Last Christmas (Bound Together)

“I didn’t have a heart before last year. I fucked every girl that threw herself at me and I didn’t care if I ever saw them again. I didn’t care about anyone. I can love and give my heart, because Layla showed me I had one. She is the reason I was able to meet you. I was in a good place. I was in love. Don’t try and take credit or give him credit for anything I am or anything I’ve done. You don’t deserve it. And for the record, Patrick, is the reason I decided to be a family. No other. I won’t let anyone or anything screw up his life the way mine was. He will always be able to count on me.”
She stared at me, tears streaming down her face, with an expression of horror.
“Are we done here?”
She nodded weakly.
“Good.”
I got up and headed for the front door, rolling my eyes as she tearfully yelled at me.
“Where are you going?”
I grabbed my jacket and keys.
“Out. I need a fucking drink.”
Slamming the door behind me, I left, climbed onto my Ducati and headed into town. There was a bar there called Jack’s and it was the place the guys from work and I would end up hanging at on a Friday night.
I thought about Benny’s and that made me think of Mel, Amy and Kate. I pulled out my cell and contemplated calling Amy but I decided not to.
I was still a little pissed at her and with the news I’d just got followed by the argument I’d just had, I wasn’t in a great frame of mind to be having it out with her over the phone.
Firing up the bike, I smiled. Perfect purring. I kicked the stand away and sped off and into town.
****
The bar was pretty busy and as I glanced around I spotted a familiar face smiling at me. She waved me over and leaned into her hip as I approached. “Hey hottie. How’s it going?” Lizzie was one of the waitresses at the bar. With long dark hair and her soft almond shaped eyes, the Hawaiian beauty was off the charts sexy.
“I’m good Liz. How about you?”
She shrugged. “Actually Ollie, I have this terrible itch that needs scratching…”
I chuckled. Lizzie and I had been playing ‘who will out flirt the other’ for weeks.
“Well, I have a piece of equipment that is reserved for just that purpose. I’d be happy to assist you.”
She blushed. “Okay, you win.”
Winking at me she headed for the bar and I followed her before ordering my usual. A beer and a sandwich.
I sat for hours just thinking about everything. About Layla, my father, the fight with Amy. I even thought about my mom. The whole situation depressed me.
Signaling Lizzie over, I ordered a glass of bourbon. I drank it quickly and winced a little as the liquid slid down my throat. I slammed my glass back on the bar and ordered another, then another and another and another and…you get the idea.
The room spun a little. Or maybe it was just my swaying. Getting to my feet I stumbled backward a little and two delicate hands caught my arm and held me tightly.
“Whoa there stud. You okay?”
I nodded and fished in my pocket for my keys. Pulling them out, I had them snatched away from me by Lizzie who was still clutching my arm.
“You’re not driving anywhere tonight. I’ll call you a cab.” I shook my head.
“I can’t go home. I fucking hate it there.”
She gave me a suggestive smile and I got the message. Leaning in to her ear, I whispered softly.
“I could always come back to your place. You’ve saved the bike…so now you should ride the driver.”
She turned to face me and nipped gently on my bottom lip.
“Mmmm. I thought you’d never ask.”
Taking my arm she led me out to the parking lot. She pointed at an old VW van that looked as though it had just pulled out of Woodstock.
My hand gripped her thigh as we walked. As we made it to the van, I gave in to my needs and pushed Lizzie hard against the side of it.
The entire place was deserted and she was conveniently wearing a skirt. She pulled a foil packet from her purse as I slid my hand up her skirt and ripped her panties away from her. She yelped as I pushed two fingers inside her wet little pussy.
“Oh fuck Ollie.”
I grinned. She made quick work of my belt and zipper and as she pushed my shorts down, she gripped my throbbing dick in her palm. I groaned and withdrew my fingers, opened the condom packet and slid it onto my cock. Gripping the hem of her skirt, I rolled it up and pressed her fiercely against the van. Her legs wrapped around me and I moved myself into position, teasing her opening.
“Oh do it, do it now.”
Wish granted. I thrust up inside her forcefully and she cried out as I filled her. It wasn’t drawn out and it wasn’t romantic. It was hardcore and frenzied fucking. I rammed into her repeatedly as she kissed me hungrily. We both panted and gasped for breath as our orgasms grew closer. I could feel her getting closer and closer and as she tightened around me I moaned deeply. Her head fell back and she slammed her hand against the van making a loud banging sound.
I had to check we were still alone and discovering we were, I let go and emptied my load. My body stiffened before collapsing against hers and the van. She giggled and kissed me again.
I pulled out, tied the condom and slipped it into my pocket to dispose of later. Lizzie adjusted herself as I zipped my pants up and grinned at her in satisfaction. She opened the driver’s side door and licked her bottom lip.
“Come on hot stuff, I’m not done with you yet.”
Smiling back at her, I climbed in. This was going to be a better night than I’d thought.
Chapter 9
Girls, Girls, Girls
I woke up with a raging headache and with blurry eyes, I scanned the room. Where the fuck am I?
A sound beside me caught my attention and I rolled over to find Lizzie sleeping peacefully beside me. Fuck.
Carefully sliding out of bed I hunted for my clothes and pulled them on quickly. I sat on the edge of the bed and slipped on my sneakers, praying she wouldn’t wake up. She stayed perfectly still and I breathed a sigh of relief. Walking out of the bedroom, I closed the door quickly and stood in the hallway for a moment. I ran my fingers through my hair and considered what I was about to do. I’d gotten drunk, fucked a waitress and now I was bailing. Yeah, that pretty much summed it up and the worrying thing was that I didn’t feel bad about it either. In fact, I felt pretty good.
Sneaking out of the apartment I jogged down the stairs to the street and began the twenty minute walk back to the bar, all the while hoping my baby was still as perfect as I’d left her.
As I turned the corner I spotted her, gleaming and as sparkly and impeccable as I had left her.
Climbing on I glanced at the bar. Probably should stay away from that place for a while.
When I got home, Patrick was having his breakfast at the dinner table. I walked over and tousled his hair. “Morning superstar.” He turned around and smiled at me. “Hey. Where’ve you been?” I thought for a moment of what I should tell him. “I stayed at a friend’s last night. I had a few drinks and it wasn’t safe for me to drive. I’m here now though. Finish your Cheerios and get ready for school. I’ll walk you.”
He jumped down from the table and hurried up the stairs to get ready.
I walked into the kitchen and rolled my eyes as I saw my mom standing in the corner in her work suit and holding her coffee in her hand.
“Morning. You didn’t come home last night. I was worried.”
I shrugged. “I’m a big boy. I can take care of myself.”
She nodded. “Ollie.”
I turned away and walked out of the room but she followed me. “Oliver, please.”
“I’m taking Patrick to school and going to work. I’ll see you later.”
I didn’t wait for a response. I waited on the porch and smiled as Patrick walked out with his enormous backpack.
“You need me to carry that?” He shook his head.
<
br /> “Nope. I got it dude.”
I chuckled. “Dude?”
He looked up at me and squinted as the sun hit his face. “Yeah, I like it. Don’t you?”
I shook my head. “Hey, if you like it. I like it. Little dude.”
We walked through the school courtyard and Patrick waved frantically and called out to a small girl who was standing across the way. She was standing with a tall blonde haired girl. She was hot and as our eyes met, she smiled and brushed her hair behind her ear. I nodded at her and smiled back. The small girl she was with, waved at Patrick and made her way over. The pretty blonde followed her.
“Hi Patrick.”
“Hi, Melody.”
The girl pointed to the blonde who was now at her side.
“This is my sister Caroline.” I nudged Patrick in the back to encourage him to introduce me.
“Oh, this is my brother, Ollie.”
I smiled at Caroline and she returned it.
Melody stood at my feet and scanned me up and down. “You don’t look like a rock star.” I snorted a laugh.
“Well what does a rock star look like?”
She thought for a moment before answering. “You should have lots of tattoos and rock stars always have awesome cars. Where’s yours?”
She fisted her hands on her hips and gave me a questioning look. I smiled and looked at Patrick. What a little diva.
Patrick laughed. “Ollie doesn’t drive a car. He has a monster.”
Caroline chuckled. “Monster huh?”
I grinned and nodded. “A Ducati monster.”
“Oh, I see. You’re a motorcycle nut.”
I pretended to be insulted. “I’d prefer the term enthusiast.”
Crouching down, she whispered into Melody’s ear. The little girl nodded and gave me a quick glance before taking Patrick’s hand in hers.
“Come on, Patrick. I’ll walk to class with you.” He gave me a quick look and waved as she led him away. Caroline was beaming at me. “So, you really a rock star?”
I shook my head, still grinning. “No. I just play in a band and we sometimes do a few numbers at a bar in Long Beach.
“Oh wow. Long Beach is a long way to go and have a drink. Do you have a bar here that you have now become accustomed to?”
I thought about the bar I had been in that night. The bar I was going to have to stay away from for a while now.
“Uh, no, actually.”
She stood a little closer and twirled her finger in her long blonde locks.
“Well, there’s a party going on tonight at a bar near the college campus. Wanna go?”
Do I wanna go? The way she was looking at me was something I had become very used to and instantly recognized. She was hot for me. She was pretty scorching herself. If you go to this party with her, you are getting laid and the next morning you’ll do the walk of shame. Do you wanna go there?
Screw it.
“Sounds great. Where and when?”
She bounced a little on her heels. “Awesome! The bar’s called ‘The Fish Bowl’. It’s just off Carnegie Street. Say…eight?” I nodded politely.
“Great I’ll see you then. What’s the dress code?”
She went to walk away but turned at the last minute. “There’s no dress code. But if you’re spending the evening in my company…clothing is optional.” She winked and walked away. I watched her hot little ass in her tight jeans. Mel and Amy were wrong. I could be the old me again and I didn’t feel any fucking guilt in my stomach at all. Ollie Green needed to have a little fun. Kate and Lizzie had been a great start and Caroline seemed eager to join the list.
Caroline
A screamer. Remember to make sure they don’t have neighbors that call the cops next time O. Being questioned about a possible attempted murder when you were actually only giving her a mind blowing orgasm…awkward!
Melissa
Had a pierced clit! That was a first for sure! Just an observation, if I ever come across a girl with that kind of metal again…flick and lick till your tongue is numb! I’ve never seen a girl wriggle so much!
Shaye
Wow. Now this one, I could just about keep up with! When I first saw her across the club, her body glitter all shimmering in the spot light, I was convinced she was fun but oh, my, God! I came away covered in glitter and when my mom saw it all over my mouth…I had to tell her I’d eaten some sparkly frosting or something. Best dessert I’d ever tasted for sure!
Turns out, she’s a singer too. Too bad I don’t do the call back thing. She could have made an awesome band member. D.O.A’s very own bohemian rock chick.
Kristin
Oh hell yes! For the first time since high school…I fucked a cheerleader! And not just any cheerleader either. This one is the head cheerleader at her college and oh, man does she have spirit. Her flexible, bendy and fuck me sideways body, was the best sex I’ve had in years. She moaned, groaned and sucked my cock like a pro. If she was anything like the cheerleaders I fucked in high school, I imagined she’d probably had a lot of practice. Either way, I sure was appreciative of her talents. She had a tight little body and I could have spent hours just throwing her over every surface in her house. It would have been perfect if her parents hadn’t come home from their ski trip early and found me pounding their daughter on the couch. It’s a good thing I ran track in school because her father was an ex-marine! I managed to get away but I had to leave my favorite T-shirt behind. I got it at a Greenday concert. Guess I’ll never see that again. To be honest though, I can’t really complain. I could have left there with something a lot more valuable missing! She was totally worth it though.
Jackie
Now, I don’t usually go for the older woman…but this one was worth it. Cougar? More like lioness! She had me in her sights the minute I walked into the bar. I’d hardly sat my ass on a stool before she was pouncing on me. She had a rocking bod for an older chick and her skills and techniques…wow. I would definitely dip my feet in the older gene pool again.
Lisa
Oh dear God! Stalker? Bunny boiler? The crazy ass bitch watched me sleep to make sure I didn’t bail! Thank God for bladders. The second she went to the bathroom, I was outta there like a bullet from a gun! Note to self…try and avoid the nut jobs and clingy chicks that just got dumped. She wasn’t on the rebound. She was on the fucking prowl!
Chapter 10
Screwed
I held my breath as I tiptoed silently out of Alice’s room. I think her name was Alice, or maybe it was Alex. It was Al…something. Anyway, I crept as quietly as I could, not because I was afraid of waking her, no that would have been fine, I could have come up with an excuse and told her I’ll call her. No, it was the one hundred and twenty pound pit bull, lying in her hall that had me praying my sneakers would live up to their name.
I made it to the front door and breathed a sigh of relief. Reaching for the handle I gently turned it and glanced back over my shoulder. Silence and stillness. Thank you God. I was so caught up in my victory, that I didn’t see the squeaky toy on the floor and as my foot landed heavily on it I winced.
No time for thinking, I yanked the door open and made my escape just as the dog came hurtling down the hall toward me. I could hear the girl yelling as I stood on the other side of the door with my foot jammed between it and the frame. The damn animal had caught my sneaker in its mouth and was pulling on it, tearing the material.
“Boxer! Boxer! Stop that!” The girl was coming down the hall and I was actually glad to hear her voice. The dog released my foot and as the door opened I saw why. Glaring at me with Boxer’s collar gripped in her hand, the girl held the dog back as it barked and growled at me.
“Bailing without saying a word? You’re such an asshole.”
I ran my fingers through my hair and shrugged.
“You looked so peaceful. I didn’t want to wake you.” Liar. You didn’t wanna do the whole crying, self-hate thing they do when they realize they’ve been used.
&nbs
p; “What a load of bullshit! You were bailing. You’re such a douche. I knew you had a rep but seriously? Grow the fuck up.”
“Hey, don’t hate the player.”
“You did not seriously try to use that line? Urgh. Not every girl you go to bed with wants to marry you for crying out loud. But a cup of coffee and a thanks would be something. It’s just good manners.”
Shit. I hadn’t thought about it like that. She was still glaring at me but her expression had softened a little.
“Sorry. I just thought…”
“You thought you were hot stuff and that every girl wants a fucking relationship with you. Well, sorry to burst your bubble but I don’t. I’m going to make coffee and toast. Now, are you in or out?”
“If you’ll call off the hound then I’m in.”
She rolled her eyes and pulled the dog out of the way so I could get in. It growled at me but she tugged on the collar and spoke in another language. The dog instantly calmed down and as she released it, it picked up the toy I had woken it with and headed for its bed.
Phew.
She led me to the kitchen and gestured for me to take a seat at her breakfast bar.
“So who was she?”
What the fuck?
“Excuse me?”
She chuckled and handed me a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
“The girl who broke your heart and made you go all douchie.”
I let out a long breath and stared down at my coffee.
“Kinda personal don’t you think?”
She snorted a laugh and leaned against the counter with her cup in her hands.
“We had sex Oliver. I think we’re way past coy, don’t you?”
She did have a point.
“It’s a complicated and long ass story.”
She blew lightly on her drink.
“Well my coffee’s pretty hot and I happen to like complicated. So why don’t you start with her name.”
She walked over and sat on the stool beside me.
Looking across the room at the wall, I told her about Layla, about him, about all of it.
