Remember Cinderella (True Loves Fairytale Book 2) Page 35

by Tracey Champion

“You have to get down at some point. I count five times you said pussy. You might not be able to sit when I’m done.” We sit and talk a while longer. I’m glad its January because the freaking sun goes down early. Had this been June or July, we would be waiting forever.

Tyler gets all excited when it's officially black outside. He mentions that its time. I wait for everyone to walk outside before helping Cara off the bar top. She’s mad at me with her arms crossed.

“You’re going to smack my butt aren’t you?” Hell yes, I am.

“Five times pretty girl.” I help her down and I lightly tap her ass the first time and then I grab her face and peck her lips four times. She smiles at me when she gets it.

“You didn’t spank me five times.” My heart swells with how much I love her.

“It does sound funny hearing you say pussy. But you’re happy and being playful. That means the world to me.” She gives me a playful smile.

“I love you Jordan, but kiss me again.” I lay another kiss on her lips, but we are interrupted.

“Come on. You two can get frisky at home. I want to light this thing up.” We both laugh at Tyler.

  CARA

I follow Jordan outside. He has the book in his hand. Tyler drags us to a pit area. I wonder for a second what’s in the pit.

“Rip the pages out and give me the cover,” Tyler tells Jordan. I wonder what Jordan’s going to do.

I watch him open to the first marked page and rip it from the book. He then pulls out every marked page. Then he tears out a group of pages from the book he then rips them in half. He tosses the paper in the pit. Once he’s done he hands me the book.

It’s when I realize he left me a marked page. I turn to it and see Niki in the naughty lingerie. It’s also a page that folds out. Jordan watches me as I rip it from the book and tear it to pieces in my hands. I smile and then take out the rest of the pages from the book.

When I’m done I hand Tyler the hardcover. He gives me a smile and walks over to a spot that’s lit up far from the group. He then comes close to me and motions for me to walk to him. I do after Jordan gives me the okay.

“Okay beautiful, are you ready for this?” I’m confused about what I’m doing now. Tyler moves me in front of him and then stands behind me. I pay close attention as his hands move. Next thing I know he brings a revolver around.

“Tyler?” Why does he have a weapon?

“It only has six rounds and you just have to follow me. I’ll help you.” He places the gun into my hands. I know better than to put a finger anywhere near the trigger. Tyler places his hands over mind to guide me.

“You ready?” I don’t even get a chance to answer him when he forces me to pull the trigger.

I watch the bullet go through the book cover. I hate that I’m smiling, but that was cool. Tyler has me pull the trigger again. Now I’m laughing.

He had set the cover up just right so it wouldn’t move. We kept shooting holes into it until we run out of bullets. Tyler was nice to make sure that we didn’t miss.

“That was fun.” Tyler laughs as he hands off his weapon to Brandon. He starts to walk over to the cover.

“We’re not done with it yet.” He walks much further to a pile of stuff. I watch as he buries the remaining cover in this little pit. Tyler then walks back to me. He then hands me a little box.

“What’s this?” I have to ask like an idiot.

“Push the button.” He directs me to watch the pile and I push the button. It creates a loud noise and dirt goes everywhere. I look closer at what happened and coming from it is pink and purple smoke.

“How?” I giggle and Tyler smiles at me.

“Just the right chemicals. It’s the same process used to make fireworks.” That’s really cool.

“I love it.” I begin to giggle and glance over my shoulder at Jordan. He looks happy.

“Wait until we light the fire. Come on beautiful.” I follow him back to the group. Rachel comes around me and hands me a box of matches.

“Light one.” I light a match in my hand. “Use it to light the rest.” I do it and everyone watches me. I take the lit matches and toss them into the pit with the pictures.

I watch the fire ignite. That’s when I notice the flames. They changed color. The fire is rainbow colored. I know I shouldn’t be staring at it, but the flames are too beautiful not to be stared at.

“Tyler used some special stuff to create that.” I turn to see Jordan as he wraps his arms around me. “Are you happy pretty girl?”

“I’m beyond happy right now. Are you okay with the book and pictures being gone?” I have to ask him.

“It’s not a blip on my radar. Watching your excitement means more to me than some old pictures. I have you and that’s all that matters to me.”

  “I love you.”

“Promise.” He says to me with a smile.

  “Promise.”

“I love you too.” We stay for a few more hours watching the flames. Kristina took pictures of everyone and told me she got some good ones for me. She asked if she could make me a new memory by framing them. I gave her the okay.

It was fun getting to watch that nasty book burn. It had been a very long and exhausting day. There were no more pictures in the pit.

I was now ready to go home with Jordan. It was now me and him. I wasn’t going to worry about Niki or so I thought.

  CHAPTER THIRTY-NINE

  CARA

“Hello, again Cara. I like how you seem to think you have a chance in hell of winning.” I see the shadow again with its high pitched voice.

“You can’t win anymore,” I tell the shadow. The shadow person is over by the door laughing hysterically.

I’m not tied to the bed.

I’m not tied to the bed.

I repeat over and over in my head. I open my eyes and the shadow is still there, but for the first time so is Jordan. I wiggle my legs and notice they are free.

Jordan says nothing as he walks to me. He has a knife in his hands and he cuts me free. I know what to do. I jump to my feet and I storm over to the shadow. I punch it square in the face.

I wake but I’m not in the room again this time. I’m in my dress that I wore the day Travis took me. I see my coffee and I’m standing next to the couch. My body seems to be doing its own thing and I feel like I’m just watching. It’s really weird to see me moving.

The doorbell rings and I proceed to answer it. I set my phone on the kitchen counter.

“Who’s at the door?” I say out loud to myself. I answer the door and see Niki standing before me.

“Hi Niki, I can’t let you inside until Tyler arrives. Are you okay talking out front?” Why am I being an idiot and going outside with her?

“Sure that’s a great idea we can take a seat in the chairs.” My legs move on their own as we go outside to the patio set.

We don’t make it to the table and chairs. I watch as a cloth covers my mouth. I can smell it and it's sweet. Then there’s a prick to my neck.

Somehow I don’t go out completely. My body is limp and my eyes are closed, but I hear voices talking.

“Travis you know what needs to be done. Defile her and make her pay. Remember you want her father to feel the same pain that you do now.” Niki’s talking to Travis. Why is Niki talking to Travis?

“I’ll do what it takes Niki. A life for a life.” I hear laughter.

“I can handle Jordan. You need to make sure that she’s gone and that he can’t find her.” Niki did this.

“I’ll make sure of that. You’re not trying to get him back are you?” Why is Travis being stupid? Of course, she’s trying to get him back.

“Travis, why would I do something as silly as that? You know I love how you warm my bed. Why don’t you go get the car? Hurry up, you don’t want the neighbors to catch us.” Her voice sounds different like it's laced with lust.

“You’re right.” I hear footsteps walking away from me.

  “Fucking idiot. T
hat’s been the plan all along. Jordan belongs to me and with his new slut out of my way I’ll have him.”

I don’t know how long I lay there. I can’t hear any more talking. I don’t even hear footsteps and then I’m being picked up.

“No!” I scream, but I don’t know if I actually said anything.

“You can do as you wish with her Travis. I won’t be mad. I’ll even reward you handsomely if you fuck her.” There’s Niki’s voice again.

  “You sure about that.”

  “I’ll give you anything.”

“No! No! No!” I try to scream again.

  JORDAN

I’m scared half to death when I'm awakened by Cara screaming bloody murder.

“No!” Holy shit, I thought after this evenings event's that these would be over with. I turn this time no longer worried about carefully waking her up. I shake her as she screams no again.

“Cara Mia, wake up now damn it!” Her eyes pop open. I give her a moment and next thing I know she jumps out of bed. Damn it. I run after her into the bathroom.

She drops in front of the toilet and proceeds to get very sick. I walk towards her and hold her hair back. I wait until she’s done and calm.

Cara then wipes her mouth, flushes, and jumps to her feet. She walks over to the sink and proceeds to brush the teeth. I can see from her reflection that she’s trying not to fall apart.

I give her a few moments. I watch her closely as tears begin to fall from her eyes. I move towards her and turn her around. She is pale in color and looks frightened. I take her toothbrush from her.

“I think you’re done. You should rinse your mouth out.” I say calmly to her. Cara spends a moment or two rising out her mouth.

I can tell she’s not doing okay. She reaches to grip the counter as her body begins to shake. I don’t know if I should question her, but from her reflection, I can tell she’s falling apart. Just watching her is ripping out my guts.

“Cara?” I ask softly as I rub my hand up and down her back.

“I don’t want to talk about it and you won’t believe me if I told you.” I almost missed the last bit of information as she spoke. I carefully turn her again.

“I will believe whatever you tell me. You know I trust you.” She bows her head and I watch her cry. “Pretty girl, you're breaking my fucking heart.” I’m surprised when she brings her eyes up to mine.

Those beautiful eyes are a light gray and full of tears. There’s so much emotion all over her face. I want to take all her pain away as my own.

“I remember everything now.” She remembers everything? My eyes go wide when I get what she tells me.

“It’s all my fault. You got shot because I was stupid. I wanted to make nice because it’s what you’re supposed to do. Instead, it wasn’t about making nice. It was all about you. I’m not supposed to be here.” She tries so fucking hard to keep her tears from falling, but it just racks her body. I can feel it off of her.

“Cara Mia, what happened isn’t your fault. The blame lies on Travis.” She shakes her head side to side slowly.

“No, he did as he was told. It all lies on Niki.” Her words are just above a whisper.

“What do you mean about Niki?” I need to hear the truth.

“She showed up early. I wasn’t going to let her into the house because Tyler wasn’t with me. I said we could sit out front.” She drops her head in shame.

  CARA

I should have never gone outside with Niki. I knew better, but I wanted to give her some benefit. I fell for a setup. I take hold of my fingers and begin to rub them hard.

“Oh hell no.” Jordan picks me up and sits me on the counter. He pries my hands apart and places his on top of mine.

“I’m sorry. I was stupid to believe she wanted to talk with me that day.” I cry some more because he was shot because of me.

“Cara Mia, you’re one of the strongest people I know.” Jordan lets go of my hands and runs a finger under my chin. He forces me to look at him. “You see the best in everyone pretty girl. You could have allowed this situation to break you into pieces. I mean you went from being kidnapped to being taken by a troubled nurse.”

“It doesn’t matter. None of that would have happened if I didn’t say okay to talking with her.” My heart felt empty in my chest.

“No, you would have felt bad if you didn’t talk with her. Look at Hanna. You could have turned your back on her when she had her fit, but you put her in her place and still loved her. It’s who you are Cara Mia. That’s the main reason I love you. You put Hanna over yourself.”

“But...” I pause because I don’t know what to really say.

“There’s no buts Cara. I love you.” I know he loves me, but does he believe me. I bring his face close to mine and rub my nose along his. I can smell his soap. I look up into his eyes. I want to see his reaction.

“I know you love me, but do you believe me.” He smiles and kisses me. I open my mouth when he shifts and I allow his tongue to slowly mingle with mine. I have to suck in a breath of air. I want him no I need him. “Jordan?”

“I have no reason to not believe you. That just means I have a lot of talking with Tyler to do.”

“What does Tyler have to do with me remembering?” He kisses me again causing a deep tingle between my legs.

“He knew this. I didn’t believe him and I haven’t looked into it.” I don’t know what to say to him now. I mean all this extra drama could have been prevented if he did something.

  “Jordan?”

“Yes.” I know what has to be done.

“Don’t do anything.” He backs away from me.

“Excuse me. You were fucking kidnapped because of Niki. I will do whatever is necessary.” I hop off the counter.

“I want to confront her when the timing is right.” He walks towards me. For a moment, I think I’m in trouble, but he quickly bends his knees and picks me up.

Jordan backs me up against a wall in the bathroom. There is a hunger in his blue eyes. I wrap my arms around his neck tighter.

“You want to confront her.” The way he tilts he head side to side isn’t in anger. He’s feeling what I am.

“Yes, she wants you back. I want to show her when it's right that she can’t have you.” He gives me the sexiest smile.

“You officially staking your claim on me pretty girl.” I lick my lips and Jordan lets out a little growl.

“Yes. Your mine. You Jordan Taylor Carter belong to me and only me.” The tingle between my legs intensifies.

“Cara Mia, fuck, pretty girl. You’ve always been mine.” I smile.

“Good, then love me please.” He presses his lips to mine. He pulls me from the wall and takes us out of the bathroom.

Jordan sets me on my feet and takes my nightgown over my head. I crawl up on the bed and turn to catch Jordan strip out of his boxers.

I don’t get far before he grabs my ankles and rolls me onto my back. I lock my eyes with his. Jordan runs a finger or two between my legs. I let out a little moan.

He lets me go and I move back. I want him to chase me and he does. When he gets close to me I push him on his back. I climb on top of him and straddle his body.

I reach between us and stroke his dick. Jordan lets out a hiss. I decide to tease him a little and rub my pussy long his dick. When I reach his tip and hit that piercing, I slide him inside me.

I make each movement slow, feeling every inch of him and focusing on his piercing. I can tell Jordan is pleased by the way he smiles at me. I take my time as my body warms. I’m so turned on that I want to fly off the cliff. However, Jordan shifts rolling me on my back.

“No slower pretty girl.” Jordan slides deep within me. I let out a cry when he pulls back and almost out of me.

“Jordan, please.” I want him. “Fuck me.” Jordan looks up at me. I feel him run his hand down my side and around my thigh. He takes my left leg and places it on his shoulder. He then slaps my butt hard as he slides into me.

  J
ordan begins deep thrusts that cause me to moan. I rock my hips to meet each of them. It’s almost as if we are dancing. I’m pleased when Jordan lets my leg go. He comes forward and wraps a hand under my neck.

I crush my lips on his. We kiss as my body starts to burst slowly. I chase my orgasm and cry out when I fly. Jordan thrusts a few more times and finds his own release.

Thirty minutes later and almost three in the morning we both climb back into bed. I lay my head on my pillow as Jordan wraps an arm around me.

“You sure you want to be the one to handle Niki?” I’m more certain of that than anything.

“Yes please.” I’m tired and want to spend time with Jordan. I’m thankful tomorrow is Saturday and he’s given us the entire weekend to be alone.

“I’ll let you handle her then. If things get out of control, I’m going to step in. This has to be taken care of soon.” I know that she’s stepping up her game at trying to take him away from me.

“I know. I’m very lucky to have you in my life.” Jordan laughs and I’m instantly hurt. I roll over in his arms to pout at him.

“You’re not lucky. I’m the lucky one here. I have this amazingly beautiful woman in my life who means everything to me. I would go to the moon and back if you asked me too.”

  “You would.”

“All you have to do is ask.” I giggle.

  “I love you Jordan.”

“I love you too, pretty girl.”

  CHAPTER FORTY

  JORDAN

I spent the entire weekend just me and Cara. Okay, I take that back we had the puppies with us. It was nice getting to be out of the house. We went out hiking with the puppies. Lucky for us this weekend the weather was pretty nice.

I wasn’t ready to admit my failure when I got into work this morning. I had already sent a message to Tyler demanding a meeting. Knowing him, he’s already got what I need even if I told him not to look into thing further about Cara. I did let him work with the twins about Niki.

“Good morning Jordan.” Maria greeted me at the door.

“Maria, I have an important meeting with Tyler today. I can’t be disturbed at all.” I needed to figure out my plan of actions with Niki. I know Cara begged me not to address anything, but I can’t just sit by and do nothing.
