Intoxia Warriors - Mizuka Blood (Book One)

She's learned that the Aruba and Mizuka families were allies. Sadly from Black's perspective, he'd always viewed them as enemies as well; making his trainee feel confident enough to believe that Lola's never been as faithful with honesty as she's claimed.
Telling her the truth about Diamond wasn't the easiest thing for me to say to you, young one. But it's exactly what you asked for. Know when it comes to a life or death situation, there are no excuses as to why you didn't win.

"The revolution of the Aruba Beast is more than a legend. If I recalled correctly, the woman who wielded the Diary Symbols before Diamond and Crystal was a woman known as Deima C. Aruba," Lola uttered to Tornado, who had listened on, as well as the others. The rough dscription she's been bringing to the table had made more than enough sense to Tornado as to why Diamond had to give up so much."
"You're right, Lola. The Symbols are artificial abilities that people, worldwide, are killing each other for. From organizations, to companies, to others armys to Governments. The list just goes on. Ninety percent of these people are determined to use that power for their own selfish goals," Tornado replied.
"I do have a question to ask, Lola," Alex asked without even raising his arm up.
"Speak your mind," Lola allowed, even though she knew Alex will speak his piece regardless.
"The Diary Symbols. Was there any possible way in how they were created in the first place?" Alex seemed concerned about the Symbols more than Lola had realized.
"According to the book of Mysteries Among The Symbols; they were ultimately created with the unbearable powers of a creature named Kuronina," Lola wanted to be sure and clarified that it was the correct theory she had. "But for some reason, I get this horrible feeling that there's more to the Symbols than I can educate you on."
"If that's the case, when I was thinking about these Symbols from a while ago, I had always thought that these were like typical powers that could be rivaled by other abilities from other families all around the world," Alex said intelligently.
"Here's the problem with that theory, Alex," Lola corrected. "The Diary Symbols were created by the Avarian Beast of the Aruba Bloodline, one that came before Kuronina. The Symbols were created the same day Kuronina was born. It's been concluded by the legends of the Aruba family that the Symbols only be held onto by people who shares the same blood as Deima Aruba, who was the first woman, alongside Black, to even encounter the beast back in their time."
"Oh," Alex replied with his arms crossed and back leaned in the chair. His intellective skills are on the same level as Hiba's but Lola's knowledge of the Symbols are even greater. "Well, all I can really say is that there can be a possible way that we can help prevent this from happening."
"That is very thoughtful of you, Alex. I'm surprised that you're taking more seriously than I anticipated," Lola admitted. "I do say that there's a few things that you all must understand if I were to die in combat next month."
"What's that exactly?" Sonya asked with worried
"If there is neither place called Heaven nor Hell, then I will remain breathing the same air as you," Lola said confidently. "That means that we won't lose this battle as long as we work as a group. Because you must learn that it isn't just the fact that Crystal's life hangs in the balance, but it's also the fact that the fifteen-year slumber for Kuronina has yet to reach it's monthly climax. So, I need you all to be tough and strong for me and everyone else. This is going to the most important mission of your lives and yet this is the first mission that I'm forcing myself to give not only you three, but myself, Tornado, Shizuka and Brook as well. Not to mention Hiba. Hiba will be in charge of the group."
Alex immensely displeased Lola's decision of Hiba being the squad leader, "I don't find it appropriate."
"Minds as well get used to it, buddy," Hiba said from the entrance of the door. Her hands are placed upon her hips as she spoke fiercely. "You'll obey my orders. Like it or not."
"Well, that's bullshit. Why should I take orders from someone that I don't even like?"
"Alex, come on. This isn’t the time to be fighting right now. We're already preparing for a fight. I know that you and Hiba don't get along so well, but she's been on more assignments than you have. Sure you're a lot more courageous when it comes to battles, but that doesn't mean you have the mentality of making leader choices."
Lola's logical assessment had made Alex reconsider his choices. However, he swore that he wasn't going to make any promises into taking any directions from Hiba, the gal whose been a part of the army for three years and a month; hence, she’s had been devoting her time into making a huge difference in the organization ever since.
"This is bull," Alex launched his back against the chair with his arms crossed. "I'm not following her directions, Lola. Forget it. That's bullshit. No. I'd rather be bossed around by you than her."
Lola and Hiba groaned frustratingly.
"Alex, you may be older than Hiba by two years, but that doesn't mean that you're more mature than her. Maturity is everything. Aging comes along with experience, but that doesn't equate to maturity," Lola spoke truthfully. "This conversation is closed."
"Good, I'm going back in the front to have a drink," Alex stood quickly.
Confused and amused by the personality of Alex's mind, and perspective of things gave Lola the idea that he's always prepared to take on anybody, regardless of the species, the rankings, the titles. No matter who he's up against regardless of authorities, he'd always maintain the personality he's had ever since the day he became an orphan.
"That boy is something else, isn't he?" Tornado chuckled. "But hey, you do have to admit that he's never feared anyone, for the most part."
Lola smile lightly, but not long enough for everyone to notice, "Hey, I told him a long time ago that he has no limits or knows no boundaries for his courage."
"We'll continue this conversation by the time we get to the Western Facility," Tornado added, lifting himself from the chair and walking in the other direction. "I do need to analyze the packet for why the Bloodlust Revelation Sheruga DNA."
Hiba, in the meantime, sat down to have a word with Sonya about the mishap that occurred a while ago. Normally she wouldn't bring it up unless it was involving one of her friends or allies.
Hitachi went outside after Alex to see if he'd cooled down after his outburst. He understood his closest friend never showed any sympathy or makes no apologies for the things he says or does to others.

Shizuka had been asleep for typically eight long hours, giving herself more than enough time to get started with setting up the training system for Lola and the group, sense they're arrival won't be for another five hours. She opened the window and saw nothing but the clearness of the blue sky and several citizens doing their daily life routines.
Oh, great. I wake up and here I'm thinking that so much bullcrap can happen on such a beautiful day.
"General Shizuka," came a male voice from the outside of her room.
"One minute, hold on," The Siya General approached the room without thinking of what's going to occur.
On the otherside of the room was an individual unsheathing claws out from within his weaponary hand. Cream-white hair caking his face with alizarin crimson red eyes glowing from behind.
One minute is all I need. One minute is all you have left before you're in a pool of your own blood. Preparing his onslaught against the Western General; Shizuka B. Siya, Charlie V. Mizuka had stood upon the other end of the hall; claws hissing and slithering through his weapon. Bloody-red eyes overwhelmed his mental hunger for flesh.

Chapter 16 - Controversial
***
The door had opened, exposing both figures, who are going into a bloody duel that Charlie claimed will last sixty seconds. The motions were slow, tensions developing disturbingly for what Shizuka was highly unprepared for.
Milliseconds later, the Charlie had entered the room, but he saw no sight
of Shizuka anywhere in her room. He prepared for the inevitable, but didn't have the anticipation to believe that Shizuka was smart enough to keeping her guards up.
"Hmm, so you knew what the consequences would be, had you stood still at the entrance like a good girl," Charlie quoted with Shizuka, whose wearing a cafe noir-brown robe to cover up her breasts and other features. "No matter, I'm here for some information, since you were there that day on Diamond's Farewell."
"You better have a solid reason for why you need to know all of a sudden. It kind of disappoints me that you assholes would have the nerve to come and attack the Northern Coast and abduct Crystal like that," Shizuka unsheathed her sword and went into her fighting stance. "Now, you're going to pay for this."
"If you couldn't defeat Black, what made you think that you can defeat me in mortal combat?" Charlie asked, turning his neck and not his body in another direction. "I thought we'd go ahead and have a little chit-chat about my granddaughter."
"Granddaughter?" Shizuka seemed confused, not knowing that Charlie had a grandchild. "What are you talking about?"
"It doesn't matter, because you'll be dead by the time Lola and her warriors arrive at this facility," Charlie disappeared in a ball of flame and surged right behind Shizuka. "It'll only take me one minute to tear you a part. Hopefully, you'd be alive by the time Lola gets here."
Shizuka's eyes widened in horror, unable to detect Charlie's speed after he used his Omni-Blitz; increasing the amount of speed he'd used for in combat; increasing the pressure of his fist into the Siya General's spine; thus driving the air from her body. Shizuka flew across the room until she went body-first against the wall with the full impact.
Charlie motioned himself, unsheathing the claws from his hands and was on the verge of attacking her once more. But to his surprise, Shizuka triggered her Zerukin Blitz to try and retailiate and make a quick recovery.
Zerukin Blitz will allow Shizuka to accumulate her energy into the sword to develop the flames. She can adjust the weight and speed of her sword however she chooses and strikes her oppoenens. The technique only lasts for only two minutes; but it'll also do thirty-percent decrease for her stamina,
"So, you can withstand an attack and recuperate instantly, huh?" Charlie asked, feeling uncertain that the fight was going to last more than a minute. "Oh, well, I've invested my thirty seconds toying with you, but now it's time to put you to sleep for quite a while."
"Do your worst," Shizuka challenged motioning her body at the Cerebral Mizuka member with every ounce of focus withiin her body. The swords collided with flames from her sword clashing with Charlie's claws that sparked out mist.
"I must ask something of you, Siya," Charlie retorted, standing still without even moving his body. He looked up at the clock and saw he only had ten seconds to take down the General. "Do you think that my granddaughter can be trusted?"
Shizuka quickly discovered something a mind-distracting twist coming from Charlie.
"Wait! Are you telling me that--" Before Shizuka could make a statement, the Mizuka assassin took advantage of the mist that tried to fly away, but it suddenly formed, miraculously, into a gaint fist. He kicked her twice in the abdomen, His fist flew upward toward her chin, followed by her abdomen struck again by his skull. Her body soared into the wall once more, but saw the giant fist blazing toward her.
Shizuka didn't have enough time to react as she took the blow with her body creamed heavily after she suspected something wrong with the connections betweel Charlie and Lola.
Charlie gawked once more at the clock and realized he had one second left and did what he'd keep his word on, pinpointing the amount of damage he's done to the Western General. The fist had faded away, leaving Shizuka's body stapled against the wall. Charlie went to check the pulse by placing his finger on her neck.
Hmm, seems to me that someone must've been praying for you, my dear. I swore that I was going to finish you off completely, but I have something else I must take care of, Charlie thought in a dark tone. "Well, Shizuka, it looks to me that you're still alive long enough to understand what's going on, now."
"Wa-- Wa-- Wait, Cha-" Shizuka tried to open her eyes and kept a smile on her face to remain confident and asked her, now that he's given her a hint. She panted before she spilled the eans for herself, "Lola's-- Lola's your granddaughter. Isn't she?"
Charlie chuckled evilly, placing his hand on the woman's paled, bloody face and rubbing it, making her gasped lightly, worrying about the results, "That's very observant of you, Shizuka. You can tell my eldest grandchild that I paid a little visit to you. That is, if you're willing to wake up."

(Two nights ago, a family member of Crystal's bloodline was at a conference meeting with the Global Government, encouring them to stay out of the business of the Intoxian Army.)
"Now if you think that this so-called Bloodlust Revelation group is capable of committing a crime like this, then that something isn't necessary," Shiver Aruba, head-administrator and Crystal's older cousin, uttered at one of her best warriors, Dai Poison. "Not to mention that there's only certain people of my family that is capable of handling the Diary Symbols powers."
"I doubt that there's a slithering chance we're going to be listening to you, my dear. So, don't go making it seem as if you were even a host of the damn thing. Do I make myself clear?" Shiver replied angrily. "Black and his group are nothing but pushovers."
"How would you know that, Shiver?" Dai asked with everyone else in their suits listening onward. "Ninety-nine percent of the time, Black and his group are the ones that starts big fights against any entity, no matter the title. From Core General to no-name warriors that the world has never even heard of before. It won't make a difference just because they've captured a member of your family. It's clearly excusable as to why you're defending your blood's honor from the war that occured eight years ago, but we fell right into Black's trap into thinking that he wouldn't reveal these Avarian Beasts or whatever their called."
Dai mispronounced "Avarian" toward Shiver in an unnecessary way. "Then the one thing we have to no choice. His actions may seem justified in his mind, but the reality is he's only doing trying to bring back those monsters from another world, only to destroy this one."
"If there's a chance that you can try and send in your best people on this task, then it would make things a lot easier for us, right?" Rouge Mizuka, who was suspended for a month, attended the meeting after getting the urgent message from her eldest sister.
All eyes were on the Apex Magician; debating rather or not to send in elite warriors of each industry. Hence that the battle Black's setting up next month will be as massive and gigantic as he's preparing Crystal for.
"Maybe she's got a point. If we try and send in our best people, it may give us the advantage. I say that it'd become an all or nothing battle. However, we need to have them be placed in different sectors of Leserado if we're going to stop Kuronina from being reborn. The one thing that I have is that why didn't Black achieve the goal of trying to revive Kuronina at that point?" Rouge sat down between Shiver and Isabella.
Shiver had a concise answer, "There's a penality to it, Mizuka. Not to mention that there's some things that the Avarians keep classified that the world doesn't need to know because they look at us like we're monsters that destorys things."
Rouge never thought of that, knowing her own abilities to have theories of a lot of things, it would surprise her if she had to go into full detail about how much she's learned based off the fact that her family also has an Avarian Beast as well. Very few people of the Mizuka family knew what type of creature the Mizuka Beast was.
"Alright. I have made my decision," Dai stated while standing up and moving over toward the billboard. "We'll have Generals Mizuka, Poison, Aruba and Siya come along and assist us."
"Wait," Isabella Poison, Dai's first cousin, countered. "Are you sure that we can trust Lola's group. I'm fine with Shizuka, Tornado and Brook giving out commands, but Lola Mi
zuka. She contradicts herself too much and I don't even want that bitch Hiba around."
"Isabella, you can't just make false assumptions about other people. We need to stay focused and do as Lola says. She's the Core General of the army," Shiver countered. "That's an order."
Everyone looked back at the Poison warrior and didn't know what else to say. She's always had a feisty, yet confident and respectful tone for those that are forced to acknowledge her skills and prowess as a warrior and an undercover agent.
"Well, I make my own choices and I choose not to work underneath Bitch Mizuka or Hiba Whornura," the woman beamed angrily.
"Look, dammit," Shiver broke into frustration. “I’m the C.E.O of this doggone comany.. I'll oversee this operation and there's nothing you can do about it to change my mind."
"Then you go ahead and do it your way. I'm the undercover agent that plays by her own rules. Not the other way around and if--"
"Ladies, please stop fighting. It isn't worth it," Rouge begged politely. "This is the Bloodlust Revelation we're talking about here."
Both women gave in after Rouge pleaded them to escalating their opinions one after another.
"A coin is being flipped up and neither sides are being shown because you two can't get along based off your titles. Don't take the illogical route and get the wrong idea of what a title means," Rouge breathed calmly. Her anger was cocooned by the sheer kindness of her personality.

The plane had landed at the facility of the Western Coast. Lola had a look of depravity when she saw a huge chunk of Shizuka's soldiers scattered around in different areas of the building, from the front entrance to the back.
What the hell happened here? Lola questioned herself, looking over at Tornado who was already gawking down at the scene with a mask of disappointment.
"Now it seems that Black isn't the type to be patient with anything, huh?" the canine began speculating. "I'm not even surprised, after all he was looking forward to trying to take Shizuka out of the picture."
"No," Lola sputtered. "I’m highly certain he's more mature than that. He wouldn't have no logical excuse to why he would try to annihilate Shizuka in cold-blood unless she had something he wanted.
