Intoxia Warriors - Mizuka Blood (Book One)
Page 39
Diamond, refusing to accept the inevitable, learned that in a few months time, the Bloodlust Revelation would be making their move to try and kill her on the same day she's birthed her unborn child.
"I can't stand the fact that you're going to keep fighting a battle that you know you can't win. It's the harsh reality. I know I may sound a bit unorthodox or to the extreme, but I'm telling you this because I want you and I to be one of the last women standing," Anema nearly broke into tears, trying her harderst to reach into Diamond's little guilty soul. "You have more than enough organizations on our asses and all you could clearly think about is having a baby. You haven't been yourself lately and I advise that you brush it off for the time being."
Diamond's face was shaded by her white-platinum hair. She knew how frustrated the Mizuka warrior felt, in this current time.
"Anema. The Bloodlust Revelation are not going to win this time. We've defeated them once and history will repeat itself," Diamond claimed, still trying to fight off the backlash she's going to receive soon. "If I don't make it, can you please take care of my baby for me, Anema?"
The only answer the Southern General could give was an embrace, but was cautious about Diamond's stomach to not hurting the baby that's growing from within. She felt tears fleeing drastically from her eyes and landing upon the ringleader's shoulders.
"Diamond, I don't want you to lose your life. Please stop saying ominous things to make us think you've lost all hope!" Anema's screaming and pleading to the woman became too overwhelming. "I refuse to lose a best friend of mine. Someone I've been considering to be my sister, dammit!"
A heavy burden; heavier than Diamond could withstand. She couldn't let her emotions kick into high gear as a result to her sympathizing with Anema. The Core General didn't know how to consult others as easily as she could with some of the warriors who grew up with her.
"Anema," Diamond uttered sadly. It's on rare aspects of her character that she's shed a tear. "Anema. I'm sorry for scaring you like that. It just makes me feel nervous that Black and his group could arrive today, tomorrow or later this year. But at some point I was just scared to doing what I thought was wrong."
Anema quickly hoist her head up and stared deeply into Diamond's neon-purple eyes, "Are you kidding, Diamond? You made the decision to making the right choice as a leader. I may not agree on the things you've done with Black and his daughter, but I still entrust you with my soul."

At the Dragon Fortress, another piece of the enlarged stone had disintegrated from which it's imprisoned the Aruba Avarian Beast.
(Time left before Kuronina is reanimated - One hour, thirty minutes and counting down.)
"Crystal's been determined to keep guard of the of the Statue on the upper level, huh?" Emerald asked Black, who had joined up with him and Charlie with the army they've built for this stage.
"I thought that I told you, she and I have elected to keep this between us. No need for you to be concerned about it," the Grim Reaper advised, disgusted with happening to repeat himself over and over, even though he understood that he'd never answered to anyone except those he respected to the fullest. "Now, despite all the time and energy we have, it isn't going to be an easy task for us to hold off the Mizuka Phoenix. So I'm going to allow Charlie and Lisa, if she comes back, to engage the Mizuka General and her son. No need for second-guessing the outcome.
Emerald soon had his mind cleared and he shouldn't have been concerned about Crystal guarding the statue until it was fully released into being used as a weapon.
"Black, there's one more thing that I would like to propose," Emerald had his heart racing for a bit, but gained control of his confidence.
"It better be a good one or I'll have to place you on the lower levels with the others," Black promised, rubbing the sharp less end of his scythe.

Chapter 43 - Someone Had No Honor That Day
***
Unable to conclude the proper logic haven't been unraveled with the Bloodlust Revelation. What the world's been trying to figure out was how Diamond K. Aruba lose her life if she still had the entirety of the Intoxian Army? Most had thought that it may have had something to do with Crystal's birth that weakened her or something that the Bloodlust Revelation knows.
Crystal, who had a recent conversation with Black, came to a conclusion and thought about the results of her mother's death and what it's lead to for her generation. Despite the time and training she's had, the only thing she's solely been focused on was the Avarian Beasts and their traits. Black had tried to explain to her in simpler terms, since it wouldn't have been easier for him to explain, but he went about it in a different way.
The teenager Bloodlust member opened her eyes and turned herself around. She saw nothing but fifty percent of the statue shattering. Barely able to see the appearance of the beast, she thought about spoiling herself to getting a peep of the mythical creature. However, her idea shattered once she thought getting a glance of it with everyone around her.
I had grown patient with the full potential of my power. I really want to put my skills to the test against the Intoxian Army, but I can't seem to bring myself to doing so, Crystal limited her options by taking a deep breath and looking over at the exit of Blue Eyes Fortress. Perhaps Black was doing the right thing in telling me the truth. Perhaps I should have listened to him when I had the opportunity. He did tell me something that I never knew anyone would understand.
Black's wisdom with an opportunity were, "An Opportunity is like a rare flower that Blooms in the grayfield of the heart."
Hmph, Crystal instantly became satsifeid with what she thought about doing for the next hour or two. The Avarian Beast doesn't wake up for a while, now I need to be a bit more persistent in a sense to find a balance. Because there's no illogical reasoning for me to back down from a fight; especially when I've been trained by the infamous Black Hinura.
Looking down at the azure-color stoned concrete, Crystal's smile was revived as she unsheathed her Black Sword and thought of doing a bit of training, in use of trying to learn on deciphering the pure potential of the Diary Symbols.

(Nearly forty-five minutes later.)
"Emerald, Charlie," Black released his scythe, preparing for a fight that's going to occur.
After waiting for the Core General and the Intoxian Army of the Western Coast, Black Hinura, Charlie Mizuka and Emerald Aruba were all atop of the stages the Grim Reaper had assigned them to.
"I'm going to need you two to stay at this base. I'm going down there to make sure that Crystal to make sure Lola's been dealt with," Black suggested. He's quickly felt the urge stirring with the amount of distrust he developed for the past two weeks. "Lola is going to be in the terms of trying to give herself a break. But now that I think about it, Crystal did say that she wanted to become the one to fight Lola Mizuka."
"That's because you shoved that ideal into her head. Especially for her being a kid, you better reconsider your option," Charlie advised, in terms of not agreeing with Black's plot.
"I do see that you have some speculations for the Mizuka General, Black," Emerald realized. "You've always been like that since the day I met you."
Black chuckled. Giving out a grim expression (ironic for him being a reaper), and never considered the outcome of the battle because he knew what it'll resort to in the end.

Shiver regained her consciousness after nearly several hours. Her head was clearly ache-free and she slowly stood. But in terms of losing quite a lot of blood, she had been able to reclaim her strength by using her ability to remove all the wounds and scars - Vijokila Healer.
Seems like Black had made his move; I better get going, Shiver stated, but never suspected that her Energy Signal was contacted by someone else.
Shiver, you dog, Ivy Poison, bellowed in her mind from the other side of the cell. It's best if you and I communicate through the Energy Signal for in case anyone cloaked their appeara
nce.
Alright, Ivy. I'm sorry. I know you're resenting me because of the mission with some of the people. I didn't think that they would turn you down like that, Shiver was being honest and telling the truth. You know that the Black Widows have a strong connection with the Bloodlust Revelation. Especially Niva Hinura.
Ivy sighed and understood that Shiver was righteous for saying so, It's true. Niva's had been one step ahead of everyone for sometime now. It's only a matter of time before she starts making another move. Eventually, we can all reevaluate our planning to encounter the Bloodlust Revelation and Black Widows at the same time.
Going after them is suicidal, Shiver implied with her arms crossed as she stood and peered over at the entrance.
Let's just get out of here so we can help the others. I can sense in your mind that you've been forced by Lola Mizuka to encounter Black, and those assholes, Ivy recalled. She then remembered what her true intentions were as she took the time to use the mist in her right palm to creating a Gurasa Masterkey to help break herself and Shiver out of the cells.
I'll have you out in a bit, just hang on, Ivy kept her mind focused on thinking of an escape route back to the upper levels of Leserado. Shiver, were there any obstacles you saw when you sent here or have you not been able to think of anything?
In terms of escaping? The only thing I could advise you is that there are more than forty-five floors of this city that is beneath the surface. Some of them again, it may be guarded by extra members that Black had assigned down here. So we'll have to think quick and smart before we commence our escape.
Only several minutes later, Ivy had thought of a plot. It may have sounded extremely risky, but it's all or nothing.

(Two days before the battle at Leserado)
Lemme was in her living room, taking care of a few things when she heard a knocking at the door. She told them to go away as she turned her head back down to the paperwork. She lived in a middle-class household that was only six miles away from the Western Facility.
Once again, she's heard the knocking at the door, but before her voice boomed in annoyance, the lights flickered phenomenally until they all blew out simultaneously.
She knew something was wrong. Luckily, she was smart enough to have her sword at her side, due to recent events of the Bloodlust Revelation, she's constantly been having her eyes over her shoulder. In fact, after the battle at Widow Forest between the Avarian Beast of the Amili and Bloodlust's Charlie Mizuka and Emerald Aruba, it's been concluded that Lemme take charge of fighting her own battles.
OK, I don't like where this is going, Lemme thought to herself. She was debating rather or not to go and take a look outside the door to her house. Time had stopped as soon as her heart raced dramatically. It was in the sounds of a roaring thunders.
The sickening aura in her heart had become a distraction, in results of giving her a headache. For reasons that are very unclear to her, she had to do everything in her blood to fight off her fears and confront the unknown terror of will try to prevail over her.
"Whose at the door?" Lemme questioned the door. Frighteningly, no one answered. The door was knocked even harder than expected. Lemme's body acted on it's own.
"The question isn't whose at the door," Lemme's ability to recognize an individual's voice was phenomenal. She's also a part of a breed that can detect a person's tone and how they usually speak toward or against other entities. "The question is: How would you like to bleed?"
She gawked around the house and felt her eyes growing blurry. She felt as if living room was spinning deliberately without hers doing anything. It was beyond her thought to decide who was coming after her and for what purpose.
"Now, Lemme. Since Shizuka was foolish enough to leave the Black Orb of the Amili Beast under your protection, I think it's time that you've returned to where it truly belonged," Black's voice surged throughout the house.
Lemme's coughing wasn't as ordinary as it sounded. She felt the food in her stomach had been crawling as if they're living beings, just ready to spill from her mouth and onto the floor.
"Yes, child, yes. I say that it's only possible that you just used your intelligence and surrender the Black Orb to me," Black demanded lightly, extending his skeletal arm out with nothing but a sheer bony hand spanning outwards at the woman. He came down from within the roof of the Amili warrior's household and took his time to unsheathed his sword. "The Black Orb is only in use for us to spreading the virus of the Renugarasaka Demons for human experienment. And you will not make any alternations with it."
Stunned by her eyes as she felt her nerve shattering, Lemme witnessed three Black's all at once. She didn't know which the real one before her was. It was all thanks to the eerie nausea force; Lemme couldn't take control of the situation as Black hoisted her up with just one arm.
The entirety of his grip around the woman's whole neck was fierce. He could hear the woman chocking drastically, The oxygen was derailing drastically as the Hinura Reaper used excessive force on the hold.
"I think I've figured out something very interesting, Lemme," Black realized something special. Each time he spoke, blood was escaping from the woman's mouth. "I always figured that the Amili Bloodline was full of shit. You've been a burden of the Hinura family for some time now and it's really been troubling."
Dying while trying to speak, Lemme choked helplessly. She felt her eyes growing into clear, pale whiteness. It didn't increase to the point where she only heard his voice from a very foggy yet weird field of what death looked like. Sadly, some of the terms have been skipped instantly. It felt like an eclipse red drop of angels flying towards her.
"I... Your...Life...Lemm--" Lemme didn't comprehend properly of what Black was portraying. She could sense her heart growing even tighter, but her body grew even more sensitive with pure strength. "Avarian...Lisa...That...Years...Prior...to--"
She then, in a weird warp of her life splashing into nothing but a poll of blood, Black's aggressive group around her skull fratured from the flesh of the blood to the inners of her head, breaking into countless pieces to the ground as her corpse tumbling down to the ground. Lemme was headless, nothing but a river of blood oozing across toward Black's ominous-black cloak.
"Hmph," Black said disappointed at the performance and how he defeated the woman effortlessly. "So much for a Lieutenant, Shizuka. Man, her faciliy is growing weaker and weaker by each passing year. Not as if they were threatening prior to this year."
Those words alone couldn't stay in Black's head but he had more things to handle before he headed back to Leserado to offer Lisa the assistence of achieving the Renugarasaka transformation.

Shizuka's eyes were closed after her immense battle against Lisa and Thorn, she's been exhausted after her duel for the last fifteen minutes, but it wouldn't hesitate her to make it in time to assist the Core General.
Time slipped even quicker. Shizuka slowly took her time to stand back up. Strangely, Thorn and Lisa had consumed their pity for the Western General and spared her life. For a weird reason, the Western General of the army didn't suggest why she couldn't beat them a lot easier than she had in the past.
I got to take my training a lot more serious instead of relying on my job to run the army so much, Shizuka thought heavily while taking strong, deep breaths. The wind had breezed in the opposite direction. For a metaphorical reasoning, it spoke to her.
The sword had been stolen from her and her powers to release another form of her Zerukin powers had yet to be summoned. I have no choice but to use it... I can only imagine the horrendous backlash will be if I can't keep myself going. That's the will of the Core General, huh? Then I'll just use that motivation as a template to keep me going, even if it kills me. After all, she is my rival.
As Lola's rival and comrade stated in her head, a burst of steam had erupted from within Shizuka's body as she stood strongly on her left knee bent and the other leg supporting her. The color of her eyes had turnt fr
om red, going through an incredible form of selective yellow in the shape of owl eyes.

(It's been over a year and nine months since Lola had willing summoned herself to the Globe Government. But she wasn't the only one whose having trust issues with the people of GG.)
Entering the first floor lobby of the Globe Government building, Lola could barely see the top of the facility. She then approached the front desk with a straight look of determination on her face.
The lady wearing a secretary attire, all in black with long dark hair and a small tad of pink lipgloss on her lips barely jumped in surprise to see the Mizuak General. She then saluted before she had a chance to speak.
"Morning, General. How may I help you today?" The lady asked quickly and terrified for a split second.
"Child, there's no need to be afraid of me. Surely I am an angry person sometimes, but that doesnn't mean that I'm bad either. I would like to speak with Shiver. Now," Lola demanded, enabling the woman to move at a fast pace.
"Yes, ma'am," the woman had fear in her eyes as she quickly took her time to do what she was expected.
She dialed the numbers six, four, two, nine to get in touch with the Admistration Room on the top floor of the Globe Government. It ringed a few times before she had a it picked up. There was no answer.
"Shiver Aruba is in a meeting at the moment---" The woman stopped talked as soon as Lola placed both her palms onto the desk.
"Try again. I don't give a damn if the phone blows up," Lola's voice grew darker. Thus, threatening to head up to the upper levels to see Shiver in person. She wanted to speak woman to woman with the head-admin about her suspicions regarding the situations the GG (Globe Government) recently had with Bloodlust Revelation.
"General, I'm sorry. I could get into serious trouble if I do that," the woman seemed more terrified than ever before. "If it were up to me, I'd--"
