With Us (Next Generation Book 2)

He grunted, raking a hand through his hair. He repeated the movement two more times before dropping his hand on his lap. He was antsy, and I couldn’t say I blamed him.
Sunny and I shared women. A lot of women. But I hadn’t seen someone that sparked this newfound awareness deep inside of me in a long time. I needed to know who this woman was. I didn’t even give a shit if I had her beneath me before I found out her name. I wasn’t the dominant type. Never had been. I had my moments. Dominance was Sunny’s job. It was why we balanced each other out so well. But there was something about this tiny little thing that had me wanting to control her and submit to her all at the same time.
“Shade?”
I jumped, finding two pairs of eyes staring back at me.
“Yeah, sorry.” I rubbed the back of my neck. “I’m a bit distracted.”
Jaron Mercer only grunted. He was the vice president of the Hell’s Harlem motorcycle club that we were in. And while he was young, he never let that stop him from showing men twice his age who the boss really was. When his father, the president, wasn’t around.
“See something you like?” he asked, his gray eyes peering into mine.
“Maybe.” I nodded to the table across the room. The three women were looking back at us every so often, the one, focusing solely on Jaron himself. “You know them?”
“Yeah. Grew up with them.” Jaron scratched the dark scruff on his jaw. “I’m bored.” He stood, giving us a smirk. “Let’s go say hi.”

(Meadow)
I had walked past the three guys sitting in the booth when I went to the bathroom. Even though I never made eye contact with them, I could feel them staring at me.
Once I headed back to the table, I found the man I ran into earlier, sitting with another guy I didn’t know at the same table I shared with the girls.
As I got closer, I saw Jaron Mercer sitting beside Piper.
It had been awhile since we had seen him. He looked good. Really good. He had become larger since I last saw him and while he was hot as hell, he didn’t do it for me. But the two older, much older, men sparked something inside of me. I was curious and thought maybe I should test out my theory.
“Oooh. Hello, boys,” I sang, waggling my eyebrows and sitting between the two older men.
“Do you come here often?” the one I hadn’t met already, asked. He glanced at my mouth.
My heart jumped.
I was vaguely aware of Jaron saying something to him.
“Fuck you I don’t,” the man said, crossing his arms under his chest.
I shook my head, not even hearing what was said in the first place. I was so mesmerized by this guy’s eyes, that I hadn’t heard what was said to him.
The man leaned toward me. “How old are you?”
“Twenty-two.” I grinned. “Why?”
In a quick move, he pulled me onto his lap. “Good enough for me.”
I laughed, my heart jumping over the fact that this guy, a man I didn’t know, took it upon himself to touch me. Desire curled deep in my belly. Looked like I enjoyed a man who took charge. “Don’t get any ideas in that old brain of yours. My daddy would kick your ass if he knew you were rubbing your dick against me.” A very large dick I might add.
“Your daddy doesn’t scare me,” he growled in my ear, his lips brushing over the soft spot beneath it. “I want to bend you over this table, hike up this sexy as fuck dress and make you beg for your daddy to come save you,” he said, low enough for only me to hear.
I coughed. No one had ever talked to me like that before. It was always me doing the dirty talking. Well, this could get quite interesting.
Looking across the table, I was met by Piper’s wide stare.
I gave her a wink. “You know it’s rude to tell secrets in front of people.” I cupped the man’s face, reveling in the scratchiness of his dark beard tickling my palm. “Why don’t you tell our friends here what you just said?”
He raised an eyebrow.
“Yeah, Sunny,” Jaron said. “Tell us what you said.”
“I’d really like to hear this,” the guy beside us added.
The man I now knew as Sunny, cleared his throat. “I said to her—”
“No.” I ran my thumb over his bottom lip. “Tell them what you just said. To me.”
Something flashed in his dark eyes. His hand that was on my hip, tightened its hold on me.
“I said,” Sunny repeated, “that I want to bend you over this table, hike up this sexy as fuck dress, and make you beg for your daddy to come save you.”
I grinned, patting his cheek. “Good boy.”
Sunny
I HAD ALWAYS BEEN the dominant one. Whether it be in my sexual exploits, relationships, or even my damn job, I always barked out the commands. But when this little lamb made her own demand of me, I couldn’t help but comply.
She had quickly given us her number when we were told by the woman sitting beside Jaron that they would be leaving alone.
Too bad. But it didn’t mean that I couldn’t tease this sweet little thing a bit.
While laughter sounded around the room, I cupped her knee and inched my hand higher beneath her dress.
She shifted on my lap, pushing her round ass harder against my dick, but she never stopped me. No, she continued her conversation with her friends while the big bad wolf played with his little lamb.
I passed a glance at Shade.
He moved to the empty chair beside me, placing his elbows on the table and shielding us from any onlookers. Reaching out, he cupped her knee.
She coughed and then continued her conversation.
I bit back a chuckle. “Tell me your name, Little Lamb,” I murmured in her ear when there was a break in her conversation.
“Meadow,” she said. Her voice was soft. Husky. But while it wasn’t full-bodied and loud, it still held a hint of a confidence that I craved.
“Do you want to play with the wolves in the meadow, Little Lamb?” It was cheesy but the smile it put on her face was fucking worth it.
“Oh yeah.” She pushed her ass back against me.
My cock twitched, swelling beneath her. Sliding my hand higher up her thigh, her dress now sat bunched up at the crease between her thigh and hip.
Shade kept his hand on her knee.
In a quick move, I spread my legs, forcing her knees apart.
Her breath caught.
I noticed then that Jaron and Piper had disappeared, leaving Shade and I alone with Meadow and her sister who was currently passed out on top of the table.
“She good?” I asked, pushing my hand higher up Meadow’s inner thigh.
“Yeah.” She hooked her arm around my shoulders and looked down at our hands on her. “She had too much to drink in a short amount of time.” She glanced between us both, her dark eyes twinkling with mischief. “So, do you always pick up younger women at the bar?”
I grunted.
Shade chuckled. “No. It’s been awhile. We’re rusty.”
“Hmm.” Meadow pushed her ass into me. “By that delicious lump in your jeans, you don’t seem that rusty.”
A laugh rumbled through me. “That’s why there’s a lump. Because it’s been awhile.”
“Aww.” She pouted. “Poor, baby. So, is this a thing? You two pick up women, bring them home and tear them apart?”
“No.” Shade scratched his jaw, his eyes raking over Meadow. “But I sure wouldn’t mind trying to rip you apart.”
“Hmm…” Meadow leaned forward, cupping his cheek.
Shade licked his full mouth and I knew that if we were alone, he would have pushed his hand into her hair, pulled her against him, and kissed the hell out of her. I knew because it was what he did. We had fucked so many women together, that I could predict every single one of his moves. I had a feeling that with Meadow though, she would keep us both on our toes.
“I think that can be arranged,” she purred.
My dick jumped. Fucking hell. This woman wa
s something else.
But just as I was about to offer to get out of there, Jaron and the woman he had been eye-fucking, decided to take that moment to come back and join us. Jaron sat, and the woman walked right by us.
Meadow jumped off my lap. Faster than I thought possible, the three of them disappeared out of the bar.
“Well that was interesting.” Shade raked a hand through his hair. “I need to take a piss.” He stood, pulled back the rest of his beer, and headed to the bathroom at the back of the bar.
“What’s with you guys?” Jaron asked, taking a swig of his own beer.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” I told him.
“Right.” He chuckled. “Listen,” he said, the smile suddenly falling from his face. “Whatever you do, don’t hurt her. She has a large father and many men in her life who she considers uncles. So just be careful.”
“She single?” Even though she had been sitting on my lap and flirted with us, it didn’t mean shit half the time.
“Yeah, she is. As far as I know.” Jaron peered at me over the rim of his glass. “Meadow isn’t like most women. Hell, in a previous life, I bet she was a man with half the shit she says.”
“Oh?” I raised an eyebrow, unsure as to what he meant by that.
He shrugged. “Just don’t hurt her.”
“I don’t plan on it.” But if she asked me to spank her ass and pull her hair, who was I to argue?

(Meadow)
We rented a cheap motel and helped Gigi onto one of the double beds.
“I love you girls,” she slurred, rolling over onto her stomach. “Like so much.”
I laughed, shaking my head and pulling off her shoes before tossing them to the floor. “We love you too, Gigi.”
Piper pulled the covers up and over her when she started snoring softly.
I sighed, slumping onto the edge of the other double bed. “You can take this one. I can sleep with drunky over there.”
Piper laughed lightly, sitting on the bed beside me. “Doesn’t matter. At least she hasn’t thrown up. Remember when we drank that really cheap wine and I got sick in my bed?” She grimaced. “That was so gross.”
“I forgot about that.” I giggled, shaking my head. “I think we all puked that night. It took me a long time to be able to drink red wine after that.”
“It didn’t take me long. I just make sure to always get the good stuff from now on.” She winked.
“Good plan.” I paused. “Listen.” I wasn’t sure if she knew about Ashton and I but I needed to tell her. “I have something to tell you.”
“You’ve been sleeping with Ashton,” she said, giving me a small smile.
“Yeah. He was giving Luna and Zach a hard time, so I thought if I distracted him, it would help.” I laid back on the bed. “It was a stupid decision but I was bored.”
“I’m not mad, Meadow. If that’s what you’re worried about.” Piper had slept with Ashton and his brother, Aiden, but broke it off after her backpacking trip to Europe. Rumors went around that she met someone. I almost didn’t believe it until tonight and saw the way she was looking at Jaron. Especially when shortly after, both her and Jaron had disappeared. But I wasn’t sure how that had anything to do with Paris.
“I’m glad. I don’t want any problems.” I sat up, leaning on my elbows. “He ended things though. God, I’m making it sound like we were fucking for months. But…”
“You care for him. I get it. I care for them too, but I couldn’t do it anymore.”
“How did you know?” I asked, rolling over onto my stomach and leaning my chin on my palm.
She looked at me then. She sighed, turning toward me. “I heard him talking about it.”
“Huh…should I be pissed that he was talking about our sex life?”
She laughed. “No. If anything, you should be proud. He was bragging, saying it was the best sex of his life.”
“Oh.” My face fell. “I’m sorry.”
“Don’t be. I wasn’t into it anyway. The first time, sure, but it never should have happened again after that.” She shrugged. “Live and learn I guess.”
“I probably should have…I don’t know. Asked you first? You know, chicks before dicks kind of thing.” I laughed lightly, my heart stuttering. God, I was nervous. I never got nervous. Not about this shit. But Piper was a friend. Even though I was a few years younger than them, I was never excluded growing up. They never considered me as just Gigi’s little sister.
“Girl, trust me. If they can get off my back, I’m down for it. It was fun but after Paris…” Her cheeks reddened. “And…”
“And tonight?” I added for her.
She looked away. “Yeah.”
“Hey.” I touched her arm gently. “I don’t judge. Jaron’s hot. Intense but very hot. I see the way he looks at you.”
She met my gaze then. “Really? You saw something?”
“Oh yeah. It almost makes me jealous.” I rose from the bed and went to the floor-length mirror that hung on the wall by the bathroom. For a rundown motel, at least they had a good-sized mirror.
“Really?” Piper scoffed. “Since when do you get jealous?” she asked, coming up beside me.
“I know. It’s throwing me off too.” I was only twenty-two. Was I even ready to settle down? It wasn’t like I had found anything even remotely close to what I had been looking for. Ashton was fun but that was it. And it was safe with him. I wanted dangerous. I wanted more. “I think I’m going to head back to that bar.” That would definitely be dangerous. I smiled to myself.
“Are you sure you want to do that? Is it even safe?”
I ran my hands down my front, smoothing out the wrinkles of my dress. “Safe is boring, Piper. That’s why you let Jaron fuck you in the bathroom tonight.” I turned toward her. “Isn’t that right?”
She blushed, running a hand over the back of her neck. “Yeah, but…” She sighed. “Oh, who am I kidding. It was fucking amazing.”
I laughed, pulling her in for a hug. “See?” I leaned back, holding her at arm’s length. “Now, I’m going to go have some fun of my own.”
“Fine.” Piper searched my face. “Call us if something goes wrong though.”
“I will. I’ll text you when I get to the bar and to wherever else I end up but please don’t worry. They know Jaron. So they can’t be that bad.”
“True.” Piper chewed her bottom lip. “Be safe and have fun.”
Oh, I planned on it.
Sunny
“I WANT HER.”
My back stiffened at the desperation in Shade’s voice as he came toward me. I puffed on my smoke, not commenting on the matter at hand.
“Sunny.” He took the cigarette from my hand and stuck it between his lips. “I will have her. Both of us will.” He was on the verge of losing it because he had actually quit smoking a while ago. But whenever he was on edge, he grabbed a smoke, lit it up, and acted like nothing was wrong.
“How do you figure? She was probably just having some fun. Maybe she got dared by her friends to flirt with the old fuckers who couldn’t stop flirting back.” It wasn’t like it hadn’t happened before. Young women, women of all ages really, wanted bikers to have their way with them as a way of sowing their oats. We were a fantasy. Nothing more. Nothing less. Hell, I didn’t even have any tattoos. It was the leather. Always the damn leather. Not that I ever cared before. But for whatever reason, it was starting to bother me. I was getting old and wanted to settle down before I met my maker.
“I don’t give a shit,” Shade said, continuing on his tirade. “I want her. I want to feel her choking on my cock while you’re fucking her tight juicy cunt.”
A shiver raced down my spine at the graphic image he put in my head. “She’s young.”
“That didn’t stop you from pulling her onto your lap tonight.”
“I was flirting. So was she. Nothing more is happening.” I lit up another smoke, not even believing the words I just said.
<
br /> “But that’s not what you told her.” Shade paused, searching my face. “I know you want her too. You told us all how much you want her. Remember?”
“Yeah. I remember,” I mumbled. Anyone else and I would have been pissed that they made me voice my thoughts like that but with Meadow, I found I didn’t give a shit. I realized then that we hadn’t even given her our names.
“So, what are we going to do about it?” Shade asked, hope dancing in his bright green eyes.
“Nothing.” I inhaled the sweet smoke, taking it down deep into my lungs and blowing it out slowly.
“Sunny.” His brows narrowed.
“Shade.”
“Fuck, man. Why is this only your decision?”
“This is both of our decisions but remember what happened last time? I let you lead. I let you pick out someone for us and do you remember what happened after that?” The memory was laughable at best. The young thing couldn’t handle us.
“That was a long time ago.” Shade moved to the spot beside me and leaned against the brick wall.
“Exactly but it almost tarnished our reps. You need to keep that beast of yours in check. I don’t want to hurt this lamb.”
“She needs to be ours.” Shade tilted his head back, looked up at the nighttime sky, and stuck the smoke between his lips. He inhaled deeply, letting the air slowly out of his lungs.
Something stirred inside of me. Something dark. Something feral. He was mine. And I was his. But we were never physical. I wasn’t even sure if he wanted to be psychical with me. I was so damn confused lately; I didn’t know whether I was coming or going. But what I did know was that I knew how Shade felt. I wanted Meadow. I wanted to share her with him. My partner. My best friend. The only man I had ever let into my bed. Even though we never had sex, sharing a bed was almost just as intimate. If not more.
“You’re staring again,” he murmured.
“Sorry.” I looked away.
“I love you, Sunny.” Shade pushed away from the wall and stood in front of me. His emerald eyes searched my face. He took a step closer, the air between us becoming thick with an unknown tension I had never felt before. Not from him. Not even from a woman. Not until tonight when Meadow sat her ass on my lap.
