Masking the Fae King: Bramble's Edge Academy Year 2 (Reverse Harem Romance)

Her curves filled his hands as he lifted, pushing the rest of the way into her core. She trembled above him while he caressed her back and ass as she adjusted to his size. He noticed all of his Guard looking at her body.
He knew what they saw. A woman with more curves than most Fae females. Her ass begged to be bit and pounded. Her breasts bounced enticingly. That wasn’t something he’d witnessed before Maurellle.
With his hands at her waist, he lifted and lowered her in time with his thrusts. Her pussy fluttered around his shaft, making him harder than before. He heard grunts and groans from his friends and based on the sound of things they were all stroking themselves while watching.
Glancing up, he was shocked to see Maurelle squeezing her nipples while watching Brokk then Sol and Daine. Wrapping one arm around her waist, he brought her head down when he grabbed the back of her neck and pulled her to meet his lips. The kiss was hungry and urgent with their lips tangling, and their teeth scraping together.
He swallowed her gasps of pleasure while Maurelle’s palms shot to his chest and her wings fluttered and glowed out to the sides. His wings lifted off his back, and they floated off the couch. He didn’t stop fucking her wildly as they hovered in the air.
He shifted his hand to her ass and held her tightly against him. One of her hands came up and traced the top of his wing. Her wings added to keeping them in the air while she shifted her hips to allow his penetration to go deeper.
“That’s it. Fuck me hard and fast,” she cried out with her head thrown back.
A low growl left his throat as he pumped in and out of her body. Her breasts bounced with their movement, drawing his eye with each thrust, making him want to kiss them. Not wanting to pause what they were doing he called his air to tease the flesh.
She lifted her head to look at him. Her mouth was open and she was panting while her hair was a wild mess around her head and her eyes glowed as brightly as her wings.
Daine was out of his chair and at their side a second later. “Ah,” she gasped when she noticed him so close. They stared at one another for a few seconds and she nodded her head to him. He lifted one of his hands and pinched her nipple. When her cries increased, Brokk and Sol joined them.
Brokk lowered his head and kissed her other nipple while Sol inserted his hand between Ryker and Maurelle’s bodies to tease her clit. Every stroke his touch slid along Ryker’s cock, adding to the pleasure.
Completely lost to the moment, Ryker pounded into Maurelle’s sheath. Pleasure stole every thought racing through his mind and cut off any doubt or hesitation at having the others actively involved.
The bond between all five of them rose to the surface. Before all Ryker felt was hers and his needs and pleasure, but now he felt so much more. The additional input had his balls drawing up tight while his spine tingled. The connection between them all was unbreakable and took sex to an unreal level.
Her core squeezed him a second later. Sol’s fingers increased their pace, rubbing and pinching her sensitive nub. In no time her core spasmed around Ryker’s shaft while she moaned. Her sexy sounds were joined by hoarse shouts from his three friends as they climaxed.
Ryker thrust in and out of her while she rode the waves of her release. The sound of flesh hitting flesh filled the room as he pounded her body and kept her orgasm going. His frenetic speed stopped when he thrust one last time and froze in place.
Throwing his head back, his wings flared out to his sides. Hands held his back while he grunted and spilled his seed inside her body. His magic exploded out of him in the next instant, bathing them in all in his blue light.
He wasn’t sure what just happened, but he sensed there would be no going back for any of them. They’d ventured down a road few traveled, and it would be up to Maurelle how they proceeded. She was the glue that held them together. Sure, his friends were loyal and devoted to him, but without Maurelle their friendship lacked true heart.
“Gods that was incredible,” he murmured as he was lowered to the ground, still inside Maurelle. One look at his friends and he knew they felt the same way he did. He didn’t have to ask his Guard to know they would take pleasure like this over another relationship any day.
“Beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of,” Maurelle agreed. “I’m going to take a nap now. Someone needs to feed me.” With that her eyes closed, and she trusted Ryker to keep her from falling on her face.
“Daine and I will go grab some grub. You guys relax and clean up,” Sol relayed as Ryker sat down on the couch with his female. This was the perfect end to two exhausting days. He’d be ready for another round as soon as he got some food in him. He hadn’t tasted Maurelle for too fucking long, and he was famished.
Chapter 15
Rolling over in bed, Maurelle stretched her arms over her head. What time was it anyway? Glancing over at the partially opened curtains, she realized it was still dark outside. A groan left her as she cursed whatever woke her up. Sleep was a commodity these days and she relished when she was able to get some real rest.
Sitting up, she rubbed the sleep from her eyes and practically jumped out of bed when a noise startled her a second later. It came from the main section of their dorm room. Ready to ream her dormmates, she climbed from bed and slid her feet into her fuzzy slippers.
The dorms were cold, making her wish she had a robe to throw on, as well. She had the door open and she was halfway through when her yawn stopped with her mouth open wide and changed to a gasp.
What the hell was that and why were the other females that lived with her huddled together? A female and two male collectors turned her way when they heard her. “Nice of you to join us,” the female purred and motioned for her to move forward. “Join the others over here, so you can get back to sleep.”
Maurelle walked toward the group with hesitant steps, unsure of what they were going to face. “What’s this about?”
The female narrowed her gaze and pulled a sphere from her back pocket. “We are searching for anyone involved in hiding the King.” She held the ball aloft and a deep purple light started burning inside it.
Maurelle’s heart started pounding against her rib cage. “What? We have no king. He and his family were killed before I was born.”
The female approached them and recited an incantation before moving the sphere in front of their group. “You’re right, but apparently, fate found a way to reignite the mantle. The highest level of realm magic has been used several times over the past few days and it all seems to lead back here to campus.”
Maurelle’s mind whirled. How the fuck did that happen? This was why they shouldn’t be doing shit when they had no real idea how to hide their actions. Ryker was in danger of being discovered. How could she help hide his identity?
“I don’t see how we would know anything. We are students and have been confined to campus since the year began,” one of her roommates blurted.
“Some of you are keeping secrets, and we will uncover who.” The female’s vow hit Maurelle like a bullet, making it hard to breathe. The orb flickered but didn’t do much else until it scanned Maurelle.
The female grinned victorious at the same moment Maurelle’s eyes went wide and her fellow students all shrieked and moved away from her as if the blinking purple light was going to explode and kill them all.
“Seems as if we’ve discovered one more student with a connection to the new Fae King,” the female announced. The two males approached and slapped fetters around her wrists.
Maurelle was immediately pulled into the memory of the last time these cuffs were used. It was an older Fae that had been protesting the closure of his shop close to the Dornwich town border. His family had owned the restaurant for decades before it was taken from him.
Guilt swamped Maurelle as she pushed the memory aside and forced her mind back to the present. She wanted to know why the male lost his eatery and where he was now. Unfortunately, she needed to remain aware and ensure Ryker was not discovered.

sp; When she blinked and regained her consciousness, she noticed she was no longer in her room, but being drug through the corridors. It was just her being carried by the collectors and the female until they exited the building.
“Brokk? Are you okay?” she called out when she saw him standing surrounded by collectors and covered in bruises.
“I’m good, Elle. These assholes seem to think the impossible has happened, and I tried to show them why they were wrong.”
Shaking her head, she was relieved Ryker wasn’t standing out there with them. And, he still had two of his Guard, so that was one plus in their column. “I don’t know what’s going on but trust me. Fighting isn’t worth it. You’ll only lose your life like my mom.” She prayed he got the message not to rock the boat anymore.
The only way they would keep Ryker safe was to play ignorant and keep that information to themselves. There was no spell, potion or incantation that could steal their memories. She would endure torture and death to protect the male she loved.
Brokk nodded slightly and didn’t fight when they were dragged toward the main building. Maurelle wondered if they were going to question them in Gullvieg’s dungeon. The female suddenly threw something at the lawn of the quad. A silver oval expanded up from the spot where the glass vial shattered.
It stopped expanding when it reached about seven feet high. Maurelle was still gaping at it when she was dragged toward it. It wasn’t until she was enveloped by freezing cold temperatures that she understood they were being teleported.
It was rare for anyone to use portals as they took a significant amount of time, magic, and energy. They cost more than most buildings in the Edge. Whoever these Fae were, they worked with someone that had money.
In the blink of an eye she was surrounded by blackness and couldn’t feel her body. It was the strangest thing to float in a million cells that aren’t tethered together. If she still had a heart, she couldn’t feel it racing anymore.
Before she managed to try and scream, she was shoved forward and fell to the ground in front of her. She gasped in a breath and noticed a table covered in various implements before she was heading toward the stone floor.
Her hands were locked together, and she couldn’t do anything except turn and make her shoulder take the brunt of the fall. Pain ricocheted along her right side and her head still bounced off the ground.
The collectors continued walking and Brokk was stumbling over her next followed by the males surrounding him. Rough hands yanked her from the floor and dragged her to a door off to the side.
“Why are we here? We don’t know anything. Please let us go,” Maurelle called out as instinct took over and tried to get her out of this mess.
“Shut up,” one of the collectors growled at her and shook her from a tight grip on her injured arm.
Her vision went fuzzy and she cried out. Gods that hurt like a mother fucker. And, was making her sick to her stomach. Brokk’s voice echoed in the room, but she couldn’t make out what he was saying.
The clang of metal caught her attention right before she was shoved into a small cell. This wasn’t Gullvieg’s dungeon, but it was eerily similar. It had the requisite damp smell and mildew. The cell was even smaller than last time, and the cot was nothing more than a cement slab.
She scanned the area and took note that she had nothing aside from the make-shift bed. There was no toilet, no sink, no table…nothing. The cell next to hers was visible, and she watched as Brokk was shoved into it.
The doors slammed and the locks were engaged before the collectors filed out of the space. There were only two other cells and nothing else in the room where they were located.
The female held the device to unlock the fetters through the bars and motioned for Maurelle to step forward. Not wanting to have her hands locked any longer, she pushed them toward the female.
She unlocked her then moved to do the same for Brokk. Maurelle hated the grimace that crossed his face when he lifted his arms. His shoulder still hadn’t healed entirely. She couldn’t imagine it felt very good at the moment to be jerked around and have the injury jostled.
“You should think about telling us who the King is before the council gets here. You will be questioned, and it will not go well for either of you if you don’t give up the information,” the female warned with a glare at them both.
“We don’t know anything,” Brokk insisted.
Maurelle nodded her head in agreement. “Why do you think a bunch of students would know about the king returning? I’d think he would go to his palace rather than the academy.”
“The last Fae to sit on the throne were assassinated. I’d hide if I were him,” the female admitted. “The magic doesn’t lie. You two are connected to the king, and we will get the information out of you one way or another.”
Maurelle pressed her lips together and stared back at her. She tried to keep her expression neutral but was positive she displayed all of her anger and hatred. Brokk walked over to the bars and wrapped his hands around them.
Maurelle approached and reached out to touch his bruised cheek. “Are you okay?” he whispered to her. To her utter embarrassment, tears gathered in her eyes. She wasn’t sad, but any time she was really pissed or frustrated, she got all teary eyed.
“I’m fine, but what are we going to do.” She kept her response low to avoid anyone overhearing their conversation.
Brokk ran his fingers across her cheek, offering what comfort he could in their current situation. Having him here made the fear diminish greatly. It didn’t seem possible for her to see any bright spots given that she’d just been taken from her bed and dragged here, but she wasn’t alone and that made all the difference.
“There’s nothing we can do for now. Keep your eyes and ears open for a chance to escape. In the meantime, we need to keep our counsel.”
Maurelle took a shaky breath and nodded her head. Without thinking, she lifted onto her toes and pressed her lips to Brokk’s for a brief kiss. His mouth lifted on one corner and his eyes bored into hers. She’d gotten far closer to the guys lately and cared about them deeply.
Following Ryker’s lead, Maurelle had opened up to new experiences that thrilled her. She’d only ever had sex with one at a time. Her mind rejected the idea out of hand before she ever really considered it fully. When they were together in the bathroom, a small part of her thrilled at experiencing something new.
When Ryker didn’t send his friends away, she decided to test her limits. She had to admit part of her loved knowing they watched her and Ryker having sex. The sound of them stroking their cocks made her hornier than ever, so when the chance for them to watch arose again she jumped at it.
Knowing they were there heightened the experience for her. She didn’t think it could get any more intense until Sol approached her and Ryker. The second his mouth kissed her breast, fireworks exploded behind her eyelids. Stopping them never even crossed her mind at that moment.
She didn’t regret the intimacy for one minute, and now she was glad she’d allowed herself to experience these males in this small way. Especially considering they might not make it out of this situation.
“What do you think they’re going to do with us?”
“They’re going to try and get information out of us. If this really is the council, we might escape this with minimal injuries.”
“You will if you give us the information we need,” a deep voice replied, making Maurelle gasp and spin around. A group of six individuals wearing black cloaks and various masks stood in the doorway leading to the other chamber. It was difficult to tell if these individuals were Fae or not because their cloaks hid the presence of wings. For all Maurelle knew these could be humans.
“Why have you brought us here?” Brokk demanded.
“Such disrespect. You’d do well to watch how you speak to us,” another voice called out. Maurelle couldn’t tell who spoke that time, but the voice was unmistakably feminine. “Bring them in here and we will get started.”
>
The group parted and six enforcers entered the room with their cells. Two approached Maurelle’s door and opened it. With a surprisingly gentle touch, they lead her out of the bars.
The groups of masked people moved back out of the doorway and kept their distance from Maurelle. As she got closer to their position she felt elemental energy which told her at least some of them were indeed Fae.
It was unnerving as hell to look at masks of animals and various creatures instead of faces. “Put her in the chair,” came the order from someone.
There was no way to tell who spoke because she couldn’t see their mouths, but she thought it was from the group to her left. Diverting her attention to the room at large, she was surprised to see a metal table off to one side and a chair with leather straps off to another.
She expected to see knives, hammers, scissors and other devices that could be used to torture, but she saw potions and herbs instead. Perhaps they weren’t going to hurt them to get answers. She glanced around looking for an exit, or anything else that might help them get away.
She thought there was a door in one of the walls but couldn’t be sure. There was no handle or hinges and the outline of a rectangle was faint in the rock wall. There were a couple tall wooden cabinets with closed doors. None of what she saw would do them any good. She hadn’t seen doors in the area with the cells which left her with nothing at the moment. She’d have to listen later to see if she could determine how these individuals leave.
Seeing no other option, she sat in the metal chair and held still while the enforcers secured the straps over her forearms and around her calves. She was busy trying to get a look at Brokk and missed the movement near her head until leather wrapped around her throat.
Brokk grunted, drawing her notice. Three males were forcing him through the archway while he tugged his arms, trying to dislodge their hold on him. So much for her hope they might not be hurt.
