opened in the sky near the Headquarters of Demon Domain. The Teleportation portal immediately alerted all Immortal Realm demons of Demon Domain and a few of them immediately appeared near the vicinity of the portal.

The demons had slight changes in their expression when they saw Isa fly out of the portal. Isa had decided to take Shalu and their sons away from Demon Domain, since he now had the confidence he could take them away, even if the demons from the Main branch of Demon Domain were to interfere.

Isa was currently the most famous demon in Demon Continent. He was considered as the Hero of the Demon race by the demons of the weaker demon species, though the demons of the powerful demon species didn’t think that way. They hated and cursed him in their minds, as they didn’t deem him worthy of gaining insights in Heavenly Demon Laws.

“So, he is finally here,” Servius said with guffaw.

“Ancestor Servius, I think we should let Shalu have a go first. Who knows?! The Demon Ghost might agree to baptize all three demons from our faction without putting up a fight,” the Head of the Grandura branch of Demon Domain said with extreme respect. He could tell what was going on in the mind of Servius.

“OK, I will allow that little girl to try once, but if he refuses then I won’t hold back from killing her in front of that Demon Ghost,” Servius said with a cruel smile. The Founder of the Demon Domain had specifically instructed Servius and the two other demons who’d been sent from the Main branch of Demon Domain to anyhow get Isa to baptize at least two demons from their faction.

Isa wore a poker look on his face as he looked at the demons of the Demon Domain trying to block his path.

“Protector Shalu will be coming to meet you here,” one of the demons said in an arrogant tone.

“I will wait here then,” Isa said in an emotionless voice. He could already feel the presence of three existence above Immortal Realm within the Headquarters of Demon Domain.

The entire Demon Continent went into overdrive the moment the information about Isa’s appearance near the Demon Domain’s Headquarters was sent by the different spies that were posted near Demon Domain’s Headquarters by the other demon factions of Grandura. Spies were also posted in Heavenly Demon Capital, as the other demon factions of Grandura had known that Isa would appear in one of those two places.

All the demons that had Cultivation Levels beyond Immortal Realm in the other demon factions immediately headed to Demon Domain’s Headquarters.

Shalu had very complicated feelings at this moment as she flew towards Isa who was hovering in the sky at some distance from Demon Domain. A wide smile appeared on Isa’s face the moment he saw her.

“It’s been a while,” Isa said with a tender smile when Shula stopped some distance away from him.

“Yes, it has been a while,” Shalu said with a stiff expression.

“Leave quickly! An ambush has been set to trap you. My faction wants you to baptize demons from its Main branch,” Shalu sent a Mental-message transmission the moment she’d finished speaking.

Isa’s expression didn’t change by much as he’d been expecting something like that to happen sooner or later. The fact that Shalu was concerned about him even after all these years made him extremely jolly deep down, though he didn’t show it on his face.

“There is no need to worry about me. I came here to specifically take you and our sons away from Demon Domain with me,” Isa said via Mental-message transmission with a big smile.

Shalu’s expression underwent a drastic change and she wanted to beat the shit out of Isa at that moment for taking such a risk.

“Idiot! They have already placed Enslaving seals on me and our sons. We have no chance of survival so quickly run before they also get you and force you to baptize demons from my faction’s Main branch. They will get rid of you after that too. The demons from the powerful demon species are unable to tolerate the fact that you were able to gain insights in Heavenly Demon Law
s,” Shalu said in angry manner via Mental-message transmission.

“Tch, tch, Shalu! You have failed us!” Servius clicked his tongue as appeared out of thin air some distance away from Isa and Shalu. Having lived for countless years Servius could already tell that Shalu had betrayed them by telling Isa of their plan.

The companions of Servius soon appeared next to him with two unconscious Redback Demons.

“Carolus and Rohit,” Shalu shouted seeing her sons unconscious. Isa’s expression turned bloodthirsty as he looked at Servius and his companions.

“Isa, I will come to the point directly. Just baptize three demons from my faction and I will let Shalu and your sons off the hook,” Servius said with a devious smile on his face.

Isa continued to look at Servius and his two companions with a bloodthirsty expression.

“The lives of Shalu and your two sons are in my hand. I can kill them with single thought so don’t even try to oppose us, as that will result in their deaths,” Servius threatened in a mocking tone. He could tell Isa’s intentions from his expression, so he’d decided to use Shalu, Carolus and Rohit to affect him mentally to make him fall into a state of hopelessness.

A number of portals unexpectedly opened in the vicinity of Isa, Shalu and Servius and his companions. The expressions of Servius and his two companions changed drastically as they’d not been expecting such a fast response from the other demon factions. A number of demons from the Main branches of the different demon factions of Grandura flew out of them.

“Servius, don’t you think that your Demon Domain is being too greedy! You are trying to hog all the good fortune of the entire Demon race to yourself,” Lana said with a hysterical laugh.

“Lana is correct,” Dan said as he looked at Isa and licked his lips. Isa was no different from a rabbit in his eyes.
