Hard Rock Hot Heart

by Laura Anne Turner

Tanja rolled one of my achingly hard nipples between her thumb and index finger, and thrust her other hand between my thighs, rubbing my wet pussy through the fabric of my panties. All I could do was moan.

“You’ve no idea how long I’ve wanted to do this, Bitch Goddess,” Tanja whispered huskily between kisses.

After a moment I captured her tongue between my lips and sucked it, while I slowly began steering her towards my bed. When her knees touched the edge of my bed, I pushed her hard. She squealed as we landed on the bed together. I straddled her, and pushed my wet cunt into her face. She cupped my buttocks, pulled my panties aside with her teeth, and began to lick my cunt’s lips. She explored my dripping pussy, eagerly swallowing my juices. I moaned loudly when her tongue touched my engorged clit. She closed her lips around my pearl and caressed it with her tongue, and I knew I was lost and couldn’t last much longer.

I arched my back and tilted my head back, pinching my own nipples as I came into her mouth. Tanja licked and eagerly swallowed my nectar like a kitty, sighing happily and making the cutest sounds. I collapsed next to her, and she kissed me with infinite tenderness.

“Bette,” she whispered into my ear, sending shivers down my spine. She put a strand of my hair behind my ear. Her mouth at my ear gave me goose bumps all over. “I love making you cum. You totally deserve to be happy.”

Her gentle words touched my heartstrings again. “You’re a little angel, Tanja,” I replied softly. She smiled at me and laid her head on my chest. I began stroking her hair, and as I did, thoughts filled my head.

I’d had girls in my bed, who told me they loved me, but they didn’t mean anything to me, neither the words nor the girls. I knew they lied to me and I didn’t care. Why should I? I had no further intentions with them. Tanja though…was a completely different matter. She hadn’t told me she loved me, but I could imagine she did, and that maybe I loved her, too. I sensed that things were headed somewhere I wasn’t so sure I wanted them to go, but tonight, I didn’t want to think about it any longer. I just wanted to be with her, and to make love to her.

As soon as I had recovered from the climax Tanja had given me, I began undressing her, and returned the favor she had done to me. Since I’d cum already I took my time with her. I explored every inch of her body with my lips, tongue, and my fingers. I denied her orgasm until she couldn’t stand it any longer.

Just like she had the first night we had spent together, she showed herself to be an amazing lover who could actually keep up with me. So we made love until we both couldn’t go on, and fell asleep, totally exhausted, but blissfully happy. The last thing I remembered doing was spooning her with my arm wrapped around Tanja’s slender waist.

The space next to me was empty. I felt it immediately, even before I was able to open my weary eyes. I heard the soft rustling of fabric in my bedroom. My eyes flew open, and it took a moment before I was able to focus. The light in my bedroom was dim, because the shutters were still closed. My eyes found Tanja who stood in the middle of my bedroom, getting dressed. I sat up in bed.

“What the fuck are you doing?” I said to her, my voice sounding raucous, dry and sore from our gig the night before.

“Good morning to you too, Bette Coldheart,” Tanja replied, a small smile playing around her lips. “What does it look like I’m doing?”

“Well, you’re getting dressed, and I wonder why you’re up already, Sweetheart?” I asked her. I looked at the clock on my nightstand. It showed 9:30am, which meant we had slept about four hours.

She closed the zipper and button of her jeans. It was just a normal everyday action, but everything was adorable when she did it. Yet, I was alarmed by the fact that she did it right now. I didn’t want her to leave.

“I’m up because I’m leaving,” she replied in her soft voice, “I don’t want to wear out my welcome.”

I rolled my eyes. “Don’t be fuckin’ silly. Get back in my bed where you belong, and help keep me warm, Baby Doll! I’ll give you a ride in my car later.” The fact that I’d said that surprised me. The fact that I didn’t want her to leave surprised me, too. What was happening to me?

“Oh my God, Bette, you really want me to stay longer?” She put both her hands over her heart in mock surprise. “You really do know how to please a girl,” she giggled.

I lifted the comforter, and pointed at the empty space below, pretending to scowl at her fiercely. “Get back in here, you Crazy Little Bitch.”

She giggled as she pulled off her jeans and sweater again, and slid back into my bed. She kissed my lips gently, and snuggling into me, she rested her head on my chest, sighing happily. I began to stroke her tousled hair. I was still only half awake, and I didn’t really want to think about what I’d just said and done, even though it was out of character for me. If any other girl I’d spent the night with wanted to leave the next morning, I’d have let them go, and I’d be glad she had saved me the trouble of kicking her out. Letting Tanja go just didn’t feel right however, and I wondered why my heart was pounding.

“Why didn’t you tell me you’re a singer, too?” I asked her after a while, still stroking her hair.

“You didn’t ask me, and then we had more important things to do,” she answered, and her voice told me she was clearly amused.

“You’re a really good singer, Tanja,” I continued, “you know how to put on a show, too.”

She looked up into my eyes. Apparently she wanted to check if I was serious. “I take that as a compliment coming from you, Bitch Goddess.”

“Yeah, it’s a compliment, Baby Doll.” I planted a little kiss on top of her head. “Do you play an instrument, too?”

She shrugged as she replied, “I used to take piano lessons, but I’m not very good at it.”

From the way she said it I doubted that, but I didn’t say that. “Tell me about your band, Sweetheart.” I was genuinely interested now.

Tanja propped herself up on one elbow, and our eyes met and locked together. She was so cute, and I enjoyed having her to talk to in my bed.

“Well,” she said, “I met the boys at my high school. They were looking for a singer, not necessarily a girl.” She giggled. “Before their previous singer quit ’The Teddyshakers’ used to be an old school rock-n-roll band, you know, and we started to play old Bill Hayley and Elvis standards. But I soon convinced them to become a kind of real rock band. They kept their funny name, and they still look like the old rock-n-rollers, but we’re a real rock band as you could see.”

“Yeah, you guys rock, and I love your pretty little Taylor Momsen impersonation,” I said. “How come you do that?”

Tanja smiled sweetly and kissed me on the lips. “At first it was just a whim, a kind of cosplay. I just wanted to look like Taylor for once. But then it turned out as a success. We attract larger crowds since I’ve done that.” She giggled. “We’re usually booked out over Carnival. Our next gig is tonight.”

“That reminds me – we’re having a show tonight, too.” I smiled mischievously. “I’ve got an idea, Baby Doll. What about we save water and take a shower together? Then we can have a quick breakfast, and after that I’ll drive you back to the city. What do you think?”

Her face lit up. She was like sunshine on two legs. “I love your ideas, Bette Coldheart.”

“Okay then, let’s get up, and get in the bathroom before anyone else does,” I said. I grabbed her hand and pulled her out of my bed, and together we went to the bathroom, and under the shower. Although we both were still deliciously sore from the night before, we couldn’t keep our hands off one another and didn’t leave the shower until we’d made one another cum.

Afterwards we got dressed, and went downstairs to the kitchen. Nobody else was up yet. Tanja sat down at the kitchen table while I began to prepare our breakfast. Hildegard, our calico cat, sneaked into the kitchen, meowing and rubbing her little head at Tanja’s leg.

“That’s Hildegard,” I said. “She seems to like you.
You can feed her if you want. We’ve got canned cat food in the cupboard over there.”

Tanja got up from her chair, and filled Hildegard’s bowl, while our spoiled little kitty responded by meowing loudly. I couldn’t stop myself from staring at Tanja’s tight jeans-clad ass as she bent down to set the cat’s bowl on the floor. Tanja returned to her chair at the kitchen table, watching me as I started to prepare scrambled eggs.

“What’s that smirk on your pretty face, Crazy Bitch?” I asked her.

“Well, it’s fun to watch Bette Coldheart cooking breakfast for me. I’d never have thought you’d do that for me.”

I looked back at her over my shoulder. Even though my stomach just did some fucking crazy things, butterflies and all, I said, “Consider it as a special privilege then, you might not see me doing that again.”

It came out harsher than I had intended, and Tanja’s pretty face fell for a moment. She looked so very young and vulnerable in this moment. I immediately turned around so that I wouldn’t have to look at her, and I hated myself for having hurt her. Yes, I hated myself for that and once again I became aware what a bitch I’d become.

“It’s okay, Bitch Goddess, I’m not expecting it to happen again. I know your reputation, remember?” She was trying to sound calm, but she didn’t quite manage it, and I knew that I shouldn’t believe the words she’d said.

I sighed heavily, but I didn’t know what to say to her, and so I turned around to put a plate of ham and eggs in front of her, and poured two mugs of coffee, too.

“Help yourself with everything else, please,” I said softly, “there’s bread, butter, and marmalade.”

She nodded at me warily, and we ate in silence for a few moments. “Where’s your gig tonight?” I asked, breaking the silence between us. Tanja maintained her composure, and explained it was at a Carnival party in a neighboring town. We managed to make polite conversation, but the mood was different now. That’s why I hated the mornings after! Bad mood because I kept my distance?

After we finished our breakfast, I grabbed my car keys, and walked Tanja to my silver-gray Mazda roadster. I opened the passenger door for her, and she smiled weakly as she got in. Before I started the engine, I turned towards her. “I’m sorry for being harsh earlier, Tanja. I really am. I know I can be a fucking bitch.”

A small smile played around her rosy lips. “I’m a grown-up, Bette. I know how things are. Don’t worry.”

I nodded, and connected my iPhone to the car sound system. It began to play ‘You Make Me Wanna Die’ by The Pretty Reckless. How very fucking fitting, I thought. Now what?

Tanja sighed. “I love this song,” she said. I glanced at her and gave her a little smile.

We didn’t say another word to one another until I stopped at the address she had given me. It was an apartment building close to our local university, the one Nellie was going to, and the one Jenny was going to start going to.

“You live here?” I asked as I pulled my car to the curb.

“Yeah, it’s a student apartment. You know, I’m starting college pretty soon, and I’m glad to have a place of my own, even if it’s nothing fancy.”

My heart started pounding as a thought came to my head. She lives close to me. It’d be easy for me to start dating her if I wanted to. I took a deep breath and took hold of her hand as I blurted out before I could have second thoughts, “Listen Tanja, forget my harsh tone from earlier. The thing is…I’d love to see you again. Would you give me your phone number?”

She looked at me, clearly startled, and our eyes locked. For a long moment she didn’t say anything, she just kept gazing into my eyes, and it made me even more nervous than expected. When was the last time I had asked a girl for her phone number? Damn, I can’t even remember. And what if she turned me down?

“You’re really serious, aren’t you, Bette Coldheart?” Tanja finally asked after what felt like an eternity.

I nodded earnestly, and she gave me a pretty little smile that I somehow suspected hid excitement. “Give me your phone, and I’ll enter my number into it.”

I gave her my iPhone, and I watched how she entered her phone number with her slender fingers. She swallowed when she looked up. “Can I have yours as well, Bette?” She sounded unusually shy, something that made her even more adorable.

“Yeah, you can, Baby Doll,” I said softly. She handed me her phone, and I entered my number into it. My heart was still pounding. I knew something had just happened between us, something important, though I didn’t have a name for it, at least not one that I was willing to give to it.

Suddenly she put her right hand on her heart. She squealed, “Fuck me, Jesus, I got Bette Coldheart’s phone number!” She leaned toward me and kissed me eagerly, sliding her tongue into my mouth. I responded to her just as eagerly, and our kiss left us both breathing heavily.

“You know what, Crazy Bitch?” I said as we came up for air, “If you fuckin’ tell anybody I made scrambled eggs for you, I’m gonna come and kill your crazy ass. I got a fucking reputation that I don’t wanna lose.”

She giggled. “Don’t worry, Bitch Goddess! I won’t tell a soul. Cross my heart and hope to die!” She crossed herself with mock solemnity. Then she giggled again, and planted another quick kiss on my lips. “Okay, Bette, I have to go. Bye.”

“Bye, bye, Crazy Bitch. Take care, Sweetheart.”

She opened the passenger door, and hopped out of my car. I watched as she walked to the main entrance of the apartment building. Before she entered, she turned around, and showed me her cute little wave again. The door closed behind her, and I took a deep breath, before I pulled back into the traffic.

As I drove back to the farmhouse I began having second thoughts about whether giving Tanja my number was a good idea. But then I remembered that she could easily find out my landline number if she wanted. My heart felt heavier than expected as I drove back to the farmhouse and I wondered what I’d gotten myself into.

I couldn’t spend any time brooding over Tanja and what she might or might not mean to me, because we needed to get ready for our other Carnival gig that night. This time it was in our hometown, and I knew that lots of people we knew would be there, including plenty of our Crazy Bitches, Jenny’s friends, and her girlfriend Emilia, too.

That made me nervous. What I’d seen of Emilia at our New Year’s Eve gig had made me certain that she was the jealous type. I was afraid that the pretty redhead was the dramatic type, too, and I’d learned to hate drama.

Of course I loved our drummer girl, Nellie, and I didn’t want her to get hurt, and I didn’t want Jenny to get hurt, either. I cared about our Baby Doll Jenny, too, and I wasn’t sure how she was going to hide the fact that she was with Nellie now from her girlfriend. On top of that Nellie had dyed her short dark-brown hair jet black as Jenny’s, and that made me a little nervous, too. When Emilia saw it, would she realize that something was going on between the two of them, or would she just think that our pretty drummer had changed her look for Carnival?

As it turned out I had nothing to worry about, at least not yet. Everyone at our gig was there to party; dressed up in crazy costumes that hid who they were, and by the time we got onstage I’d forgotten my worries entirely.

Our hometown crowd absolutely loved us, and they loved every single song we played, even though one of them was one of the new songs Jenny had written, a very dark song about a girl who fell in love with a vampiress. It was called ‘Back from the Dead’, and I loved it too much to care whether the party crowd was in the mood for it or not. I knew I could use my voice and my whole air to make them like it.

In a husky voice I sang of a tormented love affair between the girl and the monster, and I caught the audience’s attention and I held it, forcing everyone to listen, rapt. When I reached the song’s final lines, I felt Jenny’s eyes on me, as well as the eyes of everyone in the crowd, and I snarled like a triumphant lioness ‘Now I burn with my love as hot as the sun! And the vampiress
I loved is long fled and gone!’

The song ended in a hammering staccato rhythm, and Jenny, Ina, and I all let our long manes fly, but then I suddenly held up the sign of the horns, and we instantly stopped and fell silent. The crowd was silent for a moment, shocked, and then they roared their approval, and girls screamed and wept.

I looked beside me at my beautiful band mate Jenny, who was sweating and smiling and looking a little dazed, apparently feeling overwhelmed at how the crowd had responded to her song. I gave her a fierce smile and a thumbs-up. I glanced behind me, and Nellie was beaming happily at Jenny. For a moment I wondered what the future held for the two of them, and I hoped they could be happy.

Then I lost myself in the music and in our audience’s response to it. The crowd insisted we play several encores before we finally ended our performance with the song that we always had a lot of fun with, our cover version of ‘Love Potion No. 9’. When we walked off the stage for the last time that night, it was to raucous applause.

We performed our usual little ritual backstage, and I knew it was time for Jenny to leave us. I caught Ina’s eye and nodded toward Jenny, and she joined me in hugging our bandmate.

“Take care of yourself, Babe Doll,” I said softly, kissing her tenderly on both her cheeks. Jenny smiled and hugged me back. She was so much more comfortable with me now than she’d been when we first came to know one another.

She hugged Ina, too, and my blonde best friend kissed her on both cheeks, too, and said, “Yes, Jenny, take care of yourself. We love you.”

I watched as Nellie embraced and kissed her new lover passionately, before Jenny picked up her bass, and left the backstage area to meet her girlfriend. When Jenny opened the door to go, a flood of screaming Crazy Bitches came in after her. I think we were all happy for the distraction, and we good-naturedly chatted and posed for pictures with them.
