Her hand popped out from under the cover to caress the dark scruff on his chin. “I love that about you as well, my husband.”
“Me waking you up?”
“You taking care of me. You are only one who could.”
“I would never allow another.” He kissed her forehead, her lips, and then rolled out of the other side of the bed.
Katalin watched him, smile on her face, until he disappeared into the dressing chambers. She sank her head deeper into the pillow, closing her eyes.
Perfection. Absolute perfection.
