Nicola’s body tensed at the touch, and she picked up Teri’s small frame, carrying her to the bed in the room next door, arms locked firmly under her behind. Teri clung to her neck loosely, gently biting the skin just below her ear.

They reached the room and Nicola flung her down onto the mattress, seductively crawling on top of the topless body below her. Her hands automatically found themselves drawn to the exposed breasts again, massaging them, squeezing them before moving down – down.

Nicola slipped the button out of its hole, pulled the zip down slowly and rid Teri of both her pants and underwear in one smooth sweep as she pulled down the pair to leave the no-longer-angry blonde vulnerable and naked on the giant bed. She stood up to admire the body, smiling wordlessly.

Nicola discarded her own clothes unceremoniously as Teri watched her from the bed, not moving except for the one hand that was slowly moving over her now-exposed center – almost subconsciously.

She climbed back over the figure on the bed, knees digging into the mattress on the sides as she lowered herself over the teacher she’d missed so much.

Teri bit down hard on Nicola’s shoulder as the familiar hands worked their way towards her moist sex, long nails lightly scratching their way down Teri’s belly.

Teri slid down the bed, hooking her arms underneath Nicola’s behind and pulling her naked lips to her face. Nicola grabbed the headboard as her hips arched into Teri’s face, where a familiar tongue played over the excited flesh feverishly, gripping her behind firmly to keep her in place as her knees weakened.

Nicola turned around from where she was kneeling on top of Teri, turning her body so her back was now to the searching mouth below. She lay down on the smaller figure carefully, breasts pressing into Teri’s belly as her own mouth searched the pleasures below without having to move her moist crotch away from Teri’s face.

She pushed Teri’s knees apart, parting the lips with her fingers as her tongue followed. It was hard to concentrate on the task at hand as her own body tensed and shivered with the intense pleasure of the mouth slowly playing over her own moist sex. Knees bent, ass in the air, Nicola hunched over Teri who hooked her arms under the strong thighs above her, over the behind she could never get enough of, tackling the task from another angle.

Their stimulated bodied heaved up and down together as they devoured each other eagerly, the combination of giving and receiving pleasure erupting through their naked bodies in undreamt of fulfillment.

As they climaxed together, Teri grabbed Nicola’s behind firmly, as she angrily, but passionately dug her nails into the flesh she had craved since their terrible goodbye. She could taste the come dripping from Nicola’s spent center and she eagerly licked up every last sweet drop.

Nicola shifted herself off Teri, turning herself around to fall down on the pillow next to the panting blonde. Teri nestled her head under the protective arm as they lay there naked, spent, holding each other’s bruised bodies tightly.

“I’ve missed this,” Teri admitted, kissing Nicola on the forehead tenderly.

“Me too,” Nicola kissed her again before getting up, searching for her clothes.

“Come here – stay,” Teri stretched out her arm to Nicola.

But she just shook her head.

  “You know I can’t.”

  Nicola left.

Teri was so furious with Nicola that she agreed to go on a blind date that her sister had set up for her. Some young engineer with a bright future or something seemingly impressive like that.

She had to force herself to actually make any effort as she really didn't feel like making small talk with a stranger. But her sister somehow convinced her that the distraction would do her good and Teri couldn’t argue with that.

All she wanted was to forget about Nicola. That road held nothing but pain and misery – Nicola was never going to commit to her and she could no longer lie to herself that she could do this sex-only thing.

The date went even more horribly than she anticipated and the guy doesn’t stop talking about how amazing he is for a second. He spent the whole date showing off and making meaningless conversation about topics she couldn’t care less about. Teri left even before dessert, cursing herself for ever being talked into going in the first place.

She rushed off back to her studio, the only place of sanity still left in her world. Clearly, dating wasn't the answer – so she might as well get back to the only thing that helps – throwing herself into her work.

Teri halted outside the door as the last person she wanted to see stood there, surrounded by brown paper bags.

“What do you want?” Teri demanded, frozen in the hallway.

“I’ve come to apologize,” Nicola said.

“I’ve heard that one before. Please leave, you’re blocking my way.”

  “I’ve brought you presents.”

“You can’t fix this with flowers and stupid gifts, Nicola.”

“Go ahead, look in the bags.”

  “I don’t care – I can’t be bought.”

“Just look damn it!” Nicola insisted and Teri reluctantly picked up one of the bags.

It was dancing shoes – boxes and boxes of dancing shoes.

“For your students,” Nicola said sheepishly. “I know how much you care about those kids… I couldn’t help but notice none of them had proper shoes…”

“That’s very kind of you,” Teri softened as she looked at the bags. It was a lovely gesture but it didn’t change how furious she was with Nicola.

"I'm so sorry, Teri. Please, can we do this proper? I acted like a fool – I can't live without you," Nicola pleaded.

“You’re being dramatic. I thought you didn’t do commitment?” Teri wasn’t going to fall for kind words again – she’d been hurt too many times.

“This time is different. I’m willing to try it out. My world is meaningless without you…”

“Just more empty promises. Always just empty promises. And the moment you have me in your bed again, you leave or kick me out – I don’t know which is worse. I can’t do this anymore, Nicola. I’m not a robot – I can’t just sleep with you and not feel anything.”

“It won’t be like that anymore, I…”

  “Please leave,” Teri insisted.

“I’m not going anywhere, not until I have you back.”

“Fine, then I’ll leave,” Teri turned around and marched down the street, leaving Nicola (still surrounded by shoes) on the sidewalk.

Teri angrily marched down the road to her apartment, Nicola not far behind, shouting her name.

  “Teri – please.”

“Go away, Nicola. Stop following me! I told you, I’m not doing this again.”

Nicola didn’t listen and continued to follow her, pleading all the way.

“I’ll do whatever it takes. Just tell me what I can do,” she was close to tears now but Teri was having none of it, picking up her pace.

  “You’ve done enough. Just leave.”

They reached the apartment block in no time and Nicola showed no signs of letting up – she was desperate. Nothing else mattered anymore.

“Please can we just talk,” she begged as Teri unlocked her apartment.

“We’ve tried that before. No, I know how this ends.”

“Just for a second, let me explain.”

“No, I’m done with you!” Teri shut the door in her face, locking it as she leaned back against it.

“Please let me in, Teri. I have to talk to you,” Nicola insisted.

  “Go away!”

“I’m not going anywhere. Please let me in. I’ll stay this time. I’ll sleep over!”

“I don’t care – you’ve had your chance. I’m not letting you in. It’s too late.”

“I’m staying here until you let me in! I’m never leaving you again.”

"Well, then you can sleep in the hallway for all that I care!"

  “Ter
i, please!”

Teri ignored the pleas outside her door and put on the radio, turning up the volume until it drowned out the sound of Nicola’s desperation.

She’d leave soon enough, Teri thought as she poured herself a glass of wine and ran the bath. She slipped her tired body into the warm water, submerging her naked flesh in the steaming escape. She closed her eyes and drifted off to a happier world – but kept having to fight off thoughts of Nicola that crept back to her mind time and time again.

Last time she had a bath was at Nicola’s place. They had candles lit and soft music playing in the background as they took turns teasing each other’s bodies with the streams of warm water shooting from the detachable faucet.

She pushed the thought out of her mind. ‘It was over, for good this time,’ she told herself.

  But Nicola didn’t leave.

Eventually, Teri turned off the music and went to bed, determined not to fall for Nicola's dramatics again. She had put her through enough already and she was done with the turmoil.

But Teri is woken up by a loud knock on the door not too much later – it was 3:04 am according to the flashing red alarm clock on her bedside table.

“Go away, Nicola,” she shouted, still half asleep.

“Miss Alexander! It’s the police – please open up!” the authoritative voice sounded from the other side and Teri jumped out of bed, wrapping her dressing gown around her sleepy figure.

“Yes?” she queried, opening the door only a sliver to the face of the older gentleman in the blue uniform.

“I’m sorry to bother you Miss Alexander, but your neighbor has reported a domestic disturbance.”

“Everything is fine,” she replied, shutting the door.

  “Miss Alexander?”

  She opened the door again.

“I’m so sorry, but your neighbor has reported this person sleeping outside in the hall. She claims she’s a friend of yours and you won’t let her in? I’m sorry, I just need to verify the facts here – your neighbors are concerned about safety. You know with prostitution on the rise in the neighborhood and all that…”

Teri opened the door further and saw the officer’s grip on the haggard-looking Nicola.

“Teri, please let me in. Tell him I’m not crazy, that you know me,” she pleaded but Teri just stared at her coldly.

“I’m sorry officer, I don’t know this woman. Thank you for keeping our neighborhood safe,” she slammed the door shut and went back to bed.

“Okay Miss Clarke, you’re free to go. You’ve been bailed out,” the officer informed her the next morning as he unlocked the cold cell.

“Finally, took her long enough. What do I pay her for if she can’t even come bail me out earlier – useless assistant,” Nicola mumbled to herself, trying to straighten out her wrinkled suit that she’s been wearing since she went to work the previous morning.

It’s been a long night and she was grateful to get out of the unfriendly police station. Arrested for prostitution – imagine. The press was going to have a field day with this.

She collected her belongings and made her way to the lobby. But it wasn’t her personal assistant waiting there for her – it was Teri.

Nicola glared at her angrily. “What are you doing here? I can’t believe you got me arrested.”

“I’m sorry, Nicola – I was furious at you… you drive me crazy, you know that right?” Teri shrugged somewhat apologetically.

“I can say the same for you. I mean bloody hell, I just got arrested for you. But I suppose I have nobody else to blame for that but myself.”

Teri walked up to her and hugged her close. “Did you mean it when you said you wanted to try this for real?”

“Every word of it. I’ve never met anyone like you, Teri. You throw my entire world into chaos but without you, there is no world…”

"Oh, Nicola! You know you'll have to get me a key made to your apartment now, right?"

“Please – because clearly sleeping in hallways is frowned upon in modern society,” she smiled.

“Come on, let’s go home,” Teri kissed her deeply, slipping one arm around her waist as they walked out together.

  “For real this time?”

  “For real.”

  A First Time Lesbian Romance

“I meant everything.” Rachel raised an eyebrow.

My heart skipped a beat and I took a deep breath. But before I could second guess myself, I unhooked my bra, slipped it off, and pulled down my panties.

She slowly came closer to me, my instincts were telling me to back away, but I stood frozen, expecting her.

She kissed me first on the lips.

Then my chin. Then my neck. And slowly moves down, not missing a single inch of my skin. My body screams out with pleasure, my insides now burning with passion.

Her tongue moves around my breasts, down my stomach, and traces my pelvic bone…

  CHAPTER 1

I probably looked pretty stupid sitting there in my bed, twiddling the 4-karat diamond ring between my fingers. The night before, my occasional boyfriend Tom got down on one knee and asked the big question so many girls dream of. But all I felt was my stomach dropping and my life flashing before my eyes.

Tom was an investment banker, and a damn good one, too. He lived a very lavish lifestyle, including a gorgeous penthouse apartment and a free pass to get first class tickets to anywhere he wanted to go.

But throughout the year of our on-and-off relationship, I always felt like just an accessory to his success. Someone who was just expected to be his pretty little arm candy and support him in all his endeavors.

Don't get me wrong, the rich lifestyle was nice. But before long, the magic of it wore off and I felt utterly useless.

So as I kept staring at the glimmering ring, I wondered if a life of glamor and comfort was worth it. I would no doubt be very well cared for, but I also didn't want to get stuck with a man who I wasn't sure truly loved me.

I picked up the phone and call Carl. Carl Cummings has been my best friend since college. He was there for every breakup, every failed test, every rough night. My shoulder to cry on, and the person I wanted to tell everything.

  "What's up?" Carl answers.

"I need your help. I'm stressing out. I don't know what to do." I said rather desperately as I hold the ring up in front of my face.

"Whoa whoa, honey what's wrong? Talk to me." He tried to calm me down.

"I just... Suck at decisions." I fall back into my bed, letting out a discouraged sigh.

"Kelly, get your ass in some nice pants and meet me at our place." Carl hanged up the phone without letting me get in a single word. Which left me no choice but to get out of bed, change into some dark slim jeans and a halter top, and go out into the chilly night air.

What he referred to as "our place" was a sleek, swanky 4-star sushi place in the heart of Manhattan. Yes, it was outrageously expensive but worth every penny.

Carl and I sat at a high table for two. He was so handsome. One side of his hair slightly hung over his defined, clean-shaven face. He wore black jeans and a very tight cardigan. I knew he worked out but damn, I guess I never really realized how much it paid off.

In college, I had the biggest crush on him and tried to kiss him on several occasions. After about the 4th attempted kiss he revealed that he was flattered, but was completely into men. 100% queer. So we just decided to be best friends.

"So. What's your issue." Carl was ready for some juicy drama.

I grabbed the diamond ring out of my purse and set it on the table. Carl's eyes widened as he took the ring and examined it.

"What the hell is this? Did he..."

"Propose? Yes.” I answered as I downed a good portion of my drink.

  “What did you say?"

  ”I told him I'd think about it. And that's why I n
eed your help. I like him, but I don’t know if I love him, you know? He’s super rich and that’s nice and all, but at the end of the day, that’s not what matters.” I spilled out all my thoughts and why I felt caught in a pickle.

"So what do you think?" I leaned back in my chair, trying to calm my heart rate.

Carl leaned forward, stirring his drink with the straw, and then looked at me dead in the eyes.

"I think you need to get laid." He said so surely.

"Excuse me?" I said, taken aback.

"Listen. You've been in a shaky relationship with Tom for over a year now. He's the only person you've been with in forever. And something doesn't feel right. So, I say you need to explore other options. Learn more about yourself before making any decisions. Do something spontaneous and get laid in a swanky hotel room."

"And how do you suggest I go about doing that?" I said stubbornly.

"Just chose someone in this restaurant and go for it." Carl started scanning the room while I looked at him like he's crazy.

"Her." He gestured towards the bar and my gaze followed in that direction, where I saw a gorgeous woman sitting at the bar alone, sipping a martini, and scrolling through her phone.

She was dressed in a blazer and a pencil skirt, so I assumed she was a classy business woman most likely in town for something work related.

Her soft brunette hair hung down past her shoulders and she sported large hoop earrings in each ear.

My eyes traveled all the way down her perfect body and I spotted a small tattoo right above her ankle.

"Someone's getting all hot and bothered," Carl teased me.
