by J Peach

“Wait, Mya hit you?” Angel asked, laughing.

“Yep, bitch rocked my black ass. I was like, shid, I didn’t think shit at the time, I was like frozen. My head was like, oh my God, this biatch just stole on me. That bitch was shocked though, she only hit me once then Missy just flipped. Ooh! Bitch, Blaze was talking about yo lips, girl. I was like, nuh uh, don’t talk about my bitch. Ooh—”

“If yo ass ooh’one mo time I’ma punch you,” Kimmy said, laughing.

“Nuh uh, bitch. Yo sista done already got yo hit. But you know I’ma tapping that ass when I see that bitch. And Missy, I ain’t talkin’ in that way either, so don’t come swinging on me. Ooh— Ow, Kim.”

“Bitch, I told you don’t say that shit again.”

“Sorry, damn. But guess what?” I said, smiling hard.

“I don’t think I wanna know with that look,” Ebony said, making me glare at her.

“Fuck you, bitch, but why I see Marcus today.”

“Who?” They said in unison, making me roll my eyes as I got up, stumbling to the radio.

“Sexy, chocolate Marcus. The one with the gym. Pretty, hazel eyes, cocky, waves. Oh, my God, I used to be so in love with his calves and his arms. Angel used to always try rubbing up on him. Girl, I used to want to kill yo ass. Oh, this my song!” I practically yelled as Jodeci’s Come and Talk To Me played. I was wasted and numb.

The numbness I was enjoying to the fullest. Grabbing Angel, I started singing to her like we use to do when we were sixteen, seventeen.

“Oh, Marcus. I remember him. God I use to love that man,” Angel suddenly said, making us laugh. “What?”

“Yo ass dumb, like fo’real, blonde hair blue eyes all day,” I said, laughing and she pushed me, making me fall on the floor.

“I hate you,” she said before jumping on top of me.

“Why you do that now? I got to pee,” I started saying, but trailed off as the front door opened. King walked in with like three different dudes.

“Well damn?” Was mumbled by the four of us. We all looked at each other then broke out laughing. “How I look?” I asked Angel and she started laughing harder.

“Like shit,” King said, unfreezing and walking into the living room. “What the fuck y’all ass in here doing?” He looked at all of us then the table. “Y’all drunk my shit?”

“Oh, I like this song too. Angel get off me, damn. You crushing my chest, I can’t breathe,” I said, breathing out a sigh. “King, can you get her off me, please?”

  “Y’all drank my shit?”

“Oh, my God. Boy, yes. Now get her off me.” Shaking his head he walked out the room. “Bitch.” Noticing the three dudes still standing there, I looked them over. All were sexy, two chocolate brothers and a caramel one with thick full lips. “Damn baby, that’s too much lips for one man. Can I ride?” Wasted, but serious as hell,”I wouldn’t mind sitting on his face, not at all.”

“You and sitting on faces. Yo nasty ass need to stop,” Kimmy laughed loudly. That bitch wasn’t talkin’ ‘bout shit.

I rolled us over, then pushed my hands into Angel’s shoulders. She grunted as I got up. I fixed my hair, then walked over to ol’ dude. Once in front of him, I stuck my hand out.

“I’m Peaches,” I introduced myself to the guys, taking my hand, each one shook it until dude with the lips shook and held it.

“I’m Trell, that’s Donnie and Black,” he said, pointing to each guy. Nodding, I waved at them before stepping closer to Trell.

“Peaches, what the fuck you doing?” Groaning, I shook my head as King came from the back.

“I ain’t gon’ get no head, damn. I really want to see what those felt like,” I mumbled to myself. “I’m just being friendly, King.” I lied.

“King, come here. let me show you something in the room real quick,” Ebony winked at me, I loved that bitch.

“So, what you say, baby, can I ride?” I asked and dude laughed.

  “Straight forward, I like that.”

“Always. So what you say?” Holding my hand out, he took it and I started to lead him toward the guest room until the doorbell rang, making me groan. “I’ll be right back.” When I got closer to the door, I glanced back to see ol’ dude looking at my ass. “Don’t worry, you’ll be tasting it real soon.” I spoke to myself out loud as I opened the door. “Oh, shit.” At the sight of Blaze, I cussed then quickly tried to slam the door shut. “Why are you here, man, damn. Move yo big ass out the way so I can close the damn door,” I snapped while pressing my hands against the door, pushing as my feet tried dig into the tilted floors, but I was sliding.

“What the fuck is wrong with you?” Blaze asked, successfully pushing the door opened.

“Ain’t nothing wrong with me,” I stomped to the living room and snatched my stuff. I was not staying there with him.

“Who the fuck tasting what soon?” He boomed behind me.

I pretended like I didn’t hear him until I heard a loud slap and turned around to see Trell on the floor.

“It was this nigga, right? Or was it him?” He moved to Donnie.

“Blaze, would you go some damn where. It was nobody, damn.” I pushed him away from Donnie.

“Peaches, I’m ‘bout to slap yo dumbass. What the fuck yo problem? Why you ain’t answering yo damn phone?”

I wasn’t about to deal with him. “King, come get your friend!” I was too fuck’d up to fight with his ass.

“The fuck y’all niggas in here doing? Trell, what the fuck happened to yo mouth?” King asked, looking pissed.

“Blaze dumbass hit him. You deal with him, I’m gone,” I said, about to walk to the door, but Blaze grabbed me. That’s when King stepped up, taking a hold of Blaze.

“Dude, I done already told yo ass what it is when it comes to her,” King told him. Already knowing I was gon’ have to whoop Blaze’s ass, I grabbed the spike brass knuckles from my purse, putting them on.

“Get the fuck off me, this ain’t got shit to do with you, my nigga.” Blaze’s words ran short as Trell rocked his ass. “Oh, you done fuck’d up, nigga,” was all he said before he knocked Trell’s ass so fuckin’ hard he fell on the floor then flipped over. It looked so unreal for the simple fact that Trell was slightly bigger than Blaze. So for his big ass to flip over like he did looked like he weighed no more than a pound. Seeing that sobered a bitch up real quick. What was wrong with him?

Angel, still drunk self-stumbled as she got off the floor a few inches from where Trell fell. Out of nowhere, Donnie grabbed Blaze from behind. Before King could get to him, I jumped on his back. My arm locked around his neck as my free hands pounded into the side of his face.

Dude suddenly ran back into the wall, knocking me against it, which loosened my hold on him. Turning around, dude knocked the shit out my ass. It was nothing like King’s hits, but it still hurt. He swung again and I ducked, causing him to hit the wall. Then I came back up, sending an uppercut to his chin, then punching him in the jaw hard. The spikes pierced into his flesh. Once he fell, I started stomping him, my bare feet slamming hard into his face.

“Fuck ass nigga!” I spat out as I kept kicking until I was grabbed from behind with my arms locked to my side.

“Peach, he’s out, baby girl, calm down,” King said, holding on to me as he walked away from the unconscious man on the floor. “You cool, man?”

“Yeah, my damn hand hurt though,” I said, shaking my right hand. He placed me on my feet and I grabbed my purse from the floor.

“B, let that nigga up, man, he done.” No sooner than King said that, two shots went off and I quickly pulled my nine, pointing it, turning toward Blaze, as did King. “B, what the fuck nigga?” King snapped at him whereas I just stood there, frozen, gun still pointed his way, watching the blood seep from Trell’s head into the carpet.

Black, dude King knocked out, was back up, gun in his hand pointing it toward Blaze. King was too busy focusing on Trell’s dead body to see. Black pulled the hammer on his desert eagle.<

  Chapter 36

  Peaches

I screamed as my finger pulled the trigger.

  I shot.

I kept pulling the trigger. I watched the jerking of his chest as he stumbled back into the wall. He fell against, it then slide to the floor, eyes wide.

The clank signaled the emptiness of the gun. Even so, I continued to pull the trigger. His eyes were blank, void of emotions, lifeless.

“Damn,” the word came out regretfully as a hand covered the gun I held, still shooting. Pushing the gun down, it was soon pried from my fingers, pulling me out my dazed state. I looked at Blaze.

“I… I had to. He was—” I was mumbling until Blaze cut me off.

“I know.” That was my first body and I didn’t know how to react. I wasn’t a heartless killer so I couldn’t say I felt nothing. A life was a life and I just took somebody’s. I’d shot at a few people, but I never killed anyone.

I felt a certain kind a way, but I didn’t know the feeling. The main thought in my head was what if he had kids. I just took someone’s father away from them. Even so, I had to. He was going shoot Blaze and I couldn’t let him do it.

Two more shots sounded, making me jump as I quickly turned toward the sound. King stood over Donnie with his gun pointed at him, putting two holes in his head.

“Fuck, man. Ebony, go to my house, take them with you. Blaze, call the twins,” King instructed.

“I already did, they’re on the way,” Blaze said. Besides him and King, no one else moved. The girls stood frozen in the hall’s entranceway just as shocked as I was.

“Why the fuck y’all just standing there? Get y’all dumbass in the room and get yo shit. Hurry the fuck up,” King snapped at Ebony, which pulled her out of the shocked state she was in.

  “Don’t yell at me.”

“Ebony, it ain’t the time. You know what? Just get the fuck out,” King said in a calm voice.

“I’ll be at Kimmy’s, y’all lets go.” Ebony grabbed her purse and headed for the door. She bumped past King, but he grabbed her pushing her roughly into the wall.

“When I get home, yo ass better be there, otherwise I’ma beat yo ass,” he told Ebony before kissing her. “Go.” He nodded toward the door as he let her go. Once the door closed behind them. King turned our way, walking straight up to Blaze and throwing his fist into his face. "This is why I ain’t want her fuckin’ with you. Nigga, she just got a body when this shit could’ve been fuckin’ avoided. Damn!” King snapped at him.

Walking over to the couch, I sat down. My hand ran through my hair before rubbing my forehead.

“Who were they?” I asked King.

“Nobody important, just some block niggas that ran errands for me. Don’t worry about this.”

  Easy for him to say.

But I was going to try and do just that. I did what I had to and would do it again if need be.

“I did what I had to.” It wasn’t a shrugging matter, but I shrugged. Sighing, I got off the couch, grabbing my purse and keys. “I’m going home. I’ll see you later.” Kissing King on the cheek I walked toward the door. “Keep the gun, I don’t want it.” Closing the door behind me, I went to my car.

“Peaches, hold up,” Blaze called, but I ignored him as I started up my car. ”Peaches!” He yelled as I pulled off.

  ***

My skin was red, my hands felt raw from how hard I scrubbed them to get the blood off. But no matter how hard I did, I still saw blood as well as Black’s lifeless eyes staring into my mine.

My eyes closed and I stuck my head under the shower spray. The steamy hot water pounded against my body, rinsing off soap that covered me. I washed my skin over and over again until the water turned cold.

I wrapped the towel around my body then walked into my room.

“What are you doing here?” I stared at Blaze who sat on the edge of my bed with his head in his hands.

When he heard me, his head came up, his eyes locked with mine.

“About earlier—” He started to explain, but I didn’t want to hear it.

My head moved from one side to the other.

“It doesn’t even matter, you said what you had to. Honestly, I don’t care no more. I’m done, I just can’t do this with you. Just go.” I couldn’t do that with him.

“The shit coming out yo mouth is just that. You care, if you hadn’t yo ass would’ve let dude shoot my ass. So kill that bullshit you spitting.” He came toward me and I moved back.

“Don’t touch me. I didn’t let him shoot you because your King’s friend. Blaze, move, don’t touch me.” Pushing him back, I walked to my dresser and felt him follow. My eyes shut tight as I let out a shaky breathe. I was falling, no I fell hard for him and there was no coming back from it if tonight was anything to go by.

“Why you lying? You knew this was me from the beginning, but now you wanna be done? N’all, man, fuck that. We rockin’, ain’t no backing out with me unless I say so and I ain’t said shit.” He turned me around then placed me on the dresser.

How was that fair? It wasn’t.

“Just let me go, be done with me. That’s what I want, I don’t want this no more, I don’t want you so let me go.” I couldn’t do this.

“N’all.” Blaze yanked the front of my towel as he forced himself between my legs, his pants already undone and down his hips.

  That wasn’t right.

“Blaze, don’t. Please don’t,” I pleaded desperately. I couldn’t fight him even though I wanted to so bad. But I was too far in. In too deep. My body had already given in, surrendering to him. “I hate you so much.”

“No you don’t.” With that he thrust inside me and I cried out. “I can’t let this go, you go. Mmm, fuck.” He groaned into my ear as I panted heavily. Blaze held my pelvis tightly to him as he dug into me.

He rolled his hips before he started to drive roughly into my wet core. Blaze’s mouth soon went to my right breast. He sucked on the little pebble.

My head fell against the mirror on the dresser as Blaze pulled my legs over his shoulders. Gripping my thighs, he lifted me off the dresser. His pounding became furious.

My cries grew louder from the pleasurable pain he caused. My nails bit into his forearms, holding onto him, hating it but not wanting it to stop. And that had my nails digging deeper into his flesh, wanting to hurt him.

Blaze moved to the bed, laying me on my side as he settled himself behind me holding my left leg up. I moaned out from the sensation.

Hands fisted the sheets, forehead pressed against the mattress as I cried louder. Blaze kissed and sucked at my shoulder as he kept up his rough thrust, making the wet sound of our body’s grow louder. Within seconds I was cumming and screaming his name like a banshee.

He flipped me on my back, his hands held my shoulder. Blaze pulled out then rammed his monstrous dick back into my contracting channel.

I couldn’t move up the bed or away from him. My nails raked along his back before going to his ass, tryna pull him in deeper. Blaze bit into the side of my breast, grunting. Lifting his head, he covered his mouth with mine as I rolled us over.

His hands squeezed my ass while I moved back and forth. Thrusting his hips up as I rolled, bounced and rocked on him. The sensation was so intense I didn’t know how I wanted to move, I just knew I wanted to get to that heavenly ending. Then again I didn’t want that, I wanted to feel him, feel that he needed me, wanted me.

I hated that it had to come to sex for me to feel that, but it was a feeling, his feelings. All I needed was to know he felt something.

And I guess that was the only way.

  ***

My head lay on Blaze’s chest. Fingers slowly moved alongside his waist, drawing invisible circles as my leg nested comfortably between his. We just lay in bed, not saying a word. I honestly didn’t know what to say or how to feel at that moment. I was becoming weak because of him, I was too attached. And the fact that he wouldn’t let me go had a blan
k hope settling inside me. Everyone I said I didn’t want to be like, I felt I was slowly becoming. And I hated it. Hated him.

“I didn’t mean that shit I said earlier, I don’t even know why the fuck I blew up like that,” Blaze said, letting out a breath as the hand on my ass began trace invisible patterns.

  “It doesn’t even matter—”

“Peaches, don’t do that shit, man, damn. A nigga tryna apologize,” he snapped, making me roll my eyes.

“Do you really think it’s that easy? Spit that stupid shit you say then apologize?” I asked while looking up at him.

“Yeah.” Bad thing about that, he was serious.

“Are you really this cold or is it just a defense mechanism?”

“Defense mechanism? I ain’t got no type of anxieties. Man, yo ass can take the damn apology or don’t. I ain’t gon’ give a fuck whether you do or not. I done apologized and I ain’t gon’ keep doin’ the shit.”

“This what I’m talking about, Blaze—”

“Man, I ain’t tryna hear that shit. Damn, yo ass always got to be whining about some shit. Shut the fuck up, boss,” he snapped as he removed my body from his.

“I don’t whine about anything, but it ain’t cool the way you talk to me either. I should’ve let that mothafucka shoot yo dumbass.” Even though I didn’t mean it, I wanted to hurt him like he had hurt me so I snapped, spat those words out harshly. Only out of anger.

His hand shot out so fast. Successfully, Blaze slapped the hell outda me.

“The fuck you just say? Bitch, don’t ever speak no bullshit like that.” He looked so mad, Blaze got out the bed and started pulling on his clothes.

I watched him silently, until he had everything on before I started talking shit again.
