  2 pounds rib eye steak

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  1 tablespoon steak rub

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.

  Cover steak with steak rub and olive oil.

  Place steak in the Air Fryer and cook for 14 minutes.

  Leave steak for 10 minutes to rest after the frying.

  Serve with hot sauce.

  5oz lamb meat

  ½ teaspoon lemon rind

  1 tablespoon capers

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  1 handful parsley

  6 anchovy fillets

  3 teaspoons lemon juice

  2 garlic cloves

  1 onion

  2oz tomatoes

  Red capsicum

  2 zucchini

  12 garlic cloves

  Eggplant

  1 handful mint

  1.76oz parmesan cheese

  2fl oz olive oil

  Directions:

  Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 350oF.

  Clean lamb meat of the bones and skin.

  Mix parsley, capers, lemon rind, lemon juice, anchovies, olive oil and garlic.

  Cover lamb with the marinade.

  Mix lamb with pepper and bake in the Air Fryer for 30 minutes.

  Wash and slice capsicum, garlic, zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes.

  Bake summer vegetables in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes.

  Add parmesan to the hot vegetables.

  Serve all together with mint!
