  Raspberry Cobbler

  Prep time: 15 minutes

  Cooking time: 10 minutes

  Servings: 6

  Ingredients:

  1 cup raspberries

  1 cup almond flour

  1 tablespoon butter, melted

  1 egg

  ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  2 teaspoon stevia powder

  Directions:

  Preheat the air fryer to 360 F.

  Slice and put the raspberries in the air fryer dish.

  Sprinkle the berries with 1 teaspoon of stevia powder.

  Combine the almond flour, butter, and vanilla extract in the bowl.

  Beat the egg in the almond flour and stir it carefully until homogenous.

  Then place the homogenous almond mixture over the sliced raspberries.

  Sprinkle the dough with the 1 teaspoon of the stevia powder.

  Put the cobbler in the air fryer dish. Cover the cobbler with the foil and make the X cut in the center of the foil.

  Then cook it for 10 minutes.

  If it is raw – cook it for 2-3 minutes more till it gets the doneness level.

  Cut the cobbler and serve.

  2 teaspoon swerve

  1 scoop stevia powder

  1 teaspoon baking soda

  1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  2 tablespoon coconut flour

  1 cup almond flour

  2 tablespoon heavy cream

  ¼ teaspoon salt

  3 tablespoon butter

  Directions:

  Crack the egg in the blender and blend it until smooth.

  Then add ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, swerve, stevia powder, baking soda, and apple cider vinegar.

  Blend the mixture for 30 seconds.

  Then add coconut flour, almond flour, heavy cream, salt, and butter.

  Blend the mixture for 2 minutes.

  You will get the soft and elastic dough.

  Roll the dough and make the cookies from it with the help of the cutter.

  Preheat the air fryer to 355 F.

  Cover the air fryer dish with the parchment and put the cookies there.

  Cook the cookies for 10 minutes.

  Then let the cookies cool well.

  1 cup pumpkin puree

  2 tablespoon almond flour

  Directions:

  Melt the butter and combine it with the liquid stevia, Erythritol, ground ginger, almond flour, and crushed walnuts.

  Stir the mixture gently with the help of the spatula.

  Then beat the egg in the separate bowl and whisk it.

  Add the whisked egg in the almond flour mixture.

  Add pumpkin puree and mix it up.

  Roll the pumpkin dough with the help of the rolling pin and cut it into the bars.

  Preheat the air fryer to 365 F.

  Put the pumpkin bars in the air fryer and cook them for 10 minutes.

  The cooked pumpkin bars should be very soft.

  Chill the pumpkin bars.

  Sprinkle the mixture with the baking soda and apple cider vinegar.

  Blend the mixture for 2 minutes.

  Add vanilla extract, flax seeds, liquid stevia, and vanilla extract.

  Blend the muffin mixture for 3 minutes on the medium speed.

  Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.

  Put the muffin dough into the muffin molds.

  Then place the muffin molds in the air fryer.

  1 egg

  3 tablespoon almond flakes

  2 tablespoon butter

  ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  Directions:

  Peel the avocado and chop it.

  Put the chopped avocado in the blender and blend it until you get a soft texture.

  Then beat the egg in the bowl and pour the almond milk.

  Add vanilla extract, liquid stevia, butter, and ground cinnamon.

  Mix it up with the help of the hand mixer.

  After this, preheat the air fryer to 250 F.

  Pour the almond milk mixture and cook it for 4 minutes. Stir the liquid every minute.

  After this, chill the almond milk liquid well.

  Pour the almond milk liquid into the blender with the smooth avocado.

  Blend it for 1 minute on the medium speed.

  Then pour the pudding into the glass vessels.

  Sprinkle the pudding with the almond flakes and keep in the fridge.

  Whisk the egg yolk and combine it with Erythritol.

  Add the egg yolk mixture in the melted butter mixture.

  Add almond flour, vanilla extract, and heavy cream.

  Whisk it well.

  Then whisk the egg whites until you get the strong peaks.

  Add the egg whites to the chocolate mixture gradually.

  Stir it until homogenous.

  Pour the chocolate mixture into 6 ramekins.

  Preheat the air fryer to 330 F and put the ramekins there.

  Then add the melted butter and apple cider vinegar.

  Knead the soft dough.

  Preheat the air fryer to 340 F.

  Cover the air fryer tray.

  Roll the dough with the help of the rolling pin in the size of the air fryer dish.

  Put the rolled dough in the air fryer and cook it for 20 minutes.

  When the pie is cooked – chill it and discard from the air fryer dish.

  Cut it into the servings.

  Serve the pie with the keto jam.

  Then add heavy cream and mix it up for 1 minute more.

  Whisk the egg whites until the strong peaks.

  Add the egg whites to the egg mixture slowly and stir it all the time.

  Combine the mixture with the coconut flakes.

  Preheat the air fryer to 330 F.

  Then pour the cream cheese mixture into 7 ramekins.

  Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook for 16 minutes.

  When the soufflé is cooked – let it chill at the room temperature.

  Cook the donuts for 4 minutes.

  When the donuts are cooked – transfer them to the serving plate.

  Then combine the baking powder, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and almond flour in the bowl.

  Add coconut flakes, salt, and heavy cream.

  Beat the egg in the separate bowl and whisk it.

  Then add the whisked egg in the almond flour mixture.

  Mix it up to make the homogenous dough.

  Roll the dough with the help of the rolling pin.

  Then sprinkle the surface of the dough with the ground cinnamon mixture.

  Roll it.

  Cut the roll into 6 parts.

  Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.

  Place the rolls in the air fryer and cook them for 15 minutes.

  When the rolls are cooked – check if they are cooked with the help of the toothpick.

  Chill the rolls.
