“Right, go look for it!” Everyone from the Qin family said.

Master Qin rushed into the house and rummaged through a garbage bin, then returned with a small jade bottle in his hand.

“Dad, the medicine was in the trash. Are you still going to eat it?” Master Qin hesitated.

“Enough of that nonsense. Give it to me, quick!”

Master Qin was cowed. He cleaned the bottle with his shirt sleeve, then handed the bottle to his father.

Old Master Qin took the bottle and uncorked it.

  He smelled an amazing fragrance.

The fragrance had invigorated him. He felt as though he was floating in the sky.

He looked carefully and saw a dark green ball in the bottle.

  “This looks amazing!”

Old Master Qin gave it a few more whiffs. He closed his eyes and felt energetic.

“Can I take it now?” Old Master Qin looked at Tang Hao.

  Tang Hao nodded.

Old Master Qin tilted the bottle and the pill fell into his palm. Then, he tilted his head upward, tossed the pill into his mouth, and swallowed it.

Everyone opened their eyes wide and looked closely at Old Master Qin. Some people seemed worried, in case there was an accident.

Old Master Qin sat on his chair and waited. Soon, he was bathed in comfortable warmth. Energy surged through his body, and he felt entirely different.

Fifteen minutes later, he propped himself up with his walking stick.

He took a few steps and suddenly looked surprised. With a flick of his wrist, he tossed the walking stick aside and took a big step.

Everyone was shocked when they saw that. Their hearts were in their throats.

However, the ensuing scene left them dumbstruck.

Old Master Qin took several big steps forward. His strides were fast and stable.

“Oh my god! Old Master’s leg is cured!”

  “This is a miracle!”

Everyone stood up from their seats and exclaimed in surprise.

Old Master Qin’s leg was injured when he was young, and he needed a walking stick to move around. It was healed in an instant, and there were no other words to describe it other than a miracle.

Old Master Qin looked invigorated. He turned around and laughed heartily. “This is amazing! I feel as though I’m ten years younger!”

Then, he walked in front of Tang Hao and said guiltily. “I am sorry! I’ve underestimated you and your medicine! I didn’t expect that your medical skills are so amazing at such a young age. The Divine Doctor title fits you very well!”

Then, he took Tang Hao’s hands and shook them passionately.

“You don’t have to call me Divine Doctor, Old Master. You can just call me Lil Tang!” Tang Hao said.

“Alright, I’ll call you Lil Tang then! That sounds a lot friendlier!” Old Master Qin laughed.

Mr. Qin and Mrs. Qin’s expressions changed when they saw that.

It was obvious that Old Master Qin had recognized the kid’s capabilities.

“I think that kid isn’t too bad at all. You see, he is so well-connected and his medical skills are amazing.” Mr. Qin’s attitude changed. Now, he looked at Tang Hao with appreciation.

  “Well…” Mrs. Qin hesitated.

She turned around to look at the boy again, then nodded in silent approval.

Chapter 181 - Back to Provincial City

“Hey, Lil Tang, I know where Tang village is! The scenery there is beautiful! I’ve been there in my early years of running the family business.

“Wow, your medical skills are amazing! Who is your master?

“What’s the name of the medicine that I just took?”

Old Master Qin asked many questions eagerly as he clung to Tang Hao.

Everyone could see that he had recognized the kid’s capabilities and had agreed to him and Xiangyi being a couple.

Many people were envious when they saw that. That kid had amazing capabilities and was well-connected. Furthermore, he had amazing medical skills. He was the perfect son-in-law.

“The Qin family is so lucky. It would be great if we have a son-in-law like him too!”

Everyone discussed hotly while looking at the Qin family members with envious gazes.

Many people crowded around Tang Hao. They wanted to be acquainted with him.

Tang Hao finally extricated himself from the chaos. He chatted for a while with Secretary Qian, then sent them off.

They remained in the Qin ancestral house for the entire afternoon, then had dinner before leaving Greenwillow Village and going home.

They parted ways when they arrived in town. Tang Hao and Qin Xiangyi went back to Celestial Foothill Gardens.

The couple went to the door, hand in hand, when Qin Xiangyi suddenly turned around and smiled at him.

“Your performance today… is not bad at all!”

The smile was as charming as a thousand flowers blooming in spring.

The eyes were beautiful crescents and shone like gemstones. They were full of life and color.

The street lights shone on her face and reflected a dim halo.

She was incredibly beautiful, as though she had walked out of a dream.

Tang Hao was lost in her beauty. He looked at her without blinking.

“What are you looking at!” Qin Xiangyi pretended to be angry and said shyly. However, she felt incredible bliss in her heart.

“You look beautiful!” Tang Hao smiled and pinched her hand gently.

Qin Xiangyi smiled. “You have a silver tongue! Let me taste it!”

Suddenly, she leaned forward and kissed him.

  Tang Hao was immediately stunned.

“Quick, open the door!” Qin Xiangyi said between kisses.

Tang Hao opened the door, then carried her and ran into the bedroom.

Tang Hao did not work on his cultivation that night. Instead, he had a good night’s sleep with Qin Xiangyi in his embrace.

He woke up early the next morning to prepare breakfast as usual.

Tang Hao enjoyed making breakfast in the morning. He loved coming up with new recipes and practicing new cooking techniques.

He had been cooking since young. He was already quite a good cook. His cookery skills had improved greatly with frequent practice.

After breakfast, Qin Xiangyi fetched Tang Hao to his company.

He finished his tasks in the morning, then waited for his brother-in-law’s phone call.

Qin Gang might have boasted about his bedroom prowess, but he was still reliant on the aphrodisiac potion. He secretly ordered a few more bottles the day before.

Tang Hao was waiting for his brother-in-law to come to pick up the aphrodisiac potions.

He waited for more than an hour, and finally received Qin Gang’s phone call at about eleven o’clock.

“Hey, Younger Brother-in-law, I’m sorry to say that I have something important in Provincial City. I’ll come to collect the potions from you next time!” Qin Gang sounded anxious.

  Tang Hao furrowed his brows.

Qin Gang sounded as though he had encountered something serious. Otherwise, he would not have ignored the allure of the aphrodisiac potions.

  “What happened?” Tang Hao asked.

“Sigh! One of my company’s employees met with an accident and is in hospital now.”

  “Oh! Is it serious?”

“I don’t know yet! I heard that he suddenly fainted. He’s at the hospital for an examination now. I hope that he’s fine!” Qin Gang said.

He paused for a while and continued, “By the way, this incident seems weird. Our factory moved half a month ago, and accidents have been happening since then.

“The employees feel uncomfortable when they work there, as though something isn’t quite right.”

Tang Hao was immediately piqued when he heard that.

  ‘Did Brother-in-law encounter something supernatural?’

He thought for a while and said, “Have you made any enemies
recently?”

“Well… I don’t think so? Why, do you think that someone is behind this?” Qin Gang laughed as he said that.

“Are you seriously suggesting that someone placed a curse on my factory? I don’t think that exists in the real world!”

Tang Hao rolled his eyes and said coldly, “That’s because you don’t know anything!”

Qin Gang immediately stopped talking. “Is… Is that true, Younger Brother-in-law?” He asked nervously.

“Of course! I know that stuff exists!” Tang Hao said.

Qin Gang was shocked. He could not believe what he heard.

‘What does my younger brother-in-law not know?’

“I can’t say exactly what happened to your factory. For your safety, I think I’ll travel with you to Provincial City. I can take a look while I’m there,” Tang Hao said.

“What… what possibilities can there be?” Qin Gang asked nervously.

“Well, maybe one of your enemies might have hired a supernatural master to place a curse. It might also have something to do with the fengshui of the place. I can’t tell unless I’m there,” Tang Hao said.

“Alright then… please come over quickly, Younger Brother-in-law.” Qin Gang was becoming afraid.

  “Come and fetch me then!”

“Alright!” Qin Gang hung up after he agreed.

Tang Hao thought for a while, then called Sis Xiangyi to explain what happened. He also told Han Yutong that he was going to Provincial City.

Han Yutong was surprised when she heard that.

Then, she hesitated a little, as though pondering a decision.

After a while, she said, “President Tang, can I take the opportunity to take a few days off?”

“What’s up?” Tang Hao was surprised.

“I haven’t been back to Provincial City for a long time,” Han Yutong said.

“Is that so! Alright then, you may go back for a visit!” Tang Hao nodded. “Right, when will you be going?”

“How about tomorrow? I’ll take the next few days off,” Han Yutong said.

“Alright! You can contact me in Provincial City if you need anything!”

Just as Tang Hao finished speaking, Qin Gang’s phone call came.

He said goodbye to Han Yutong, then went downstairs and saw Qin Gang’s car waiting for him.

“Quick, get in the car, Younger Brother-in-law!” Qin Gang shouted anxiously.

After Tang Hao got on the car, it immediately sped toward Provincial City.

They arrived at Provincial City four hours later. It was almost four o’clock in the afternoon when they arrived at the hospital.

  Chapter 182 - A Fengshui Problem

The two people rushed to the patient’s room once they arrived at the hospital.

A woman in her mid to late twenties was already waiting in front of the room. She was tall, beautiful, and was dressed in office wear. Her black-rimmed spectacles on her face made her look knowledgeable.

“You’re here, President Qin!” She rushed up to Qin Gang when she saw him.

“What’s the situation?” Qin Gang asked.

“The doctor has already examined the patient but did not find any problems. He woke up a while earlier, but he still looks weak and his consciousness is wavering,” the woman answered.

Then, she turned to look at Tang Hao.

  “President Qin, he is…?”

“Oh! He’s my younger brother-in-law!” Qin Gang answered.

“Younger brother-in-law?” The woman exclaimed and stared at Tang Hao with her mouth agape.

“This is my secretary, Sun Yi!” Qin Gang introduced the woman to Tang Hao.

Tang Hao observed them closely and noticed that they had more than a working relationship between them.

“Two of you…” Tang Hao looked to his left and right and displayed a curious look on his face.

He did not complete his sentence, but the meaning was obvious.

The two people were shocked, then they were embarrassed. Especially Sun Yi, whose face turned bright red.

“Ahem! Please keep the secret to yourself, Younger Brother-in-law!” Qin Gang said awkwardly, “Alright, let’s go in and take a look!” As he spoke, he pulled Tang Hao into the room.

A man in his thirties was sleeping on the bed. He looked sickly with a pale face.

Qin Gang was shocked when he saw the patient. “And the doctor didn’t find any problems?” He exclaimed.

“The doctors did a comprehensive test and found nothing wrong with the body. They concluded that it might be caused by overworking, and he’ll be better after a short rest.”

Qin Gang furrowed his brows and looked at Tang Hao. “Don’t you have amazing medical skills, Younger Brother-in-law? Do you want to examine him?”

  “Alright!” Tang Hao nodded.

Sun Yi heard that and was astonished, though she furrowed her brows.

‘How can a boy of his age know any useful medical skills? President Qin must be joking!’ She thought.

Tang Hao stepped forward, narrowed his eyes, and carefully examined the patient.

  Then, his expression changed slightly.

He could feel that the patient had accumulated a lot of negative qi in his body. That should be the cause of his illness.

Positive and negative qi exists in a balance in the world. Negative qi can be harmful to humans, though it usually exists in very low concentrations and poses no danger. However, once negative qi exceeds a certain concentration in the air, one could see the effects on a human body.

For example, the Corpse Cave they cleared earlier was a nexus of negative qi. With the negativity seal formation trapping the negative qi in the area, the concentration of negative qi became stronger than usual. Cultivators would be able to withstand the negative qi, but a normal person would not be able to.

“Unless… it has something to do with the new factory location?”

Tang Hao suddenly remembered that Qin Gang mentioned about moving their factory half a month ago.

He turned around and carefully examined Sun Yi.

He did not notice it earlier, but now that he looked at her, he saw negative qi accumulated in her body. On the other hand, Qin Gang seemed to be unaffected.

“What’s wrong?” Qin Gang asked when he saw Tang Hao staring at them.

“It’s nothing!” Tang Hao shook his head and said, “He’s not afflicted with any disease. It’s just a small problem.”

Sun Yi laughed up her sleeve when she heard that.

‘What a boastful kid! The doctors ran tests on him all afternoon and could not find anything wrong, and he could come up with a diagnosis just by looking at him?

‘Is this younger brother-in-law of President Qin some sort of con artist?’

“So it’s just a small problem!” Qin Gang breathed a sigh of relief. “Can you cure him?”

  “It’s easy,” Tang Hao said.

Sun Yi was shocked again. She believed that her suspicions were true. However, she did not want to call out Qin Gang’s guest, especially when he was his younger brother-in-law.

Her thoughts were evident on her face.

Tang Hao noticed that but did not care to explain himself.

He turned around to face the patient again, then pointed a finger between the patient’s brows.

He channeled qi to his fingertip to dispel the negative qi in the patient’s body.

It was easy to dispel negative qi, and it could be done by sticking a yellow paper talisman on the patient’s forehead. However, Tang Hao did not have yellow paper talismans on him, which was why he had to use his finger.

Soon, the negative qi in the patient’s body was completely dispelled.

The patient moaned and slowly regained consciousness.

Color returned to his pale face and he looked much healthier.

“You are…?” The patient looked at Tang Hao and asked confusedly.

Then, he turned his head to see Qin Gang and Sun Yi. He urgently sat up and
greeted them. “Boss!”

Qin Gang and Sun Yi were dumbstruck when they saw that.

Especially Sun Yi. Her eyes were opened round and wide as she tried to process what happened.

In her eyes, it was too ridiculous.

The doctors could not diagnose the patient’s problems, but the boy cured it by simply pointing a finger.

  “Younger Brother-in-law, you’re…”

“It’s not a big problem. He had too much negative qi in his body. There’s no need for any remedies. Even if I didn’t do anything, he’ll be fine on his own after half a month of rest,” Tang Hao said.

“Negative qI?” Qin Gang expression changed. “So, someone’s behind this?”

“Not necessarily. There might be a problem with the location of the factory. We can go there and take a look,” Tang Hao said.

Sun Yi was totally confused when she heard that.

“Negative qi? Someone behind this? What are you two talking about, President Qin?”

Qin Gang briefly explained the situation.

Sun Yi’s jaw dropped as she listened to that. Her gaze on Tang Hao became more incredulous by the moment.

“There’s an accumulation of negative qi in your body too, Secretary Sun. You might become like him if the cause isn’t found,” Tang Hao said.

  “What?” Sun Yi was shocked.

“What should we do?” Qin Gang was worried.

Tang Hao did not say much. He pointed a finger at her forehead and dispelled the negative qi.

“Do you feel that your body is more energetic now, and not as sluggish as before?” Tang Hao said.

“That’s true!” Sun Yi said incredulously.

“How about me, Younger Brother-in-law?” Qin Gang asked worriedly as he pointed at himself.

“There’s no problem with you. You must not be at the factory often!” Tang Hao said.

Qin Gang breathed a sigh of relief and laughed. “It’s true, I haven’t been to the factory recently.”

“Let’s go to the factory now!”

Tang Hao said as he led the way out of the hospital room.

They arrived at the factory half an hour later.

The factory was located in the countryside. It manufactured toys at a small scale.
