  Then add almond flour, stevia powder, coconut oil, baking powder, salt, and Erythritol.

  Beat the egg in the mixture and blend it until smooth.

  Then add the sunflower seeds and stir the dough with the help of the spatula.

  Leave the pie dough for 10 minutes to rest.

  Preheat the air fryer to 360 F.

  Transfer the dough to the air fryer dish and place it in the preheated air fryer.

  Cook the pie for 20 minutes.

  Then let the pie chill well.

  After this, discard it from the air fryer dish and cut into servings.

  Combine the almond flour and 3 tablespoons of the butter in the bowl.

  Add salt and stevia.

  Blend it well.

  When the mixture starts to be smooth – add ice water and blend it for 2 minutes more.

  Cover the air fryer crust with the parchment and place the dough there.

  Roll it with the help of the fingertips.

  Place the piecrust in the air fryer and cook for 7 minutes.

  Meanwhile, beat the eggs in the bowl and whisk them.

  Add the 1 teaspoon of butter and heavy cream and whisk it well for 3 minutes.

  Add coconut flakes and vanilla extract. Whisk it for 1 minute more.

  When the pie crust is cooked – remove it from the air fryer and chill it.

  Pour the whisked heavy cream mixture in the air fryer and cook it for 3 minutes at 365 F.

  Then peel the avocado and mash it.

  Add the mashed avocado in the almond flour mixture.

  Use the hand mixer to make the almond flour mixture smooth and homogenous.

  Preheat the air fryer to 355 F.

  Pour the almond flour mixture in the muffin forms. Fill ½ part of every muffin mold.

  Put the muffins in the air fryer and cook them for 9 minutes.

  Then reduce the temperature to 340 F and cook the muffins for 3 minutes more.

  Chill the cooked muffins and serve them!

  Blend the mixture for 3 minutes more.

  The blended dough should be smooth but non-sticky.

  Preheat the air fryer to 300 F.

  Place the parchment in the air fryer dish.

  Roll the dough with the help of the rolling pin and transfer it to the air fryer dish.

  Then place the sliced lemon over the piecrust.

  Sprinkle the pie with the stevia.

  Cook the pie for 21 minutes.
