“I’ve never been surer of anything.” Angel told him.
Kenyan shook his head as he hesitantly handed her the tiny zip lock bag filled with crystal like substances. “I really don’t wanna give you this.”
Angel snatched the bag out of his hand. “You have no choice. I’ve already paid you.” She said as she stood up. “And don’t forget to give me that other stuff too.”
Kenyan shook his head again. “None of this stuff is good for you.” He said.
“If I was worried about what was good for me, I wouldn’t be here. So just give it to me, please.” She countered with her hand held out.
“Damn,” Kenyan whispered as he handed her a big bottle of promethazine.”
“So, with this I can just mix it in a Sprite or a 7 up?” She questioned like she’d been doing her research.
“Yeah,” Kenyan told her. “But, be careful with all that shit. Too much can kill you; especially if your body isn’t used to the effects.”
“So, if I mix one of these crystals in my drink then what kind of effects will my body have it working on without killing me?” She questioned with sarcasm.
“You’re going to have a damn good time. I can tell you that. Talk about forgetting the past and living your life,” he said with a for sure nod of the head. “You mix this shit and you won’t have a care in the world about nothing or nobody. All you’re going to want to do is enjoy the moment while it lasts.”
“Shiiiiit, I need the moment to last forever.” And with that, she quietly made her exit. The minute she was gone, Kenyan picked up his cell phone to call his homeboy, Larry. The second Larry answered the phone. Kenyan snapped.
“Why the fuck did you send that woman over here?” He angrily questioned. “You know you was dead ass wrong for that shit.”

Night had fallen as Dillon and Zay sat in the car in the parking lot outside of Kitty’s. They were anxious to enjoy the night with family, friends, and close associates. It was Zay’s bachelor party and they were going to be sure that it would be a night that they’d always remember. “You ready for tonight?” Zay looked over and questioned Dillon as he fired up a fat blunt that Dillon had just finished rolling for him.
“Hell yeah!! You see all these cars out here, Bro? This is going to be an epic night.”
Zay glanced around the parking lot. He saw that a lot of his clients had showed up to help celebrate his last night as a free man. At the moment the only thing he could do was smile. “I appreciate this, Bro.” He told Dillon. “You really came through for me.” Zay said as he passed Dillon the blunt.
Dillon inhaled the good gas, and then blew it back out. “That’s what brothers are for? Plus, we both need this tonight with how crazy things have gotten in my life.”
“Speaking of that situation, how are things with you and Zoe? Is she accepting of the paternity tests coming back today revealing that you’re the girl’s father.”
“Well, we both had already figured that. However, I guess it’s one thing to think it’s true and another thing to know it’s true. I’m just glad that the truth has come out and hopefully I can build some type of relationship with my daughters and still have Zoe by my side.”
“That’s going to all depend on how Zoe gets along with your baby mama’s.”
“Tell me about it. I mean, I’m still in shock that they asked if I would give them another baby. They asked that shit like I knew about the first two that they snuck in on me.”
“You right,” Zay said through a strained tone as he inhaled the succulent fumes from the blunt, and then held it in for a much longer high.
“The bad part about this shit is that they’re thinking about moving from Nashville, Tennessee to Atlanta. They claim so that the twins can be closer to me, but I’m thinking so that they can attempt to get what they need out of me. You already know that Zoe ain’t feeling that shit.”
Zay couldn’t help but laugh as he shook his head. “It must be nice to have women coming at you like that.”
Dillon frowned. “Nigga please! That shit is wack as hell.” He responded causing Zay to laugh even louder. “They gotta be the toughest two women I’ve ever met.”
“I can agree with you there.” Zay said as he noticed people still pulling up and parking as they headed inside of the night club.
“So, Mr. Bachelor. How did your soon to be wife feel about you having your bachelor’s party at a gentleman’s club?”
“My woman is not crazy by a long shot. She knew what time it was when she heard the name of the club. You know it doesn’t take much for her and Zoe to dig around and find shit out.” He said with a light chuckle.
“You right about that,” Dillon agreed.
“But, she’s cool with it. She just wants to make sure that I make it to the Marriot safely afterwards.”
“That’s why I’m glad that Zoe decided to throw Olivia’s party inside the banquet room at the hotel. That way they can get as fucked up as they wanna get and head right on up to their suites afterwards.”
“I can agree,” Zay said as he puffed on the last bit of blunt that was left. He then flicked the bud out of the window. “Let’s head on in this party and have a good time!”
As Dillon and Zay got out of the car, Zay looked over at Dillon. “I don’t think that you and Zoe are going to be able to stay away from each other after all this partying tonight.”
“Well, she is the one that said she wanted to wait to see me just like Olivia is waiting to see you. I don’t why, but if she comes to my room in the middle of the night, I won’t be mad.”
Zay laughed. “I can’t blame you.”

Angel stepped out of the ladies room looking sexier than ever. She had on a shiny black, sultry, strapless mini-dress by Sherri Hill. She felt good and was feeling good. Her plans was to have a great night and hope that the high she was on lasted forever.
The spot was jammed packed as she pushed her way through the crowd. She sat down the minute she spotted someone getting up from their seat at the bar. She glanced around while brushing the long, curly bangs back out of her face. Watching the people as they mingled, laughed, and danced made her feel like she was missing out on something. Women were half naked and dancing on poles while men and other women laced them with dollars and more dollars. Something about the place made her feel alive as the strippers that worked there pranced around the club and set up private dances for big money spenders. It was not her usual place to lounge or party, but the Dirty Sprite that she’d been sipping on earlier had her in the mood for any and everything. She reached over and tapped on the shoulder of a woman sitting next to her.
“This place is jumping,” she said. “Is it always like this?”
The woman smiled as she leaned in to answer her. “It’s always popping, but not this hard. There’s a big bachelor party going on here tonight.”
“A bachelor party?” Angel asked as she looked around. “Who’s the lucky guy?”
“Xavier Dubois,” the woman answered. Angel’s eyes widened. “He’s a well-known sport’s agent,” she continued.
“He is,” Angel said as she surprisingly smiled. “I know him.”
“Well, they’re in the VIP section in the back of the club. I don’t know, since you know him you may want to congratulate him.”
Angel stood up with her drink in her hand. “Thank you, I think that’s what I’ll do.” She said. Luckily, she’d just mixed up a Dirty Sprite that was very potent when she was inside the restroom earlier. She’d dropped a couple of Molly’s in it and was ready for whatever. I’m gonna need this, she thought as she made her way to the VIP section of the club.
Quickly, she spotted Zay sitting over on a lounge seat by himself. There were a few people close by, but he seemed zoned out and just taking it all in. Without a second thought, she made her way over and sat next to him. Instantly, he did a double take just to make sure that his eyes weren’t playing tricks on him.
“Angel,
he said with an unsure look on his face.
“Hey,” Angel spoke as she placed her hand on his thigh.
Zay felt awkward at that moment, but he smiled anyway to try and feel her out. “What’s up? What are you doing here?” he pondered.
“Would you believe that I was just out and wanted to have a little fun?” she asked, but continued before he could respond. “I didn’t even know that you would be here tonight. Someone at the bar just told me.” She said as she sipped a little from her drink, and then sat it down on the table next to his.
“Wow, that’s gotta be crazy.” Zay responded, but he couldn’t tell if she was telling the truth or not. “Yeah, uh… Dillon is throwing me a bachelor party tonight. I’m getting married tomorrow.” He told her as a lump formed in Angel’s throat. She didn’t know where the sudden feeling of sadness came from, but it had quickly began to take over. She was hurt and feeling like she deserved that happy ending with him; not anyone else. “You okay?” Zay questioned her as he could see the tears wail up in the corners of her eyes.
Angel nodded her head. “Yeah, I will be.” She softly said to his surprise. She stood up, and then leaned down as she pecked him softly on the cheek. “Congratulations.” She whispered in his ear. “Be good to her.” She surprising said, and then grabbed her drink off of the table as she walked headed out of the club.
Zay sat there with a confused expression on his face. He certainly wasn’t expecting to see Angel pop up at his bachelor’s party nor did he ever picture her to look that sexy. He couldn’t help but gaze at her fat ass as he watched her exit the VIP section.
“Close your mouth, Bro. Angel is old news.” Dillon said as he sat next to his brother. “What is that psycho doing here, anyway?”
“I don’t know. She says that it was just by chance and that she didn’t know that I was having a party here tonight.”
Dillon frowned. “This ain’t no spot that she parties at. I know she is lying.”
“I don’t know. I mean, I know she ain’t wrapped to tight, but she didn’t come off as being nothing but sincere tonight. She congratulated me, and then she left.” Zay said.
Dillon shrugged his shoulders. “Maybe she’s finally moving on.” He said, and then quickly frowned. “Why the hell can’t she move on?”
Zay looked up and spotted Rihanna making her way over to them. “Well damn,” he mumbled.
Rihanna walked over and hugged Zay around the neck. “Congratulations,” she told him.
“Thank you,” Zay responded. “Long time no see.”
Rihanna smiled. “Yeah, it’s been a minute.”
“More like eight years.” Dillon chimed in.
Rihanna playfully hit him on the arm. “Come on, Dillon. Lighten up,” she said and directed her attention over to Zay. “You don’t mind if I speak with your brother alone do you?”
“Nah, nah… Go ahead. I got these ladies over here waiting to give me a one on one lap dance anyway.” He said as she stood up and walked off.
Rihanna sat next to Dillon and smiled. “Can we just get past this already?”
“You act like you’ve done nothing wrong.” He told her with a shake of the head.
“I know that what I did was wrong, but I’m trying to make it right. I can’t apologize enough for how things went down, but if you work with us we’ll work with you.”
“What do you mean by that? You act like you want us to all be a happy lil family.”
Rihanna shrugged her shoulders. “Well, I don’t know about dysfunctional, but we would be happy.” She teased.
“Are you serious?”
“Maybe,” Rihanna said as she winked her eye at him.
Dillon was stunned as he sat there. He needed something to drink and he needed it fast. Luckily, Zay had left his drink behind. Dillon quickly gulped half of it down, and then sat it back on the table in front of him.
Rihanna grinned at his nervous behavior. “If you don’t want to cooperate that way then you can just give me some sperm in a cup. We’ll be happy either way.” She told him as she stood up. “But, if you change your mind, I’m staying at the Marriot Hotel tonight. I’ll be alone. Alicia’s not coming until tomorrow evening. Soooooo, you can come through and we can make that happen.” She then grabbed the drink off of the table and turned it up. “Thanks for the drink,” she said as she sashayed her way out of the VIP section.
Dillon was at a loss of words as he sat with his head down. He could never picture Rihanna turning out that way. Within minutes the confusion of it all went away as he started to feel wired and ready for whatever. He jumped up and headed straight in the direction of where the strippers were giving Zay a private lap dance.
He smiled proudly, and then yelled out. “Let’s get this party started!!”

Meanwhile, Angel was just making it to her car as she stood in the parking lot not knowing how to feel. She’d snuck out with her drink and intended on downing it before she got home to finish the rest of what she’d gotten from Kenyan. She wanted to get so lost in another world that it wouldn’t be possible for her to come back. She glanced down at the drink in her hand, and without further delay, she gulped the remaining contents of it down her throat. Upon swallowing it, she frowned.
“What the hell???? This ain’t my drink.”

The next morning, Olivia woke up feeling somewhat hung over. She looked up to see Zoe sitting over her with a big smile on her face. “Time to get up!!! It’s the big day!” She screamed out.
“Go ‘head on with all that loud ass screaming. My ears can’t take it this morning.” Olivia said as she dragged out of bed.
“I don’t wanna hear that shit. You’re getting married today!”
Olivia smiled. “Yeah, I am getting married today, huh.” She felt giddy inside as she rushed to the bathroom to wash up. “I hope when I get out the shower that I feel better.”
“I hope so too, because you look a mess. I think you partied too hard last night.”
“Hell, I didn’t know that you’d pay for private male strippers to join us.” Olivia chuckled. “But I wasn’t mad at you.”
Zoe laughed. “I know yo hot ass wasn’t.” She said thinking about the ball that they’d had while partying the night away. “It was so much fun.”
“It really was,” Olivia agreed. “So, did you stay here all night or did you creep to your man’s room to get a lil piece.”
“FYI, I stayed here all night. I did call him this morning, but he didn’t answer.”
Olivia shook her head. “My God, I hope that they didn’t party too hard last night.” She said as just as her cell phone began to ring. “Oh, that’s my boo right there.” She said picking up her phone.
Zoe smirked. “Well, I’m going to head to my Boo’s hotel room and make sure that he’s good. A wedding isn’t a wedding without the best man.”
“You’re right and make sure that you return, because a wedding isn’t a wedding without the maid of honor, either.”
Zoe chuckled. “Especially if the maid of honor is me.” She teased.
“Get out of here girl, so I can talk to my soon to be husband,” she said as she answered the phone. “Hey my Love.”
“Good morning, Beautiful.”
Olivia blushed. “Good Morning, my handsome hubby. How are you feeling this morning?”
“I’m feeling pretty good; especially knowing that today I’m going to marry the woman of my dreams.”
“Awww,” Olivia said as she placed her hand over her chest. “And, I’m going to marry the man of my dreams.” She said with a smile. “Did you enjoy yourself last night? You sound refreshed and ready to go. Zoe can’t even get in touch with Dillon. He must’ve partied too hard.”
“I don’t know what Dillon was on last night, but he partied like he was the bachelor,” Zay laughed. “When we got here to the hotel, all I know is that he was still crunk. Instead of going to his room, he said he was going to chill in the bar area a little lon
ger. I was tired so I left his ass.”
“I don’t blame you,” Olivia said. “Well, Zoe is about to give his ass a wake-up call. I don’t need him still drunk and hung-over at the wedding.”
“Babe, let me call you back. Shay is calling in on the other line.” Zay said.
“Shay better be on her way over. She knows that we’re all getting our hair done in the next hour. Tell her that we are starting this wedding on time, so get here.”
“I got you babe. I’ll call you back.” Zay said as they ended their call.

Dillon woke up as he wiped the slob from around his mouth. He sat up in bed and stretched as he squinted his eyes to look around the room. “Thank God,” he said while noticing that he’d made it to his hotel room safely.
“Huh?” a familiar voice said in the bed behind him.
Dillon damn near jumped out of his skin. “What the fuck!?” he yelled as Rihanna slid from under the covers.
Quickly, she jumped up when she realized that she was in the bed with Dillon. “OH MY GOODNESS!! What did we do last night?”
“I was about to ask you the same thing,” Dillon said as he stood up. Quickly he grabbed the white sheet off the bed while realizing that he was naked. “Oh fuck, oh fuck, of fuck…. We didn’t fuck did we?”
Rihanna peeked under the covers to see that she too was naked. “I think we did.” She said.
“Oh fuck!” Dillon said as he hastily moved around the room to get his things. Get up! You gotta go.”
Rihanna frowned. “Oh hell nawl nigga, this is my room. You came tapping on my room door last night.”
“Whaaaaaat?” he said. “What’s this room number?”
“306,” Rihanna told him.
Finally, it started to come back to him. “Damn, my room number is 308. No wonder the card didn’t work when I was trying to come in.”
