Fateful Italian Passion

“Okay, forget about it!” Milano waved his hand. “I came to discuss our wedding.”

Veronica stared. She had thought that Milano wanted to get rid of her, and not to drag this heavy burden all his life. It turned out; it was the opposite. He wanted to have a tête-à-tête about their upcoming nuptials.

“Don’t look at me like that, Veronica. It’s true.” Milano bowed. “We should do this as soon as possible so people won’t whisper in the corners when they see your belly. If a wedding in a church is tedious for you, it can be omitted.” He said though he hoped she wouldn’t refuse it.

“No. I’m all for it. But if you’re not happy about it...” Veronica shouted, vigorously throwing her arms up and then dropping them down.

Milano began to get angry. “Damn it, Veronica! Again, you annoy me.”

“As if you don’t...” She snorted, even though her whole body ached with fatigue.

“Oh, such a stubborn Amazon...” Milano uttered with a smirk, touching the tip of her nose. Veronica shyly lowered her head.

“And where’s Francesca? She was with me when I fainted—”

“Wait!” Milano suddenly stopped Veronica mid-sentence. “You fainted? What the fuck? No one told me that!” He raised his voice instantly.

“Probably because they were afraid of your anger...” Veronica burst out laughing, still not able to believe that Milano flew from work so fast. He now sat next to her, gently stroking her waist. It was some sort of fantasy, bordering with reality. It was like a fairy tale.

“Probably...” He grinned, agreeing with his earth goddess. “Do you feel better now?” He put a palm on her forehead, checking her temperature.

“Thank you, Milano. I’m feeling well. Oh, God! I completely forgot that I didn’t do any chores!”

“You shouldn’t get up, Veronica...” Milano ordered her, frowning. “You have to stay in bed until you recover. So, try to clear your mind and relax. If necessary, Francesca can cook for today. I’ll make sure Gloria is here tomorrow to assist you in everything. She is a housekeeper at my parents’ house and my ex-nanny. She is a reliable person, cara.”

Veronica buried her head in Milano’s shirt, smiling at the way he controlled her actions. It meant she was wrong to think that he didn’t notice her and didn’t care about her condition. She was wrong about his feelings, especially now. Milano’s fingers crept under her cotton blanket and crawled in the right direction. Veronica moaned, feeling Milano’s palm on her thigh.

“When you’re such a rebel, I want you to faint during our sex. But I’m guarding you and our baby. Clear?” Milano stated.

Veronica chuckled. “Oh Jesus! Is there any part in your brain that is not filled with thoughts about sex?”

“I think sex is my addiction...” He mumbled, chaffing his nose near her neck. “Can I gift you something special?”

  “Like what?”

Milano quickly got out of bed and locked his door. Reaching Veronica’s feet, he slowly raised her blanket to see her bare legs. Veronica squeaked, feeling his hands on the sensitive area between her thighs.

“Pleasure recovers people, trust me. Only sex saved me when I couldn’t imagine life after breaking up with the old Italian woman.” Milano’s avowal sounded without joy. He was subdued.

“She never loved you, and she wanted only your body. When you realize that, Milano, you will be free from that pain.” Veronica lifted his chin and gazed into his doleful eyes. He had to believe her sincere words and stop looking at the past. He had to live on.

Milano was immersed in his passion already and followed his desires. He continued to raise Veronica’s nightgown, being sure that his Amazon won’t succumb to his sex tricks. But Veronica already melted in his arms, like clay in a potter’s hands. Milano was the greatest master, and she was a slave to his beautiful art.

“Mino...” Veronica croaked, while her man made her feel all the colors of her outstanding emotions.

“My chocolate bar, be patient. You haven’t warmed up...” Milano noted. His tongue continued to torment her entrance and as an artist, delineated every line of it. His tongue made Veronica bite down on the pillow with her teeth, unable to cope with what her seductive man did to her.

“Oh, please...” Her entreaty was so appealing that Milano fulfilled her wishes. Soon Veronica’s intimate place vibrated from an intense orgasm, giving all its vehemence to Milano’s tongue. A satisfied grin reappeared on his face.

“Thank you, darling. It was indescribable!” Hugging Milano, Veronica exclaimed from delight.

“I am happy that you feel much better.” He shared his thoughts, continuing to hug his goddess. But he didn’t let her to stand up from the bed when she moved. “Veronica, you might lose the baby if you don’t follow the doctor’s orders and stay in bed. So, you better wait before you take any trips.”

“Okay…” Her voice jingled like glass. “I will obediently stay at home.”

“Nikky, tell me frankly. Why were you eating so poorly? Why did you want to bring yourself to this condition? Why?” Milano was despondent.

“I felt like dying every day when you slept alone in that armchair. You came home late, and you didn’t touch me anymore. Admit it. You have another woman, right? If so, then I’ll go and—”

“I’m not deceiving you, damn it! You have to believe me!” Milano interrupted her in a sharp tone. “All the more you won’t run away from me, you crazy girl! Francesca told me everything about you. So now, Nike, you are under my supervision. Think of it as tyranny or despotism, but I’m going to force you if you don’t listen to me. Here, you’ll see. Milano Veneziani never loses!”

Veronica snickered, going back to bed. “Sounds ominous...”

“You were supposed to know this trait of my personality, dear, for these past months,” Milano replied to her with tension in his voice.

“I know.” Veronica raised her eyes to look at Milano and smiled at what she read in them. This Demon wouldn’t let her go anywhere. He will follow her wherever she goes because she was his life’s way.

Hugging his neck, Veronica touched Milano’s lips with a swan’s grace. And to her joy, Milano didn’t reject her, but moved closer to her, sharing this beautiful kiss with his lady. His passion was so dangerous for Veronica; she always burnt in it like a mere matchstick. Her feelings didn’t belong to her. They decided everything for her.

Hearing the low moan of Milano, Veronica broke away from his lips.

“Why did you interrupt the kiss?” Milano mumbled, reaching to kiss his fairy once more and held her tightly in his embrace.

“Because I know the result of such a kiss...” Veronica laughed, despite how bad she felt a few hours ago. Milano’s arrival raised her mood in seconds; she began to feel alive.

“Don’t be afraid, sunny. Nothing will happen...” Milano said, running his index finger over her chin. “No sex today. The doctor’s forbidden it.”

“Well, if that’s so, then hold me tight, baby.”

Milano lay down next to Veronica, embracing her as she wanted. Veronica wiggled for a long time in bed, not knowing how to lie more comfortably. In some minutes she laid her head and palms on his chest, stretching herself out under the blanket. She was amused that Milano endured everything and didn’t show any displeasure at her annoying movements in the bed.

Today, he was a different Milano Veneziani. He was very affectionate.

“So, is it comfortable for you now?” Milano wondered with a smirk.

“Yep.” Veronica smiled at him, starting to unbutton his t-shirt and gliding her fingers down his tough biceps. She did it like she had a purpose to excite Milano.

Milano got defensive. He couldn’t let this lead to sex with Veronica. He immediately stopped her hand, caring about her condition.

“Nikky. I said this is forbidden.”

“When you’re around, I don’t need sex. Just by lying down with you, my condition is improving rapidly.” Veronica tittered.

  “I
think, it’s impossible to build a relationship with me; I like to spoil and break everything. I’m worthless, sugar.” Milano’s heavy sigh talked clearly about his inner insecurity. He wanted to be the perfect man, no matter how arrogant he looked on the outside.

“Just believe that you are capable of a lot more!” Veronica raised her head and grinned at him.

“You will be disappointed in me, Nike. You love the image you have created of your Demon. The real Milano is much worse. He is more heartless, more abnormal and more frustrating than me, fake.”

“Milano! You’re not fake!” Veronica didn’t agree, raising her voice, even though Milano tried to convince her otherwise. She didn’t understand why he saw his future only in dark colors. Why did he have such low self-esteem?

“Anyway, you will see...” Milano muttered to her.

“You will stop being such a stubborn man by then.”

Milano laughed, listening to Veronica’s clever words. She was unique and incredibly smart. He could only dream about such a woman, and here, she appeared in his life. Now Milano needed to make an effort not to screw up everything.

“Kiss me...” Veronica whispered, looking into the eyes of her beloved and searching for some hint of deep feelings in them.

“My reply to this will be like death to my body.” Milano was cunning. He ran his hands over her silky hair and moved to her little ears.

“But I want to feel your sweet kiss,” Veronica requested with pleading eyes, and Milano didn’t upset her by his refusing; he gently turned her on her back. He sweetly kissed her chin and then sucked her slender neck.

Veronica was immediately covered with an easy languor of forgotten sensations and her fingers dive into Milano’s thick curls. Her steep thighs clasped Milano’s strong torso, and he immediately breathed out. His manhood nestled in her small cave and never wanted to leave, and Veronica’s motions informed him about closer contact. She didn’t give up.

“Nikky,” he growled. “What have you done to me?”

Veronica giggled. Her man’s penis strongly pulsed near her thigh.

“You don’t like to listen to me, naughty one... do you?” He spoke with a sexy note in his voice.

Veronica reddened, knowing how right he was. She only wanted to listen to Milano, so she didn’t say a word.

“I don’t know why it happened, but for almost three months I didn’t sleep with you.” Milano continued. “So, don’t mock me, please. I beg you. You have to understand it, cara.”

Such a frank conversation was very hard for Milano because he never was so sincere. Especially—in the company of a girl like Veronica.

“Pull someone else’s leg, not mine!” Veronica confronted him. “You’re so obsessed with sex, and I don’t think that you were faithful to me...”

“That’s the damn truth, Veronica!” He poked.

“Okay, okay. Don’t boil, my tiger.” Veronica patted him on the shoulder, extinguishing his irritation. “Then how did you survive all these months?”

“I masturbated.” Milano blushed a little bit, opening up to her about his male secrets. He never was shy when talking to his girlfriends about it, but Veronica radically changed his nature and his behavior.

“So you satisfied yourself?” Veronica bit her lip, imagining how hot it would look from her side. She will help him in this thing without a doubt and absolutely participate in it. Oh yes. Her Demon spoiled her regarding morality.

Milano nodded his head ‘yes’, without looking up at Veronica.

“Oh, you are such a rascal!” Veronica let out a laugh, pinching her man’s earlobe.

“Don’t flirt with me, cara. Don’t provoke me to possess your body, despite what your doctor said...” Milano snarled. “I have to go cool off in the shower.”

“Hope you don’t freeze the special limb on your body!” Veronica joked, lightly slapping Milano’s ass.

He scolded her with reproach in his eyes. “Nike...”

“What? I’m your rascal, right?” Winking at him, Veronica burst out laughing.

Milano slid a hand over her cheek. But cursing, he immediately left the room. Soon returning to the bedroom after a cold shower, Milano sat on the bed. He silently watched his goddess as she watched him. He had already dreamt of his future life with this amazing but argumentative Amazon.

However, something kept Milano from taking the step to link his fate with Veronica. His consciousness told him that he would be making a mistake if he allowed Veronica to enter into his rigmarole of philandering and change everything at her will. He was convinced that it wouldn’t end well and it would turn into his worst nightmare. But still, his inner voice forced Milano to follow Veronica, be next to her. His inner voice forced him to believe that Veronica was the only one who was capable of coping with his disorder. Milano’s inner voice told him to be close to Veronica whose character and personality drew him to her so much. But Milano was a coward, afraid of the new feelings that could destroy his sex castle.

Sink or swim. Milano concluded in his mind, daring to take such a big risk.

Unexpectedly someone knocked on his door, drawing him away from his thoughts.

“Milano, Veronica, can we come inside?” Lucenzo asked in a mild tone, standing at the door of his brother’s room with Francesca.

“Of course, come in,” Veronica replied, straightening the long blanket that laid under her. She also saw how Milano tucked her into it and gently covered her with a plaid. Veronica felt an extra burst of energy from her Demon while he so diligently cared for her.

  Soon Milano opened the door.

“You look better...” Francesca shared her observations, as she went in, studying the state of her friend Veronica. “But I don’t even want to think that it is thanks to Milano!”

Veronica showed her only a stretched smile.

Lucenzo caressed Francesca’s shoulder, as if telling her that he wasn’t happy with quarrels in their home. He didn’t like to hear accusations against his eldest brother, even if they came from the lips of his fiancée.

“Did I say something wrong?” Francesca followed with a murderous look, from Lucenzo to Milano and then to Veronica. She was slightly taken aback by Lucenzo’s behavior. He wasn’t protecting her now.

“Fra!” Lucenzo tilted his head to the right as if urging his favorite woman to cool down. Although seeing that she was not in the mood today, because of Veronica’s fainting, he didn’t press her.

“Francesca is right, Lucenzo. I am the cause of Veronica’s condition.” Milano spoke firmly, rising from the bed. He already thought about leaving the room.

“No, Milano! Wait! Come here and sit alongside me.” Veronica called out to him, slapping her hand on the bed, on the spot next to her. She didn’t sustain his hasty decision.

“But, Veronica. You must take care of the baby. Milano has a fair point!” Francesca urged her friend, putting her hands on her hips and sternly gathering her brows.

“Exactly!” Milano continued for Francesca. “Cara, listen to me. I’ll give you some freedom for the next few days. I’m going to Spain. My construction project was approved, and a residential building will soon be built in Barcelona. There’s a perfect landscape, and the detailed view will satisfy all the preferences. But I need to check it out as...” Milano wanted to finish his speech but understood that he wouldn’t have succeeded. He heard the disgruntled scream of his fallow deer Veronica which was clearly against his ideas.

“All of you! Stop deciding for me, god damn it!” Veronica yelled at them, while Lucenzo and Francesca looked at her, totally baffled.

Only Milano understood Veronica. Over the couple of months that he has been living with her, he studied his goddess’s character very well. He gave a sugary smile, occasionally batting his black eyelashes.

“Take that smirk off your pretty face, Milano. You’re playing along with them!” Veronica rebelled against the trio, flailing her arms in all directions.

  Milano suddenly burst out laughing,
clutching his stomach.

“Now I understand why you are together. You look like one set of temperamental twins.” Lucenzo twigged, occasionally looking at Veronica and then at Milano. They were like two tongues of flame which couldn’t be stopped if they showed their true strength.

“Your discernment, brother, as always, is beyond all praise!” Milano chortled at Lucenzo’s wittiness and his knowledge of the relationships within the family and outside of it.

“And I’m the evil witch who is against Milano, right?” Francesca told them offensively, puffing out her lips and looking at her friends, who smiled at her in response.

“Fra, dear. You are the light of our lives! We owe you a lot.” Veronica put in a good word, supporting her friend as if she was her sister.

“And I love you too...” Francesca told Veronica, walking toward her and warmly squeezing her hand. “I’m so glad you’re fine, sweetie. I need to do some cooking now. I have my hands full!”

  Francesca put her arms akimbo.

“I remember your cooking. I have tasted pasta all these months; even I am fed up with it.” Lucenzo ironically uttered, razzing his beautiful fiancée. Francesca gasped, playfully brandishing her fists at Lucenzo and pounding his sturdy chest. Lucenzo grabbed her elbows and kissed each of them with a special passion.

Francesca immediately calmed down, despite the feelings that raged inside her, like hot lava. She easily coped with them.

“Bene. We will go and make something for you.” Francesca grinned, taking Lucenzo by his hand and leading him out of Milano’s bedroom. Lucenzo laughed, understanding why his fiancée pushed him out―Milano and Veronica needed their space.

“We will be waiting...” Veronica agreed, happily looking at her beautiful Demon, who stood near the door and watching Francesca and Lucenzo leave their room.

“Deal. We’ll be back in half an hour, lovely doves. But if you hurt Nike, Milano, you will get it in the eye!” Francesca threatened Milano with her fist and locked the door behind her.
