“Is this okay?” Jagger held Xander’s hand.
“Yes, it is.” Xander looked at his gorgeous mate. “Can I ask you a personal question?”
“We’re mates Xander, you can ask me anything.”
“Are you, well I mean have you…” Xander fidgeted, nervously. “I’m not a virgin Xander; I can’t tell you how sorry I am to have to tell you that. I just figured I’d never find my mate. My Dad was so against gays, I just figured I’d never be with a man. I’m so sorry.”
“Were you though? Have you been with a man?”
“Not sexually, I mean no penetration. I’ve been with women.”
“So you kind of are a virgin in that aspect? You know the guy one?” Xander felt a renewed sense of hope. “Well I guess if you look at it that way then yes, I am a virgin.” Jagger felt the squeeze on his hand from Xander and smiled. The restaurant came into view and Jagger pulled into the parking lot and cut the engine. Turning in his seat, he looked at Xander’s smiling face. “So I guess we have some new territory to cover, if you allow me into your life.”
“I…” Xander removed his hand from Jagger’s, clasping them together.
“What? Did I assume too much?” Jagger held his breath.
“I’ve never kissed anyone.” Xander whispered into his lap.
Jagger tried to cover his shock, but ended up doing a poor job of it. Xander’s face shot up at his quick intake of breath. “Never?”
“No,” Xander blushed furiously. Jagger leaned across the seat, pulling Xander’s face up to his own gently. Xander’s big green eyes searched his, as Jagger leaned in and softly brushed Xander’s lips. A soft whimper escaped Xander’s mouth and Jagger forced himself back from the kiss. He looked at Xander’s innocent face, his eyes were still closed. “Was that alright?”
“Yes,” His lips were still tingling from his first kiss.
Jagger took a deep breath. “Are you ready for dinner?”
“Yes I am.” Jagger exited the vehicle, and came around to Xander’s side, opening the door for him. They walked in to the restaurant with Jagger’s hand on Xander’s elbow. Jagger spoke to the Maître D and they were seated in the back with a view of the ocean. He smiled and nodded to the waiter, as they were brought menus.
“Would you like to start with some wine, Mr. Drake?” The waiter asked.
“No, thank you. Just water will be fine.” Jagger looked at Xander. “Unless you’d like something else?” “No, water is fine thank you.” Xander looked over the menu, trying to keep the surprise off his face at the prices. He leaned over and looked at Jagger, speaking quietly. “You didn’t have to b Xaring me here; I’m fine with a burger, Jagger.”
“Sorry, I just didn’t know where you’d like to eat. Is this too much?”
Xander looked at the lobster plate and smiled. “No, for tonight I’ll let it slide.” Jagger laughed softly. “Look, I really want to explain what happened this morning. Vanessa is the daughter of Frank Dubois, he’s the manager of one of the biggest law firms in the city and Vanessa and I were friends. Over time, I started taking her to functions with me, you know, black tie affairs and such.” Jagger sipped his water. “Well, it started with a kiss good night and then another and another and before I knew it, she’d made me her boyfriend. My whole life my father told me being gay was a sin; Taylor and I were abused on a daily basis by that man. The day your pack showed up to get Dakota back, we were finally free of him.” Jagger sat back in the chair and sighed. “But abuse like that stays with you Xander, and as hard as Taylor and I have tried to be true to ourselves, it’s hard to unlearn lessons.”
“I remember your dad.” Xander’s brows furrowed. “When he slapped you I got angry, at least now I know why.” “I remember thinking you looked so gorgeous that day, Jesus you look gorgeous any day at any time. I’m so happy you’re my mate, Xander.”
“Do you…love Vanessa?” Xander nervously played with his water glass. “No Xander, I don’t.” Jagger reached across the table to take Xander’s hand. “Look, I know I kissed you in the car, but I can’t do that again.” Jagger saw the surprise on Xander’s face. “Wait, no not like that,” Jagger took a deep breath. “I’m not a cheater and I need to end things with Vanessa before I kiss you again, I mean if you want me to kiss you again.”
Xander looked at Jagger’s full lips and licked his own. “Yes I would, I’ve been waiting for my mate to do, well, everything. I have years of pent up sexual need.” Xander blushed. Jagger fought to control his lupine side from emerging. “How old are you?” Jagger tilted his head.
“Almost twenty, you?”
“I’ll be twenty four, August fourth.” “But you have experience right? Well more than me.” Xander smiled when Jagger nodded. “Good, you can teach me things and I want to learn every inch of you.”
Jagger’s cock sprung up from his jeans and pushed the limits of the denim. “Oh lord,” Jagger moaned, trying to adjust his dick. “As soon as we’re done with dinner, I’m going to break it off with Vanessa, I promise.”
“So, you do want me then?” Xander looked into Jagger’s beautiful, pale blue eyes.
“Oh yes, Xander Quinton.” Jagger played with Xander’s fingers. “I want you.”
~~Chapter Four~~ Grayson watched in total fascination, as Taylor sucked the meat right off his riiv b bone. The meat, slathered in Barbeque sauce, slipped past those gorgeous full lips and a bone emerged clean. Grayson licked his lips, as Taylor repeated the process. Jesus, it was fucking erotic the way the man ate ribs, he sucked them like a professional hooker. Grayson suddenly had a vision of himself, sliding his cock past Taylor’s lips. He’d grip those dirty blonde locks and watch as his dick slid in and out of Taylor’s hot wet—
“Grayson?” “Huh?” Grayson was brought out of his dick-sucking fantasy, by Taylor’s smooth-as- fucking-silk voice. “Yes?”
“I asked if you wanted another plate of ribs?” Taylor slid the rib bone into his mouth slowly, watching Grayson’s Adam’s apple bob up and down. It became obvious after the first three ribs, that he’d gotten Grayson’s attention solely on his mouth, just by sliding a rib in. He wasn’t trying to tease him at first, but now…
“Well, I’ve had two already.” Grayson swallowed hard, as Taylor played with the rib bone on his tongue. Grayson grabbed his glass of water and contemplated pouring it over his head; he was so damn hot he needed a fire extinguisher. “So, you were going to tell me about,” Grayson shivered. “Her.”
Taylor wiped his hands off and put them on the table; he took a deep breath and raised his eyes to Grayson’s. “At first I was just her date to functions you know? Then she started getting touchy feely with me and then the kissing started.” Taylor sighed. “I know I should have put a stop to it, I do not get excited around women, I never have. My first time was with—” Taylor stopped himself, he didn’t know if Grayson knew that part yet.
Grayson’s eyes went wide. “You were the alphas son?” Taylor nodded and Grayson looked at his plate. “I mean, I’d heard the stories of Dakota getting caught with the son of the alpha, but I didn’t put it together…”
“I’m so sorry Grayson, if I could take it back to be pure for you I would.” Taylor wanted to touch Grayson, fix it somehow, but he couldn’t. “Look, as soon as I drop you off, I’m going to Brianna’s to end this okay? I don’t want to hurt you and I want to be with you Grayson, if you’ll have me.”Oh god please say yes…
Grayson smiled wickedly, rolling his fork between his fingers. “What’s it worth to you?”
“What?” Taylor tilted his head. “For me to say yes?” Grayson smiled wide, opening up the lines of communication to Taylor.Yes, I can hear everything you think, would you like me to showyou howto turn that off?
Taylor nodded slowly, without thinking or speaking.
Grayson giggled and took Taylor’s hand. “I do want to be with you.” Taylor’s body finally relaxed for the first time since meeting his mate. “Okay, good. I’m going to do this right though
. This relationship is going to be perfect.”
“There’s no such thing Taylor, all you can do is love the person you are with the way you want to be loved, then everything else will fall into place. We won’t always get along, we are going to butt heads from time to time, but as long as we have love…” Grayson shrugged his shoulders. “My parents were very much in love and when my mother died, it almost destroyed my dad. They had their fights, but my brother’s and I always knew they loved each otv hher.”
“Jagger and I lost our Mom when I was two, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer but when she found out she was pregnant with me, she refused treatment.” Taylor sighed, sadly. “I think that has a lot to do with why my father was so cruel to me; he blamed me for her death.”
“That’s not your fault, Taylor.” Grayson squeezed his hand. “Those were her wishes; she obviously loved you very much to put her life at risk, so that you could live.”
“I don’t remember her too much; by the time they finally got started treating the cancer, it was too late. My dad was never the same after she died and Jagger and I walked on egg shells after that. When we got into High School, is when the gay talks started. I was in wrestling and football, but my dad always picked on me for the wrestling part, saying I loved it because I got to roll around on the floor with men. Then Dakota came into the pack and we became good friends, I liked him and I thought he was beautiful.” Taylor looked at Grayson with a sad smile. “When we got caught together, Dakota got the lesser punishment being kicked out; if I wasn’t a werewolf I’d be dead at the hands of my father. He beat me within an inch of my life. So even now I hide the fact that I’m gay. I can’t make promises Grayson, but I will try to be out with you as much as I can. I just hope you can be patient with me.”
“As long as I know you actually do want to be with me, I can handle anything Taylor. I think you are worth waiting for.” Grayson smiled.
“How old are you?” Taylor smiled at Grayson.
“Almost nineteen,” Grayson blushed. “Why? How old are you?” “Twenty one,” Taylor reached across the table for Grayson’s hands.
“May I?”
“Of course,”
Taylor held Grayson’s hands and kissed his palm. “I swear, I’ll be the best boyfriend.”
“Uh huh…” Grayson narrowed his eyes. “Okay listen up and I’ll tell you how to keep your dirty thoughts to yourself.”
“Hey!” Taylor laughed.
“Deny it, I dare you.” Grayson pointed at Taylor with his fork.
Taylor blushed. “Okay, you got me.” Grayson leaned over as close as he could get, grinning. “It’s okay, I’ve got a lot of energy Taylor, and I am thinking the same damn thing.” Grayson winked.
Taylor groaned and sipped his water. “I should get you back before I attack you.”
Grayson’s brow rose. “Can’t keep your claws to yourself?”
“Not when I look at you, no.” Taylor motioned to the waiter for the check. Taylor paid for the meal and they were back in the car headed for Grayson’s apartment. His eyes kept drifting from the road to Grayson’s bulge between his legs. The smell of arousal in the car was overwhelming. Taylor rolled the window down and wished it was winter, he was sweating to death. They pulled up in front of the apartments and Taylor got out of the car, opening Grayson’s door for him. He walked Grayson all the way up to his unit, standing with his hands clasped behind his back, as Grayson unlocked the door. Grayson turned to face him and Taylor bit his lip, to keep from leaning in.
“So,” Grayson shifted his weight from one foot to the other. “Thank you for dinner, I think we are on the same page now.”
Taylor nodded. “As soon as I talk to Brianna, we are officially dating. Exclusively right?”
“That’s the only way I’ll have it Taylor, no cheating. At all.” Grayson looked into Taylor’s eyes. “Can you handle that?” Taylor stepped into Grayson’s space, forcing him into the door behind him, his hand gently caressed Grayson’s cheek. Taylor leaned in, brushing his lips across the soft skin on the side of Grayson’s neck. “Not only can I handle it, it’s what I want.” Taylor backed away and took Grayson’s hand kissing it. “Good night, Grayson.”
“Yeah…night.” Grayson’s mouth dropped open, as Taylor winked and strode back down the hall. He raised his hand to his neck and smiled. “Wow.”
“Oh and by the way, nine in the morning tomorrow.”
“Wait, I’m dating the boss, why not ten?” Grayson grinned. “You want eight?” Taylor hit the button on the elevator.
“Nine’s fine.” Grayson growled playfully.
Taylor’s dick hardened in his jeans and he took a deep breath. “Night Grayson.”
~~ Jagger was so hard, he was wondering if he could die from a perpetual erection. The whole dinner consisted of him drooling over his mate, and making a fool of himself every five minutes. He’d never been so tongue tied in his life. Now they were in the car driving back to Xander’s apartment and the only thing Jagger could think of, was to keep his hands and lips to himself. It wasn’t easy; he’d wanted Xander from the moment he’d laid eyes on the man. Those damn eyes seared into his brain, that body, and now he had his mate right next to him. Jagger pulled up to the curb and got out of the car. Making his way around to help Xander out, they walked to the front of the building and Jagger held back.
“If I walk you up there, I’m going to want to kiss you.” Jagger held Xander’s hand. “I really just want to feel you in my arms. Is that okay?”
“Yes,” Xander stood unsure of how to proceed next, until Jagger swept him into an embrace. His arms locked around the taller man’s neck, as he buried his face in Jagger’s hair, inhaling the fragrant scent of his shampoo with a hint of cologne. Xander’s dick responded immediately and he felt Jagger’s own arousal on his thigh. He leaned back and saw Jagger’s eyes had shifted.
“I should go,” Jagger was surprised at how deep his voice sounded. His attraction and subsequent arousal to his mate, making him harder than a steel pipe. He stepped away, smiling. “Good night Xander, see you tomorrow at nine.”
“Yes, Good night.” Xander breathed, trying to adjust his own erection. Xander watched Jagger’s ass, as he walked back around the car and slid in like a damn movie star. All he needed was the damn Ray Bans and the man could model. He watched the Aston Martin, until it turned the corner, then turned to the building and let himself in. Xander practically floated up to his neapartment and found Grayson in the same state. His brother was on the couch in a daze, staring at the wall. “Good date?”
Grayson turned to look at his brother. “I’m going to fall hard for him.”
“Join the club.”
~~ Taylor practically flew down Seward Highway to get to Brianna’s house; she still lived at home with Dad. Taylor felt bad for the man; he was stuck with a twelve year old in the body of a nineteen year old. He passed a few houses until they became more like mansions, nice manicured lawns and long driveways. Taylor pulled into Brianna’s drive way, parking next to her Porsche. It was pink. Taylor shivered. He made his way to the front door and rang the bell; looking at his watch he realized it was only nine thirty and he knew Brianna would still be awake. Their butler, Martin, answered the door and Taylor fought the urge to call him ‘Jeeves.’ “Good evening Martin, is Brianna in?”
“She is Mr. Drake; you will find her in the sitting room.” Martin gestured down the long hallway. “Thank you.” Taylor nodded his head and walked down the long hallway to the sitting room. Van Gogh’s and Picasso’s lined the walls and Taylor wondered if Brianna even knew who they were. Brianna was curled up on the love seat with her Chihuahua, Snookie. Taylor rolled his eyes as the rat noticed him, letting out a small yelp running for cover. He chuckled softly and sent a small push of his scent towards the dog, which in turn pissed on the floor. Snookie knew he was a werewolf and was scared to death. “Brianna,” Taylor walked in, catching her attention. “Snookie just pissed on the floor.”
Bri
anna sighed. “Martin!”
“Oh for Christ’s sake, it’s just piss. Grab a paper towel, why make Martin clean it?”
“I am not touching dog piss,” Brianna looked up at Taylor. “I just did my nails. What are you doing here?” Taylor looked at her and decided to rip the Band-Aid off. “I don’t think we should see each other anymore Brianna. We have nothing in common.” Taylor waited for her reaction; Brianna sat looking at the fireplace. “Brianna, did you hear me?”
“So I bought a dress for the party, it’s really pretty, compliments my eyes and tits.” Taylor sighed loudly. “I’m sorry to do this to you, but you had to know it was coming. I don’t love you. I just hope someday you find the right guy.”
“Don’t be silly,” Brianna stood up and smiled. “You’ll get over this little outburst and we’ll be fine.” Brianna smiled and pecked Taylor’s cheek. “See you Saturday for coffee.”
“No, I’m sorry, you won’t.” Taylor turned and walked back down the hallway towards the front door. Martin stood with a sly smile on his lips and Taylor shook his hand. “It’s been nice knowing you, Martin.”
“Bravo, Master Taylor.” Martin bowed.
“You need to get out and have drinks on your night off.” Taylor winked. “Take care.” Taylor was back on the road and twenty minutes later, was turning oto nto Marston Lane and pulling into his own long driveway with a manicured lawn. A quick look next door told him Jagger wasn’t home yet, he always left his front porch light on when he was gone. He pulled into his two car garage and cut the engine. Getting out, he opened the interior door to the mud room and removed his shoes, turning off the alarm as he did. He threw his keys on the side table and grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge, before running up the stairs to his room.
He opened the sliding glass door to his balcony and looked out over Bootlegger Cove, a short walk from his front door, and he was on Tony Knowles Coastal Bicycle trail. He and Jagger had taken the trail for miles when they first bought the land and still hadn’t completed the whole thing. They’d built the house from the ground up, both of them wanting log homes. He had every amenity you could think of and he couldn’t wait to share his house with Grayson. His body responded to the name alone. Taylor undressed and fell into bed, he stared at the ceiling and smiled. He’d dumped Brianna and was now free to be with Grayson, life was good.
