"What do you think he was after?" Tornado asked.

"If I remember, Shizuka did show an ability she used eight years earlier when she tried to destroy Leserado in order to try and prevent the Aruba Beast from being reanimated. She succeeded in halting the Aruba Beast's awakening, but barely escaped from the skin to her bones." Lola recalled. "She obtains a power called the Sheer Zerukin Blitz; A.K.A The Red Dragon. Thus, being the Avarian Beast of the Siya Bloodline. We don't true identity, but it'll take time to unravel the mystery behind it. She told me a few stories about its' origins and how it came to be and how it makes selective choices for who has the rights to be its' host."

"Then it wasn't Black that was after her. Otherwise, Bloodlust would have killed her in the process of attempting destruction of Leserado. Hence that they've both fought a long time ago. There must be a reasoning to why she never contacted you before making a reckless decision like that," Tornado sighed, still zoned out at the building. "Lola. I've been meaning to get an answer from you a few weeks ago when we at the last meeting."

"What is it?" Lola asked with her just her eyes focused on him.

"The Mizuka Orb. Everyone was talking about. How did obtain it?" Tornado's question had mind-pounded the General. He vowed that he'd ask the Core General one way or another to why she possess the power of the Mizuka Beast's power.

"I normally tell people to mind their business, but since you care so much about me since my childhood, it wouldn't hurt to explain," Lola rubbed her temple. It felt hot for a few minutes before she stammered. "The only answer that I can literally give you is it felt that I was destined to have this power."

Tornado wondered, feeling as if his head had fallen into pieces, "I don't know about the words choice 'destined to have it'. I think someone had granted you that power out of pity and agony. I remembered correctly, the Avarian Beast of the Mizuka family's name is none other than Lorashisasha."

  (One hour earlier)

Lola's face was caked by the blackness once her hair stood in the way. She begun to observe some more of her dark past for a few moments before getting off the plane to meet up with the others. The captain had to remind the Core General that they're at the building out for he could go and clock out of his shift. But she never heard him.

"Don't touch me. That hurts!" Lola screamed insanely, dangling over a pool of her own blood with green vines coiled around her forearms.

The sounds of whipping effects had enforced the woman to scream in sheer pain as her body grew into a sense of sorrow pain. Some of the sweat and been suffocated by the opened wounds of her body.

  "General!"

Lola heard someone outside her dream, screaming as loud as they could. She never noticed that she was panting and breathing heavily to the point where it caught everyone's attention.

"Mom, open your eyes!" Hitachi's voice echoed ridiculously through the red-haired leader's, shaking her after hearing her whimpering like she was feeling exhausted and too tired to move. "Mom, wake up, you're having a nightmare."

Tornado stormed back into the plane once he heard Lola screaming. He saw her wide awake after hearing the commotion from inside.

Shizuka, who had lost consciouness, was in the hospital bed after being found by Lemme Amili, Brigadier General of the Western Army of four years. She appears with the hair color of dark lavender-purple. Both eyes in a color of dark jungle green, straight, white teeth. She wore a dark pastel green General attire.

"General, are you OK?" Lemme asked with her voice in a tone of dark candy apple.

Shizuka tried opening her eyes, but it seemed a bit too blurry for her to see. She didn't know what had blocked the light as she tried regaining her vision, but was had turned her body over, but felt Lemme preventing her boss from doing so.

"I don't think it's smart enough for you to be doing that," Lemme suggested with her eyes sorrowed.

Shizuka recognized the voice as she squinted her eyes a bit, then wildly flashing them opened to see the Brideir General standing above her.

"Lemme. What are you doing here?" The General's voice felt dried and clogged up by her lack of speaking properly after the assault she took at the hands of Charlie Mizuka. "I thought I told you to help the others set up for the training section."

"Well, hey, even the 'Queen Bee' of our hive needs a little bit of help everyone once in a while," Lemme stated with a gentle smile. "Just what were you thinking trying to fight a Bloodlust member by yourself?"

Shizuka giggled, but felt the numbing in her abdomen growing by each laughter she made, "Ow. Well, sweetie. I guess sometimes being the one of the General's of the organization can be a stressful title to maintain. I will say, for the most part that I am glad that you showed up though. Otherwise I'd be dead in a heartbeat."

"No kidding. Black and his group just love to torment the hell out of us and think that they can ultimately get away with it," Lemme replied, rubbing the General's cheek with sympathy. "Can I get you some water or something?"

  "No, that's fine--"

"No, General. You'll need some water. Can't let you have anything else for the time being. You must recover. I'll go and inform General's Mizuka, Poison and Aruba that you're in no condition to train. With all due of respect from my heart, I'm ordering you for our sake. You'll have to be at a hundred percent when we do battle with Black next month."

Lemme, I might just rank you up in the near future if you can keep this mentality and attitiude up, Shizuka thought, only answering to her Brigadier General in terms of reconsidering her attempt at resting for she can get a lot off her mind. "Hand me that water over there and there's one more thing that I need you to do for me before she and her group to train."

"Yes, General," Lemme stated as before heading over to the sink.

"I need you go and summon my top five best warriors; Rebecca Amili, Kathleen Erisa, Jonathan Mizuka, Reku Aruba and Annabeth Hinura, directly toward the training room. Silence is golden if you tell them about my behalf. I'll be fine. Don't bother trying to vandalize their confidence with me placed on the shelf," Shizuka developed her chances of giving Lemme the opportunity to take charge of the squad she's formed for this task until she's fully prepared.

"Yes, ma'am," Lemme saluted with Shizuka returning the approach, but could barely feel her arm. "I do need to ask you one more thing though. Do you know the exact time that you'll be all better."

"According to Doctor Alexander Hinura, he said I should be ready in less than two in a half weeks," Shizuka bullet-pointed her optimized time to having and R&R (Rest and Relaxation in the army.)

"That sounds very persistent of you to say that, General" Alexander Hinura, thirteen-year leading doctor of the Western Army, clarified with a charming smile on his face. He had pale skin. The color of his hair was typically black and placed in a pony-tail. Broad shoulders, an average-sized scar on the left side of his face from the mission he was assigned to a while back. He recently managed to get it fixed, thanks to the special assistance of Ross Tishiragi.

Chapter 17 - One Step Ahead

Reporting to the medical ward where Shizuka was in the watching the news; still top story of the Warehouse massacre from two weeks ago. It didn't matter to her anymore, since she turned the T.V off and was on the verge of falling asleep. However, it was only short-lived once she heard the doors opening.

Isabella Poison was the first to come into the room and rushed over toward her leader with a stray face of despair. Isabella was utterly worried about what Lemme couldn't help but address the group, she considered of getting it off her chest. Learning the Western General had returned after almost a month off of resting, Isabella heart was flooded with fear.

"Isabella," Shizuka said, feeling her breasts pressed in by the woman's face. "Hey, sweetie, it's OK. I'm fine."

Shizuka gave Lemme a stern look to not open her mouth about anything regarding the General being hospitalized for a moment.<

"General," Isabella whimpered within the red-haired woman's chest and her tears streaming down to both sides of the cheek. "I was so worried about you. Are you OK?"

"Isabella, I'm fine. Girl, do I look like I'm dead?"

"No, ma'am," Isabella answered, exposing her watery eyes in sheer sadness.

"Stop with the pity eyes, that's not what I've taught you, young lady."

Isabella and Shizuka's had a mentor/disciple relationship for the past five years since Isabella came to the organization after graduating from the Academy six weeks before joining the Intoxian Army after Hiba Hinura, whom she's always had a huge distaste for since day one.

Sniffling to a sign of relief, Isabella kept her cool and didn't make anymore embarrassing aspects about her character. Shizuka rubbed the woman's head and felt the need to be more understanding about why Isabella felt the way she did a few moments ago.

"Lemme, I thought I told you not to tell anyone," Shizuka bellowed a bit. "This is why I can't trust you sometimes when it comes to you and I talking in private."

Lemme laughed, not too surprised that Shizuka would react unexpectedly, "My apologies, General. It's just that Isabella was waiting so long for your return and to see you like this was too irresistable for me to avoid telling her."

Shizuka sighed, understanding the logic of reminding her fellow warriors and comrades that she's lucky to have them fight on her side as well as Lola.

"But since you're all here, I would like to make an announcement. And I'll speak slowly well enough for Rebecca to follow, since she's always making an ass out of herself when it comes to my orders," Shizuka glared over at the Amili warrior.

Rebecca Amili is a two-year First-Lieutenant of the Western Coast. She also appeared in a lawn green soldier attire with the army cap on her head. Hair color was a light cornflower-blue with light green eyes. She always wore a small gap of pastel-purple lipgloss to show off her sexy, facial appearance to attract the men in her surroundings. Wearing a navy-blue ninja bottoms from panties to soldier pants.

"I will always be as stabled with following your orders as you expect me to be," Rebecca replied, showing disrespect by smacking a bubble gum in her mouth.

"Please do not piss me with that attitude, Rebecca, I'm not in the best mood right now," Shizuka bawled at the Amili broad. "Now, as you've all been informed that Lola's group will be here momentarily. Lemme will take over for me until I get better. So please make this job easier for her so everything will go smoothly. I would hate to hear any ridiculous results by the end of your training, everyone. Are we clear?"

"Yes, ma'am," Isabella and rest of the group saluted in unison.

"I appreciate your cooperation. There's a lot of things we need to take care and you're not going to disappoint me. Isabella, you may be my favorite warrior, but that doesn't mean you're my best or strongest or smartest one, so I'm keeping you on the shelf for a while." Shizuka spoke truthfully.

Isabella was the only one that was hungry to try and get that title of being Shizuka's favorite one out of the five that graduated alongside her and Hiba two years earlier.

  ***

Heading into the training room after seeing Shizuka, Isabella had quite a bit on her mind that she could no longer hide. She thought of talking to the Brigadier General Lemme and hoped that things will be as calm and nothing would have to resort to conflict of agreements with the Norhern Coast warriors.

"Brigadier General, may I have a word with you?" Isabella said with a serious face.

"It'll have to wait 'till we've made way into the Training Arena. I need to have a word with the Core General for a minute," Lemme answered without looking back at the young woman.

"But it's been on my mind for while and I thought I get it out so my emotions won't get in the way," Isabella rushed next to the older woman and attended to be more worked up.

Lemme stopped at the end of the hallway and had the others go on ahead to speak with Isabella. She's mature and patient enough to let anyone speak their minds.

"Alright, sweetie. You have to be quick, so we can get started. Time isn't on our side and we're going to have no chance in hell of beating Black and his group if we keep letting emotions weaken our performance as Intoxia Warriors," Lemme stated with her right hand on her hip.

"OK. Well, I know that we're meant to work as a team, but it's like, I just can't seem to get along with Hiba that well. I find it so ludicris and pathetic that Lola would even bring her here to train with us," Isabella went from frantic to calm. "It's like she's always one step ahead of everybody else."

Lemme giggled, ultimately suspecting that the Poison fighter had always felt the most vulnerable of her group and didn't know what to think of after a sustain period of time in the Army.

The Brigadier General then replied with a clear smile, "Hiba's always been ahead of the pack. Name me one time that she's ever thought about trying to have beef with you. Just one. Looking back at Ujikadaka Academy, I realized that you couldn't stand the fact that she maybe one year younger than you, but she graduated around the same time because she focused, and Lola's always motivated her everyday before going to school. Just like Shizuka and I did for you and the others."

"Girls, y'all coming. General Mizuka's waiting for us," Reku Aruba, two-year warrior of the Western Army, called from down the hallway of the Training Arena.

Both women heard his voice and elected to post-pone the conversation until a later time.

Lemme went on ahead and said one last thing before proceeding, "Oh and remember, Isabella. It's not about trying to be at the top. It's about putting your own life on the line to protect this planet."

Isabella rose her head up and had no comeback. Lemme's been a well-experienced combatant against the Bloodlust for as long as she could remember.

As a child and appreciative of Shizuka and the Intoxian Army, It's always been my dream to help others. Unfortunately for me, I never get a huge role in any mission we go on because I'm always messing up, Isabella consumed her mind with disappointment while walking down after the door to the Training Arena closed.

Four miles away from the Heart of Leserado, the Leserado Cathedral was shaped in a rectangular, extended out to over one-hundred and five feet long and seventy-five feet long. The ceiling of cathedral, in a firebrick-brown. All statues of all the Hinura Avarian Beast caked in dark skate gray. The platform of the colored in dim gray, swirling thistle platinum.

The Leserado Cathedral was destroyed five years before the deadly Leserado War against the Intoxian Army of the Eastern Coast. Just like the country of Tomb of Leserado being a fruitful environment with billions of citizens living their lives with countless schools with endless career opportunities. That is until the Queen of the Avarian Beasts came and invaded the country and eradicated one-hundred percent of the popularity.

The narthex of the cathedral was colored navajo white with the ceiliing baked in peach puff. Twenty-five different private seats were filled with caked blood, endless corpses. In the middle of the room was a huge stand with a white pulpit with dried blood.

The nave had the floor colored in dark gray, several squiggly, powder blue lines slithering in countless directions. The towers with the statue of two black dragons standing at over nine stories tall. It was colored in searing-ominous blue and black swirls.

Along the aisle placed in light sky-blue coloring with the rooftop pieces covering majority of the environment. The crossing of the building has six different routes to different parts of the Leserado Cathedral.

Ambulatory was in the same constructed predicament as the rest of the building rubber and destructions.

The front porch of the Leserado Cathedral is over eighteen feet long with the door standing at over sixteen feet long. It's caked with blood smeared upon the mint cream colors of front entrance.

Medium-Blue chevette with Stareyes caked in silver-gray. Rosy brown apse with extending up to to over a hundred feet above the surface with the dark
ened-red surroundings.

An enlarged choir room with multiple corpses that have been vaporized into skeletal bones, some hung, blood smearing in various locations.

Lisa had continued her own training on the upper level seven of Leserado; Leserado's Cathedral. She had to regain her abilities to try and level up to Marscilla's speed and try increasing her intellects by training herself. She's been able to take this spare recess time of concentrating on taking her prowess into high standards.

Lisa never noticed that Marscilla and Black were witnessing in belief. They had always figured, with Lisa being the most naive of the team, had decided to build her own aspiration even more with the chance of going past her limits to try and be a better asset than Marscilla ultimately is.

Twenty plus years of being in the Bloodlust Revelation, Lisa had always been at high quality of her seductive abilities had always pleased Black to the fullest. The full throttle and pressure Lisa puts upon herself mainly annoyed Black at times.

If I could only think of one positive thing to say about Lisa, Marscilla. Is that the two of you are always on the verge of rivaling each other without even asking my permission. Which I don't really care, as long as you two have your own reasons for being here, Black though to himself. "Marscilla, I need to talk to you."

  "About what?" Marscilla said lowly.

"Your behavior earlier. I must get that thought of your mind. Don't try to block it off and seem as if you've been thinking about it lately," Black assumed. "We both know your grudge with Diamond is more than unbearable."

"That is the case," Marscilla admitted. "All I was trying to do was tell you how I felt about Crystal being here, and yet you raised your sword at me like I have no right to have feelings."

"Bloodlust Revelation goes by the one code that we never reveal to our opponents," Black corrected. "Letting emotions intervene you in the battle. We develop all of it into sheer hatred for any member of the Intoxian Army. The sheer brutality of Diamond's death was more than necessary."
