  1 potatoes

  Ranch dressing

  5 bacon slices

  ¼ cup scallions

  Olive oil

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.

  Boil potatoes.

  Blanch potatoes and put into the cold water.

  Cut bacon into slices and place it in the Air Fryer for 5 minutes.

  Take bacon out of the Air Fryer and change temperature on 360oF.

  Place potato into the Air Fryer and cook for 25 minutes.

  Mix Cheddar cheese with cream cheese.

  Pour cheese mix on the potatoes and add bacon. Cover with salt and pepper.

  Place mix into the Air Fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
