Pierce's Claim

“Hey,” he said and lifted her head up with a finger under her chin.

She hadn’t even realized she’d been looking down. That’s how thick her thoughts had been on everything.

Looking into his face, at his raw masculinity, the almost frightening intensity of how handsome he was, all Fallina could think about was she wanted him. But she wouldn’t invite him in, wouldn’t give herself over like that so soon. She was not jumping into something with him because for one moment in time, one day, she felt close to him.

But there was no denying she felt something for him, felt something real and great. Fallina wanted to explore more of that, and she knew he did, too.

So, without thinking, because she didn’t want their kiss tainted by the fact she couldn’t control her emotions, Fallina rose up, placed her hands on his pecs, and kissed him. He was firm, hard and muscular beneath her palms, and he smelled so good. She moaned slightly at the flavor of him, stroked her tongue over his lips, and loved that he let her lead. This was what she needed, what she’d been missing out on all these years. For whatever reason, this man gave her the sensation of being alive and okay. It was crazy, but she was embracing it.

They kissed softly at first, his tongue moving along hers gently. She curled her fingers into his body a little harder, pressed closer to him, and this small, involuntary sound left her when she felt the hard definition of his erection press against her belly. He was big, but that wasn’t a surprise given his overall size. Her body trembled, her nipples hardened, and she was wet between her thighs.

Her pussy clenched, hard, painfully, and pleasurably. Everything inside of her screamed that she’d never felt this way about a man, never felt this arousal … not after what had happened. She should just give in, let herself experience this. But Fallina couldn’t. She didn’t want to jump into something, no matter how good it made her feel.

With every swipe of his tongue along hers, every suck he did to the muscle, every stroke of his hand down her back, she felt desire pour through her cells, trying to claim her fully.

He pulled away, still keeping her close, but the contact between their mouths broken. He panted, breathed out heavily, and that hard, steel-like erection was still pressed to her upper belly. He was so much bigger than she was, so much taller. At clearly a foot taller than her five-foot-six height, Pierce was this mountain of a man, this beast made of muscle and strength.

“I want you so badly, but I don’t want to do this right now.” He cupped her cheek. “I want to take you in a bed, with you naked, beneath me, and only your moans and harsh breathing the backdrop.” He leaned down and kissed her again, pried her mouth open with his tongue, and fucked her that way, just claimed her like she’d never been claimed before. “I want to be able to lick and suck at every part of you, drag my tongue over every inch of your body, and show you what it means to be possessed by a man that wants you so badly he could drive a fucking hole through steel with his cock.”

She gasped at the crudeness of his words.

“I should be whispering sweet things to you, bringing you flowers and candy, holding doors open for you and shit,” he said on a whisper against her mouth. “I should be a better man for you, because that’s what you deserve, but that’s not who I am, Fallina.”

She nodded, knowing exactly the type of man he was. “I don’t want sweet things or chocolate, Pierce.” She pulled away an inch and looked up at him. “I want a man like you.”

He groaned deeply, the vibrations coming up from his massive chest. He tilted her head back with his hand, moved his palms down her cheek, over the side of her throat, and curled his fingers around the back of her neck once more, but didn’t kiss her like she desperately needed. When he pulled back this time there was this hardness, this seriousness, this ferocity in his expression.

  She held her breath.

“I won’t let you go, won’t let you walk away.” Pierce had a firm hold on the nape of her neck, walked her backward so the side of her house stopped her retreat, and this animal-like sound left him in a rumble. “I don’t care who your father is, or what he’ll do to me when he knows I want his daughter, that I won’t let her go no matter what.” He dipped his gaze to her lips. “I’d fucking go to war for you, make sure everyone knew that touching you, looking at you…” he slowly lifted his gaze back to her eyes, “thinking about you,” he growled, “will have them meeting my wrath.”

A shiver wracked through her whole body.

“You’re mine now, and I know you’re fully away that when a member of the Brothers of Menace wants something there isn’t anything or anyone in this fucking world that will stop him from making it his.” He moved an inch closer, his hard cock prodding her belly more demandingly now. “And I want you, all of you.”

  ****

Pierce knew he shouldn’t have said all of that, but he couldn’t help it. He wasn’t like a normal man. None of the Brothers were. They fought hard, partied harder, but most of all loved and protected like nothing else on this planet. Pierce could look at this woman and see the vulnerability clear as day, and that made the protective part of him rise up and want to shelter her. He wanted to knock anyone down that meant to hurt her. And he would, without a doubt until they weren’t breathing anymore.

She was breathing hard, looking up at him like he could deliver the moon to her. God, it was a fucking incredible feeling to have her look at him like that, and Pierce would try until he was bleeding and crawling on the floor to give her everything she wanted … everything she deserved.

Just as he leaned down to kiss her again the sound of his cell going off inside of his cut had him closing his eyes and cursing. It was the club, of course. But then he heard her cell going off, too, and the coincidence of that was just too similar not to have him on alert.

Pierce pulled away, watched her reach into her bag and grab her cell with a shaky hand, and he reached out and touched her fingers. She lifted her head and stared at him, and he leaned down and did kiss her then. But it was just a soft kiss, just a press of his lips to hers, one meant to steady her, to let her know there wasn’t any reason for her to be on edge. He pulled back and grabbed his cell, and although the number was blocked, only a Brother would be calling Pierce on one of these burner phones.

“Hello?” Fallina said, cleared her voice, and stared at him, seeming to do it all in the same breath. Her eyes widened a moment. “Dad,” she said softly, and then cleared her throat again. She turned from him, her body taut. Pierce knew she was nervous, and there was obvious reason to be, but it was the fact a Brother was calling him, and then Cain called Fallina at the same time. Shit was going down.

He shut off the ringer on his phone, turned and walked to his bike, away from Fallina and where Cain couldn’t hear him. That was the last thing they needed right now, and until Pierce and Fallina talked about how they were going to approach this and tell Cain, he’d hold off on letting the MC member know he was claiming his daughter as an old lady.

His cell started vibrating with another call, and he answered it. “Yeah?”

“Club’s on lockdown. We’re having a meeting on what to do, and you need to be at the club now.” Rook’s voice was deep, serious.

Yeah, they’d need to figure out now what to do about M, and he knew that’s why the club was on lockdown. The time for waiting was over.

Pierce disconnected the call and walked back over to Fallina, this awareness, his entire body on alert over what was going on, and saw her standing there with this serious expression on her face. Before she even spoke he knew what she was going to say, and why Cain had called her.

“My dad said I need to get to the club. They are calling a lockdown.”

He nodded, his body tense, his muscles flexing and relaxing under his skin. There was danger around them, or there would be pretty fucking soon when they decided what to do about M and take down the motherfucker.

“Your dad is right, and we need to move now.”

  “I think dr
iving by myself is probably best.”

He agreed, but he wasn’t letting her out of his sight. “I’ll follow, but I’m not leaving you behind, Fallina.”

She stood there a second, and then finally nodded. “Okay, let me just grab a bag.”

He followed her in, but waited in the living room as she packed what she needed. When she was out, her bag in hand, and was making her way toward the front door, he stopped her with a hand on her waist, seeing that she was afraid.

“Hey,” he said softly and turned her around so she faced him. “It’ll be okay.” He stroked her cheek with his thumb. “I’ll make sure everything is okay, Fallina.”

She nodded. Surprising the hell out of him she leaned into him and wrapped her arms around his waist. “I know, Pierce, but the last time the club called a lockdown people got hurt.”

Yeah, he couldn’t deny that, but he’d make sure she was safe. He held her and didn’t want to stop, but they had to get moving. This shit was dangerous, and would get even more so when things were finalized. Having her at the clubhouse would give him peace of mind.

Once this was all said and done and M was taken care of, Pierce could tell Cain that Fallina was his old lady, and there wasn’t anything that could stop that.

  Chapter Nine

Fallina always felt at home, right where she should be, when she was in the club. But right now she felt a little off kilter given the fact everyone was here because of lockdown, and her father and Pierce were talking with the other MC members in a back room. She’d seen all the tension in the guys when she’d first showed up, and she felt for them, felt the strain in their lives because everyone they loved was currently in danger. But this was the norm for the club—well, not the norm, but it had happened several times where the family of the club members were put in danger because of the activity of the Brothers.

So here she sat, for the third time since the club had formed their charter in River Run, and not knowing why she was actually here, just that there was danger.

Tuck’s son and daughter, Aspen and Leif, were sitting in the corner, with Jana’s son Braden on Aspen’s lap. Jana, Tuck’s woman, was standing over by the bar with Bobbie, and the other old ladies, Adrianna, Cookie, Callie, and Violet. Violet looked up from making drinks for the adults and putting out cookies for the children, but set everything aside and came over to Fallina.

“You doing okay?” Violet asked and took her hand to lead her over to one of the empty couches off to the side. The club had been semi-cleaned because of the lockdown, and the club whores that were normally present were fortunately gone. They weren’t family, not really. Well, Bobbie, Jana’s best friend and the woman that had taken care of Braden when all that shit had gone down with Jana being abducted, was more like family, and therefore made to stay with them in lockdown.

“I’m okay.” Fallina looked over at the meeting room, but the door was shut and there wasn’t a window letting her see inside. “Did my dad tell you anything?” she asked, but Fallina knew her father would not tell anyone about what the club was up to, old lady or not.

“You know he wouldn’t talk to me about that stuff, and to be honest I wouldn’t want to know, but whatever it is must be pretty heavy if they called in all the family.”

Fallina nodded, rested against the couch, and wondered how and when she should tell Violet about Pierce. Fallina knew she wanted to be with Pierce, because he was the first man, the only man, to ever make her feel the same kind of freedom, the same kind of life, she did when up on stage.

“Are you sure you’re okay?” Violet asked, and Fallina could see in the other woman’s face she wouldn’t let this go if Fallina didn’t at least forget about her current problems and focus on the fact they were in real danger.

“I’m okay. I think just all of this has got to me, that’s all.”

Violet nodded slowly, and although the other woman was clearly backing off on this, for right now at least, Fallina knew her friend well enough to know she could read between the lines.

“You hungry, thirsty? I know Bobbie and Jana are making sandwiches and some sides.”

“I don’t think I can eat anything right now.” Fallina’s belly was in knots, and all she could think about, do, was stare at that meeting door and wonder what was going on. She was worried about the situation making them be on lockdown, but she was also thinking about, worrying about, her father and Pierce.

Callie walked over to the younger kids and gathered them all up. It was late, and she could see some of them fading. They would all be sleeping in the large playroom that had been set up for this exact situation. Although it was mainly where the members could go to get away if they needed, it had a bunch of things to keep someone occupied like an extra pool table, foosball, air hockey, and other “toys”. The kids would be calling it their bedroom for the time being.

Adrianna grabbed a tray of food for the kids, and Cookie grabbed drinks and other snacks. Then the women and the children were heading out of the main room and down the hallway. It was good to get them out of here, and although it wasn’t as though the members had any small kids, not counting Braden who was Jana’s daughter and pretty much Tuck’s adoptive son, there were close family members of those members and their families that needed to be protected.

“Here,” Violet said and handed Fallina a plate filled with a sandwich, some chips, and a slice of watermelon.

“Violet, I’m really not hungry.” Fallina didn’t mention that her stomach was in knots, her thoughts a jumbled mess because of the kiss she’d shared with Pierce, and so many other things.

“Just try to eat something. It might make you feel better, or at least keep you occupied.”

“I can help cook or clean, or even with the kids.”

“All of that’s okay and handled,” Violet said and sat beside her on the couch. They were silent for a few seconds, and Fallina pushed around the chips on her plate.

“Maybe you’d like to talk about the fact Pierce and you seemed to come to the clubhouse at the exact same time, or maybe more so because Pierce couldn’t seem to keep his eyes off of you, and followed you around like he was worried you’d get snatched right out from under him.” Violet was silent for a moment, and Fallina knew it was because Jana had gotten taken from the club not that long ago. “That was a bad comparison, but you know what I mean,” Violet said.

Fallina looked at Violet, her heart in her throat, her lungs seizing as she stared at her friend. “What?” she seemed to wheeze out, knowing that she had just seen Pierce for this one day, yet Violet was seeing something there? Already?

“Listen,” Violet said in a very soft voice, so low Fallina knew she was the only one that could hear it. Violet shifted on the couch so she faced Fallina, and the silence stretched between them for a second. “I don’t know what’s going on, and unless you want to tell me I don’t want to know.”

Fallina gave her a look, one that said she was talking out of her ass right now.

“Okay, I’d want to know whether you want to tell me or not, but you know what I mean.”

Fallina breathed out and leaned back on the couch. “I know what you mean, but there really isn’t anything to say.” She looked over at Violet, saw the expression on her face that was kind of incredulous, kind of ridiculous, and knew she couldn’t keep this in.

“Okay, there might have been something, but nothing that would have your eyebrows raised.” Although Fallina had actually felt something a lot stronger than just that kiss they shared, she didn’t even know where to start by telling Violet anything … everything.

Fallina was ashamed of what she’d done these past years, disgusted with herself afterward, yet she kept going back. It was an addiction, or at least she felt like it was. Fallina still found herself going back to the club, taking off her clothes, and becoming Lil, no matter how many times she told herself stripping wasn’t a healthy therapy.

She wanted to confide in her friend, but it had been years since she started do
ing what she did, being Lil and degrading herself. Fallina hadn’t been able to bring herself to tell anyone, least of all Violet, because telling her the deep, dark secret she held meant it would be truly real. “Violet, I think once I tell you everything you’ll look at me differently, think of me differently.” Fallina swallowed, feeling her shame more intently than she ever had as she stared at Violet. “I’m afraid you’ll look at me and see someone you hate.”

  Chapter Ten

“Things are about to get fucking messy, but it’s the only way this can play out,” Lucien said, the tension in the room so thick it coated Pierce’s skin.

“When isn’t this shit fucking messy?” Rook said, no amusement in his voice. There was a murmur of agreement from the Brothers.

“So what’s the breakdown of the plan, and when do we make the move?” Tuck asked, the Brother being the one that made the deal with the motherfucking M bastard, and the reason they were in this situation. But even though Tuck had made the deal with the pimp and drug dealer only known as M behind the club’s back, he’d made things right and they were now moving forward.

“The Grizzlies will be on standby if we need it, but I’ve told Jagger and the others that I don’t want them near the scene because things will get messy. I don’t want them getting involved unless necessary, because then their whole club and their extensions will be put in danger.”

Everyone agreed, and there was a rush of conversation, but Lucien started speaking again and they all quieted.

“Tuck, you’ll contact M and let him know we’re ready to do this. I know he’s been contacting you frequently over the last few weeks regarding this.”

Tuck nodded. “Yeah, the bastard thinks I need to know every other day when his shipment comes in, that or he wants to make sure to tell us constantly because he is one sick bastard.”
