  Pizza dough

  Leftover turkey

  1 teaspoon thyme

  3.5oz Cheddar cheese

  1 teaspoon basil

  0.88oz Mozzarella cheese

  1 teaspoon oregano

  0.88oz Bacon

  1 tablespoon tomato puree

  Egg

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 360oF.

  Roll pizza dough. Make a mix of tomato puree with seasoning. Pour it over the dough.

  Cover pizza with chopped turkey, cut bacon and cheese.

  Cover this mix with the egg and close the dough to roll it up.

  Place pizza into the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

  Serve with hot sauce.

  8 sheets pastry

  5.3oz cheese Philadelphia

  2 eggs

  1 teaspoon onion powder

  1 cup cheese

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 340oF.

  Boil silverbeet.

  Cut pastry on squares.

  Add salt, pepper, powders, cheese and Philadelphia with beaten eggs to the silverbeet.

  Place pastry on the table and add boiled mix. Cover with one more pastry layer. Add mix one more time.

  Roll up pastry and place into the Air Fryer.

  Cook roll for 30 minutes.

  Serve with berry sauce.

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.

  Combine garlic, chili flakes and shallot with olive oil in the Air Fryer and cook for 5 minutes.

  In the other plate pour white wine on mussels and add some pepper.

  Add mussels to the Air Fryer. Cook for 5 minutes more.

  Add tomatoes and fresh basil to the Air Fryer and cook for another 2 minutes.

  Serve on the flat plate with lime.
