Intoxia Warriors - Mizuka Blood (Book One)

"What the fuck was that?"
She witnessed the woman who was supposedly surrendering, but had a lot of fight left within her heart. She saw Shizuka's face reforming due to the flames that spilled across her face.
It had slipped into her skin with the blood vaporizing. Shizuka performed the Zerukin Recuperation - a technique Shizuka used moments ago that only triggers when she's on the verge of losing consciousness. It can only be used once per hour.
"You Siyas and Mizukas are irritating. I can't stand it anymore," Lisa whined crazily. She frantically waved arms around with frustration. The pressure on her eyes had grew immensely as she engaged the Western General once more.
She charged up her Scythe with dark energy as she readied her next attack: Gyoshiji.

Stuck in the embrace of the Grim Reaper, Crystal had heard asked something that she wanted to know about the truth. Why she always think that people lie about certain aspects of life and what it does to the people who hear it.
Black answered the question with ease, knowing his experience with those who never thought about saying what he would say, “Words don’t serve a purpose to those that are too blinded by the lies that they’ve lived and stand by based off of who raised them.”

Chapter 42 - Gurasa Potential
***
Isabella, who remained back at the Facility, looked at the Hall of Fame veterans of the Intoxian Army from Agnus Hinura to Anema Mizuka to Sagare Mizuka and various. It made her so inspired to be a part of the industry, but on the other side, she never knew how intense the scheduling would normally be. But since she grew up watching Shizuka rise to the top of influence, she figured, 'To hell with it'. She insisted on joining the Intoxian Army after she graduated.
Before Alexander left, they both had a serious discussion about her character and what she could do to improve on her skills.

(Nine days before everyone left for Leserado.)
"Isabella, I'm going to give you a bit of advice when it comes to combat. Sometimes, you have to anticipate your opponents every move. That's one of the things that you and Daniella failed to realize and why you both got your butts kicked by Hiba without her putting forth an effort," Alexander placed his hand on the gal's shoulder.
"That's not true. You may think you understand my frustration, but you know nothing about me," Isabella whined, typical arrogance who claimed to know a lot about the world.
Deep in her heart, she felt as if she were a helpless, frightened rabbit. It triggered her heart to race with her throat clogging up from within. As a matter of fact, Alexander felt it once he placed his hand on her chest.
"Child, you're terrified. Don't deny it. Your emotions show the true horrors of life that awaits if you enter it unprepared," Alexander chuckled, heading over toward a sink and getting a glass of water.
Isabella's legs wobbled like spaghetti strings and her heart began to drown into her stomach. She wanted to vomit very badly that she decided to reconsider her options. Her blood had nearly frozen in terms of fear and intimidation. Tears had shattered from her eyes and leaked drastically down to her cheeks.
"Isabella. You know for a fact that you can't win a fight of any kind, right? In terms of you bullying people, now it's going to come back to call karma," Alexander had been investigating the Poison member's personality for sometime and knew what she's truly all about. "Always scared of fighting someone stronger than you, but always try to find someone weaker than you in order to gain some sort of power. Pathetic."
She knew in the abyss of her 'so-called' black heart he told the truth and how it's impacted her a lot more than she's had with everyone else in a negative way.
"I'm going to train you to the core, young lady. So, you'll have to stay here and train with me for the time being. I can guide you," the medical-assistant quoted while throwing on his soldier vest and jacket. It was in the color of army-dark green with an American Rose bird on the back of it. He had earned the attire on the day he retired after serving twenty-four years of an Intoxia Warrior of the Western Coast. "For every level, you’ll fall eventually to only learn new mistakes.”

Right now, Shizuka had prepared her sword sideways with Lisa blazing in at full throttle with the true intention of beheading the Western Leader in cold-blood. Their weapons smashed thoroughly at each other.
Shizuka, who was being pushed back, had to detect some way to manipulate the battle’s flow. She flipped backwards, nearly kicking Lisa's scythe sky-high. The Bloodlust Succubus didn't believe it. The look of disappointment had erupted on her face as she saw Thorn charging in with her eyes glowing, launching out a pure amount of energy steam from her hands to enhance the capability of wind breezing through her mouth.
Shizuka had encountered this attack before and knew what needed to be used in order to conquer the attack. She had positioned her sword downward before having the opportunity to swirl it around simultaneously.
I'll just take advantage of battle and strike Shizuka from behind. I can just use my Rabid Bolt, Thorn, having the same type of abilities as Tornado, coincidentally running through the family. She decipher her speed; regardless of her Gurasa Wolf Form or human form, the Poison Bloodlust thought about the results, but didn't mind as long as it could weaken her adversary.
Her paws were engulfed with venomous mist; ready to take charge. She moved in from behind, trying to hit Shizuka. Shizuka felt her spine-tingling as she felt instincts kicked into high gear as she moved out of harms way. Lisa and Thorn had bumped skulls against one another, hearing Lisa screaming in anger.
"Bitch, what is your head made out of?" Lisa's eyes were filled with tears as she couldn't muster the pain that grew immensely through her skull. She waved her legs around as they both slammed straight to the ground.
"I could say the same about you, Lisa," Thorn didn't complain as much due to her use of the pain. She didn't bother turning herself around as the canine turned herself around and noticed Shizuka moving in with a knee colliding with her face, strictly forcing the blood to escape from her nose and flew over a couple of yards away from the two.
She then grabbed Lisa by two of her ankles, simultaneously motioning herself in whirlwind spin. Swinging her enemy around for almost ten seconds and launched the Infamous Succubus as far away from her as possible. The Western General used all her force to release the attack of her Zerukin Blitz; (capability to develop her speed and strength.) The Blitz is ran through every bloodline from Mizuka to Aruba to Siya families. Since the birth of the Avarian Beasts, certain members of the families had to go through a huge chain of events in order to obtain it.
Unfortunately, rarely any people from up to five people have been unlucky enough to obtain it, but use it at the right timing, gradually costing them a decrease in stamina. Thus, killing them during the process.
However, most warriors like Shizuka, Lola, Tornado, Brook, Black and etc. had successfully obtained it after numerous battles, training and mental methods.
Shizuka saw Thorn coming in a full throttle, still in possession of her Rabid Bolt ability in play. The Western General moved in at bolt speed, courageously engaging the Bloodlust Canine with her hands boiling with flames. They exchanged blows and kept it going. Each hit had been blocked and deflected. Their fists rammed into one another. Moving a was a swift kick to the face by Thorn, but was missed by a duck. The Western Leader didn't think quick enough as her chin was connected by Thorn's left knee. She grunted with nearly her teeth loose.
Leaning back a few feet away, she felt her guts smashed from the inside because of an incoming fist storming into her stomach.
Watching in surprise, Lisa couldn't help but feel the jealous tension growing her veins. Lacking the comprehension of how Thorn was able to keep up with one of the key players of the Intoxian Army.
Shizuka fell onto her back. But saw an incoming heel kick from the sky soaring straight down. Zerukin Holograph was triggered, givi
ng the red-haired warrior the opportunity to prevent the connection. The ground erupted from the impact of Thorn's heel kick with a series of purple mist surging throughout the premises.
What Shizuka soon realized was that she's stalled the Bloodlust members long enough when she triggered her Zerukin Ring with the fire she established she used once she activated her clone.
"I guess I've held you both off long enough. But I'm satisfied with the fact that I didn't easily kick your asses sooner than expected. The quality of my skills as a warriors aren't as low as it used to be," Shizuka proclaimed as she summoned her sword with flames storming across the weapon.
"Well, this won't take much longer then," Thorn commented on Shizuka's prowess and powers. "Seems that Black and the others aren't going to wait any longer at the Balcony. So, let's put this bitch to sleep for good, Lisa. Feel like you up for it?"
Lisa's snicked insanely as she then snarled, her long tongue stretching out, determined to frighten Shizuka.
Dammit, I have to catch up with Lola and the others. There's not much time and we only have less than two hours left before the Aruba Beast wakes up, Shizuka had to be sure that her task her was completed.
"Siya, I wonder how much of an ass kicking you can take before we behead you," Lisa claimed that they'll defeat her effortlessly. "It's a damn that your sister isn't here to back you up. So, we'll make sure she sees you again soon."
"If that's the case, then so be it. It's unlike she and I are able to get along these days so I could care less if she showed up or not. All I know is that I'm not letting my emotions get in the way. So I'll take you both down once and for all," Shizuka's eyes had zoomed into an intriguing blur.

Brook had invested enough of her time fighting one of her aunt's killers in combat. She was sweating. Barely running out of strength and could withstand the force that Marscilla's been able to deliver for the last ten minutes. Not even the best timing for her to complain as she used secondary tactics to take control of the duel.
Marscilla didn't think twice to slowing down, warping into thin air with a mist of pink and red blossoms oozing right behind her and past Brook. The Southern General was taken back by the speed. She felt her left should weighed down, forcing her to wince due to Marscilla's left leg connecting heavily onto the injured warrior's shoulder. Brook screamed, disobeyed by her body to have her mind over pain.
"Dammit," Brook shrieked, nursing her, nearby, broken shoulder blade. She lowered her forehead to the ground as she lost her grip on the sword and felt the numbing growing miraculously.
"This is something that I've hated about the Aruba family. Always thinking that they're above everyone. I had expected better from you people, Brook. But it seems that Diamond deserved to die if she was too weak to retain her mentality as the Core General," Marscilla taunted, bending down on her knees and looked down at the woman.
She then lifted the woman's chin up and didn't think about the persistence within Brook.
"I've seen this look before. It's the same look that Diamond gave me before she died," Marscilla quoted, recalling the day Brook's aun't had been saving her last breaths before she fell completely. "You want to know what I said about the woman?"
Marscilla leaned herself closer, looking the woman dead in the eyes and had no intentions of showing a good sign of remorse within her tone, "I said these words that's going to give you a clue of why she died: Now you and I both have something common now, Diamond K. Aruba."
It may have been on her mind of who pierced the blade through the heart of the former Core General, but she never knew why they did it in the first place. The closest to having an understanding of how Diamond's death was occurred wasn't because of any suicidal attempt, it because one of the Bloodlust Revelation members weren't being as honorable or noble as Black nor the Diamond had expected.
"Marscilla, are you telling me... That you... Are responsible for my Aunt's fall?"
"Could've been me. Could've been Black. Could've been anyone that day. But all I know is that I had the chance to say my good-byes to her. Rubbing her bloody cheek and laughing at her was one of the most satisfying things for me," Marscilla toyed with the Aruba General's mind. Trying her best to tremor it with harsh honesty and disrespect.
"Well, I think I've finished my time with you. I'll see you at Leserado's Balcony. If you can stand tall," Marscilla stated. As merciless as she is, she never thought of knocking Brook unconscious or into the point of knocking her into a comma.
Dammit. So... It was Marscilla, huh? Brook sighed as she saw the Erisa Bloodlust Demon retreat back to Leserado to join the battle against Lola and the others. I have to... Get up and inform General Mizuka while I have a chance. The voice in Brook's mind had tried to speak but constantly kept trying to disintegrate.

Nearly thirty minutes away from Leserado, Lola, Hitachi and the others wind their way through a variety of obstacles. More than enough of Black's associates had decided to use themselves as trump cards. They understood the way Lola performed in certain aspects, even going back to the first Leserado War (Also known as the first Bloodlust Revelation War).
She suddenly imprisoned everyone with a ring of flames trailing around them. They all slipped and stopped dead in their tracks.
The flames roared with Lola standing in between herself, Hitachi and the rest of the group.
They all saw a look of despair growing rapidly on the Core General's face. She didn't think that it was the best time to be protecting everyone, seeming that she wanted to be sure that it went according to her plan.
"Lola, what's the matter? Why would you do that?" Sonya exclaimed with worry. "General?"
Hitachi, for the past week, had noticed a startling and emotional transformation painted onto his mother's face.
"Mom, everyone's trying to get an answer from you. What's the problem?" Hitachi waved his hand around and saw the shady colors in the woman's eyes. She didn't know what to do when she saw the image standing above her. "I'm surprised that you're still alive after that horrific night. Still think that you're willing to let go of a harsh and tragic past like that?"
The voice was creamy, but not as noble as Lola felt. "Hitachi should've been the only one out of the five kids you've raised to learn the truth about why you were always so angry at the world; including him."
Lola's body felt bitter. It wasn't for a mere second that she felt her heart racing, struggling to maintain her concentration with the backstory. She's been wanting to avoid it for the longest time and thought about using her anger to let it stay in her way.
"Come now, Lola, my dear. You think that my grandson would want to be raised by a victim of--"
***
"Just about a few years after that incident, Lola's mind shattered in endless pieces. What the Bloodlust Revelation did was just beyond unforgivable. All I know is that we need to get payback. Simple as that," Diamond, the pregnant Core General of five months, uttered as she relaxed herself in bed, trying to comprehend.
"So what are you going to do?" Anema T. Mizuka, nine-year Southern General of the Intoxian (formerly speaking) asked as she took a sip from a mug of coffee. She was in the room with her childhood friend and didn't think about the results of what happened to Lola, but she was thinking heavily about how they were going to combat the issue.
"Black did say that he was targeting a certain someone, but he never gave a clear answer of who the unlucky person would've been. Despite the fact that he was going to embed the Raging Mizuka Orb within a Mizuka, I always thought that he'd come after you," Diamond stated, but sounded stern due to her choice of word.
As much as she wished of taking the bullet for the twenty-two year-old woman, who birthed her son eleven months after she went into a coma.
"This is one of the most bizzare things that I've ever encountered with the Bloodlust Revelation. What's more fucked up is that those members worked underneath me," Diamond said. She rubbed her belly.
"Well, I hig
hly doubt that stressing yourself out would be a solution to solving our problems with them. I'll make sure that Agnus Hinura and Yolanda Aruba are ready for their next assignment. It's been a long time since they were assigned on a task. It wasn't too long ago that I had those two work for me."
"I have a tendency of assigning not only you, but the other two generals on the task. I'll be on a hiatus for the remainder of the pregnancy," Diamond stated softly. She then gawked down at her belly, tenderly nurturung it a tender rub in hopes of raising a child of her own for the first time. She may be willing to take care of others when working underneath her wing, but to raise a child that she's going to birth in four months was going to be a different story.
"Speaking of an unborn child that you planned, what are the suggestions you have based on the gender?" Anema sat down on the mattress with her palm embracing Diamond's right hand.
"Well, if it's a boy, I'm going to name him after his father. But if it's a girl... Then, I'll let you know because I thought it's more beautiful for everyone to hear it."
"Why hesitate on the girl? Is it something that you weren't expecting or is just a typical name, you need it to have a meaning for others to acknowledge during your time of raising her for the next eighteen years Anema had asked.
Diamond giggled as she lowered her head, disappointed in her best friend's goofiness of asking questions, "Bitch, why you asking so much?"
"Look, heifer I'm on your side(as far as female friends go), and I'm expecting you to answer me," Anema gave a grin smile as she pressed her forehead at Diamond’s. “Listen, Diamond. In four months from today, I sense that you'll be in grave peril."
The touching moment broke down into sorrow. Anema could've kept her mouth silenced, but didn't have any intentions of doing so.
"Diamond, please stop trying to be so happy all the time and realize what you've caused," as a close friend, Anema's became harder on the pregnant Core General than she's ever been before. "Please listen to me. I need you to still obtain the mentality of my leader. I may not like the idea of you bossing me around, but in retrospect, I do admire your courage to keep it going. Don't do something you'll regret at a very dangerous time."
