The Last Fight of Human Race

  Cindy wasn't even aware that this was the last time she was doing this.She entered the cabin.It looked much like a doctors cabin,and the man who stood there looked like a doctor too.The man was old enough to be called a grandfather.But ofcourse Cindy didn't notice any of this.Her eyes didn't move,she was just out of everything,not aware of surroundings or too broken to care.The man asked her to lie down which she did without even hearing him.

  He showed Cindy a vile which was purple coloured.It took a while for her to snap out it,when the man kept smiling at her and didn't right away inject her like always .''I was supposed to give you the green one but I didn't'' he declared proudly.His eyes were now teary he stared into space .''Come on now don't just look at me go save yourself'' he said.''H-How? there are guards everywhere''CIndy managed to say

  ''Oh yes.I am such a stupid fellow.I should first tell you what all this is about'' he said

  ''Yes please''Cindy gestured him still no energy in her actions.

  ''You all were brought here so that we could induce you to obey monstuas'' he said

  Cindy's eyes widened in shock.

  ''But I am giving these purple ones that give you a little extra strength.You could now atleast have a fair fight with a monstua next time it attacks you.'' he continued

  Cindy gave him a huge smile and she got up off the reclining chair.

  ''But I cant help everyone'' he said as he looked down

  ''Ofcourse ,I can understand''Cindy said

  ''No,its not just that'' he said.He looked tense.

  ''Some people are not brought here for that purpose.They were brought in so that they could be completely be transformed into on of them.'' he said

  ''No way.Haven’t they done already?''she croaked

  ''I saw it....''she started

  ''I saw...my own son''she continued

  She sobbed and the man patted her head gently.

  ''I am so sorry '' he said

  ''the person who brought you in here he was turned into a monstua too'' he said.

  Her heart dropped hearing this.The way Yuu took care of her when she broke down,she started to had feelings for him.She felt warm,and relieved around him.How can a he do this to her?How could she have feelings for the person who helps these monstuas. Cindy hated herself this moment.She ran her hand through her brown hair.She tugged at her own hair to the point that her caused her to whimper in pain.

  ''Is everything alright miss?'' the man asked in concern.She was absentmindedly staring into space,she carried her duffel bag and asked the man.

  ''How do I leave?''she asked

  ''Just act like you don't hate the monstuas,like you are now their obedient slave'' he answered.

  She simply nodded .

  ''Um,t-this way''' he showed her way out.

  She opened the door and was about to leave absentmindedly ,lost in her own thoughts but stopped before opening the door completely.She turned around to look at the man who helped her ,no saved her.'

  ''Thank You'' she manged to say

  He closed his eyes in reassurance and nodded.

  She walked out the door not noticing the monstuas that were surrounding the premises.She didn’t know why but when the guards checked her with some sort of a device,it blinked green light and they apparently let her go.It was probably the effects of whatever the old man gave her.However,even though she was given the ''clear'' sign.

  Some monstua stopped her from moving forward.He brought his gun in front of her to stop her.

  ''Wait,aren’t you gonna get a job here?'' he asked suspiciously.

  Cindy was scared and flustered by the sudden question .

  ''It's okay man,let em go there is no vacancy anyway.All the turds who got here first took all the jobs first''Another monstua guard declared as he came across the hallway.

  ''Oh,then what are the bosses gonna do about the other people ? kill them?'' he joked as he pointed his gun at Cindy

  ''No,they could do normal stuff like selling clothes ,lemonade etc'' the other monstua replied.

  ''Okay,I guess you can go then ma'am'' the monstua that stopped Cindy gestured her to leave.

  Cindy was relieved and left there as soon as she could.She saw few people who happily entered their cars,all he cars in the parking lot were the same.It had ''SA'' logo on it. Those people must have been those that the guard was talking about.

  She simply hid her brown stray hair behind her ear .She walked as she rubbed her palms against both her arms to deal with the cold air.Suddenly she felt warm,a jacket was placed on her shoulders.She looked at the considerate person who did this.

  Yuu reluctantly smiled at her.Her bloodshot eyes widened in shock and just locked onto his eyes.He gulped and looked away.

  ''Uh....I probably shouldn’t say this but your eyes look prettier when you cry'' he reluctantly put forth.

  Cindy's gaze at him softened a bit at this and the next thing she knows is that Yuu crashed her lips against his.She kissed him back .She ended the short but sweet kiss,creating a short-lived string of saliva connecting them.She gave reluctant smile and started walking.Yuu walked along her.''Ill drop you'' he said.

  ''Where ?'' she said with almost no energy.

  Yuu realised his mistake but refused to express it.He kept a calm face

  ''I will show you the SA employee apartments?'' he said tilting his head slightly

  ''B-But I don't work there?''she shrugged

  ''YET...You don't work there yet.'' he said

  ''Okay...but what if I just end up being an ice cream vendor,I want to.''she said

  ''Then youd get your own home.I mean look at the place its all new now.So yes our bosses aren't that cruel.There is going to be different apartment buildings for you guys,in a different location perhaps but everyone gets a roof.But that's for them to decide,its still unclear what they are gonna do.'' he declared happily.

  ''Okay lets go then''she said a lil shy

  Yuu smiled like an idiot and went to his car and unlocked it .Cindy chose the backseat and Yuu drove.Well he didn't actually drive,he hit the power button and selected something from the list of places and the car started moving by itself.Cindy was shook at this but soon started to look out the window out of boredom and forgot all about it.She smiled to herself.People ,there were many of them.Alive people.Some were even smiling.This made Cindy smile.She smiled to herself.People.There were many of them.Alive people.Happy people.Yuu's car and a few more like it were on the road,all going by itself.Cindy sighed.A bright light made Cindy snap out of her thoughts.She covered her eyes with her arm.She saw monstuas and people ,humans like her.She was relieved to see humans there but at the same time was confused too.How is it possible for humans to live with monstuas.Her question was soon answered as a couple humans walked towards Yuu's car ,their walk,the look in their eyes was different ,they had filthy look on their faces.Cindy was terrified of those ''people'' something was off about them.They looked human,but the walked ,talked and looked at her seemed inhumane which made her question Yuu's identity.Was he human or Nae?

  They were all smirking,devilish grin,surrounding the car,getting closer and closer to her.Cindy's hear raced as past memory went through her brain in flashes.She saw these people surrounding her and then a second later monstuas that surrounded her in that forest,now she was trapped inside a car but before she was tied to a tree.All the memories playing together in her mind made her lose track of reality .Her forehead started to sweat as she grabbed hair too tightly.She threw her head back as tears rolled down the sides and only one sound came out of her mouth ''No,please No.''

  Yuu was worried ,he tried to talk to her but it was too late ,she passed out.When Christy opened her eyes she couldn't believe that she was alive.Yuu walked in the room.

  '' hey.How you feeling now?'' he asked

  Cindy got up from the sofa.

  ''You can live here as long as you want'' he said

  ''Thanx.''Cindy smiled at him.

  ''I have to leave ,I work the SA as you already know
by now.'' he said with a nervous laughter.

  ''Well aren't we all.''she said

  He opened the door to leave then stopped midway.

  ''By the way,they may announce the solution for you guys today'' he said and closed closed the door behind him as he left.

  ''I cant believe its so peaceful around here''CIndy whispred to herself.

  ''I could have atleast thanked that man for -''Cindy was interrupted by the door bell.

  Cindy took a step forward towards the door then stopped.''Should I open the door what if they are those mostua neightbours ?''she asked herself.

  The doorbell got frantic.Whoever it was ,they were too impatient ,maybe they were in trouble or they could be trouble themselves.Cindy stood their thinking all of this when she heard a muffled voice of a woman.Cindy took a step forward,she was still far from the door.She tried to hear the voice.

  ''Cindy !'' a muffled voice across the door came.

  Cindy rushed at hearing her name called out by a woman .She opened the door and saw a panting Christy .Cindy smiled from ear to ear to see her and pulled Christy in a hug.

  ''I need to tell you something'' Christy tried to say while catching breath.

  Cindy pulled her in by her hand .

  ''Honey,first get in and catch a breath okay?''she said softly.

  Christy walked a few steps and stopped .Cindy gestured her to sit on the sofa but Cindy simply shook her head in response.She waved her hands to her signalling a no for the offer.

  ''No no,listen to me first'' Christy said

  Cindy was shook at the tension in her voice.

  ''Anton is alive''Christy blurted out.She almost shouted.She was so eager and worried that she wanted to let her friend know before something interrupted or bad happened to either of them.

  Cindy heard her voice loud and clear.Her eyes widen in shock.

  ''How is that....''Cindy trailed off ,she raked her hand through her hair again,and walked backwards absentmindedly hitting her back to a wall in the process.

  ''H-How do you know?'' Cindy asked Christy as she walked towards her and held both arms.

  ''When I was at the cabin,getting that injection...''Christy started

  Few hours ago when Christy was in the cabin-

  She plopped on the chair and asked the doctor.

  ''So,what are you giving me doctor?''Christy asked fake chirpingly.

  ''Something awesome''the skinny doctor chirped as she was preparing Christy's injection.

  ''Really?what is it some sort of cool power like...arms of steel?''Christy said jokingly

  The doctor shook her head signalling a no

  ''No? Oh then maybe I can fly?''CHristy joked again.

  The doctor laughed and shook her head again

  ''No,its not that awesome'' the doctor laughed

  ''Awh,man.I thought I would be immortal,invincible today '' Christy joked again.

  ''Now,how can monstuas give their powers to you hmm''The doctor smiled

  ''What do you mean,they are immortal?''Christy asked ,not beliveing what she heard

  ''Yes,even the ones that were humans before''doctor said ready to inject Christy.

  ''Wait one last question doctor,humans before by that you mean...the dome?''Christy almost whispered.

  The doctor nodded as her smile vanished at the mention of the dome.

  ''Yes...the dome''doctor said .

  ''Oh god''Christy sighed staring into space as she was given the injection.

  After hearing all that Christy had to say Cindy clenched her shirt ,tears rolled down her cheeks.

  ''Are you ok-''Christy was interrupted by a sudden tight hug by Cindy.

  ''I am so thankful to you Christy,I just cant express how much I am grateful having you as a friend''Cindy sobbed.

  Christy smiled at her.

  ''So,what do we dow now?How do we find ....''Cinsy trailed off.

  ''How did you end up here?'' Christy asked reluctantly.

  ''Cin?''Christy called her.

  ''Cindy !''Christy called her again.

  Cindy finally snapped out of out thoughts.

  ''Huh? Sorry?''Cindy mumbled.

  ''Nevermind...I’ll just show myself out''Christy said.

  ''Oh,there you are'' Christy sarcastically smiled as she opened the door.

  Yuu was standing in front of her.

  Christy crossed her arms near her chest,while her left foot tapped the floor ,as if a mother waiting for an answer from her son who was late to come home.

  Approx. 2 years later-

  SA has completely taken over,there are no savage monstuas anymore,cuz they were meant to be. Mr.Lavenshaw denied knowing anything about that in his speech.He says ''all humans including the doctors,cops all are our friends.They are going to help us make this world a better place.''

  ''It would be absurd to get rid of them'' he chuckled .

  Christy scoffed,as she turned of the tv and in her hideout,where the Zero group stayed.It was a secluded area,far away from the city.It was in the middle of beautiful place,waterfalls,grass,tress and a cave.She plopped on a very very old sofa.

  ''I need to focus on how to get Brendon out of jail'' she said to herself.

  This wasn't the first time Lavenshaw had denied it ,he had said the same thing his very first speech.He had given many explainations,answers to a lot of things ,he was blamed for a lot of things but not by all humans,obviously.The only humans that dared to go against SA were the people who weren't injected with the loyalty inducer.

  And those people were known as the Zero group.The rebels,the ones who refused to be a part of the world that was ruled my monstuas.Zero group or not everyone had to obey the rules of SA ,breaking of which resulted in consequences.

  One of the main rules was ,never call the SA monstuas,monsters or savages or anything of that sort.

  However,Brendon was never the kind to break such an absurd rule.It didn’t matter neither did it gave any thrill.HE was always aiming for bigger.He was in jail because he was the reason why Lavenshaw was giving statements about his innocence today.Now,Brendon is in jail for badmouthing SA.The sentence for this crime wasn't that long,only because aftree those 3 days ,the person is no longer a threat.The torture that the convict has to go through in those 3 days is like hell.No one ever gets out of there sane.But Brendon was not gonna break so easily for how can you take someones's sanity who never had any to begin with?

  Brendon was a killer.He had killed over 20 people in his life.He was insane,anyone coming close his Brendon would be dead.

  She was dead now,killed by the monstuas in front of his eyes.He is still insane ,only difference is he is pissed at the monstuas now and will stop at nothing to torture them.He wanted to make the monstuas suffer,he wanted to see them in pain ,make them pay for their sin.

  Rave black hair,tattoo all over his back,this one particular handsome man was enjoying his time in jail.

  He stood in the middle of the cell.His eyes giving a look that looked somewhat drowsy yet giving death glare.He smirked and walked past the SA officer ,victoriously he exited the door to his cell.The 3 days of his sentence were over.They had no reason to hold him.

  Zero group barged in the Class R's offices.Leslie Park was holding the normal guns that humans used to use, despite opposition from her team members .''I believe nothing can beat a smart, badass weapon created by us humans''.

  ''Besides its fun ''she chuckled

  ''I wish there were army or cops to these men a lesson they'd beat their asses for sure''Tony said

  ''Welll...the monstuas knew they would beat em up good,they wanted to rule the world,they weren’t gonna keep anyone who could easily fight them whether its army or doctors.So they killed them off''Leslie said

  ''Wait...so many were killed how was it not in the news''Tony asked

  ''Because Tony,at that time we were all running for our lives remember?''she said

  ''But it was all planned ,what we thought off to be an apocalypse of some sort was a well executed plan.Tho
se savages that we were running from were too fast and ferocious for any human .that's why those particular monstuas were spread only in those areas where there were doctors,army men,trained agents and such.Infact they weren't even humans to begin with that's why they were so easily ready to eat humans.Those other monstuas that are ruling now THEY are the real monsters not the ones that attacked us In fact those monstuas had been created a long time ago,they didn't just spawn all at once.They were dropped to these locations according to their plan .Infact,some people even saw it with their own eyes,crates were shipped to these places.They saw the SA people unload it.They just let them loose on us like a bunch of hunting dogs.''she said.

  ''wait,I have a question''

  ''Yes?''

  ''You said doctors were killed too...how were doctors going to fight them''

  ''Look around,there are humans who are slaves of those monsters all cause of the injection everyone got on that first day.If there were doctors they would have easily treated those who have been injected the slavery inducer.These monsters would have lost ,then and there and we wouldnt be working our asses off. ''
