Qur’an 41:9-12 - Muhammad Pickthall’s translation 9 Say (O Muhammad, unto the idolaters): Disbelieve ye verily in Him Who created the earth in two Days, and ascribe ye unto Him rivals? He (and none else) is the Lord of the Worlds.
10He placed therein firm hills rising above it, and blessed it and measured therein its sustenance in four Days, alike for (all) who ask;
11 Then turned He to the heaven when it was smoke, and said, unto it and unto the earth: Come both of you, willingly or loth. They said,: We come, obedient.
12 Then He ordained them seven heavens in two Days and inspired in each heaven its mandate; and We decked the nether heaven with lamps, and rendered it inviolable. That is the measuring of the Mighty, the Knower.
It tells us that Allah created soil for two (2) days; the trees, water, and mountains for four (4) days; and the skies for two (2) days. If we add the number of days it took Allah to create the earth, we get a total of eight (8) days and not six. What does that tell us?
The complete account of creation in Surah 41:9-12 clearly contradicts the several verses I mentioned above which says that creation was completed in six days. It also contradicts the hadith even though they somewhat match in the order of creation.
Before we end this topic, Muslims make many claims about the age of the earth, and I heard some of them say that the Qur’an is more accurate than the Bible when it comes to the six-day creation as the Qur’an does not mention the length of these days. The fact is that, as always, Muhammad helps us to expose the Muslims’ false science.
Sahih Al-Bukhari, Book 59, Hadith 688 “The Prophet of Allah said, ‘The time has gotten its existent looks and shape which it has now, since Allah created the Heavens and the Earth....”
It's so clear from Muhammad’s words that the length of time at the period of creation is the same as today’s. Moreover, they say that Islam never said that the six days of Allah’s creation is the same as today’s. As you’ve read in the above hadith, it’s exactly the same. By the way, according to science, days at the beginning of the earth were shorter than today’s and they are even getting longer.

But on the other hand, Muhammad said, one day for Allah is equal to one thousand years of our reckoning, as we see in: Qur’an 22:47
“Nevertheless, they ask thee to quicken on the Punishment! However, Allah will not fail in His Promise. Verily, a Day in the sight of your Lord is same as a thousand years of your reckoning.”
Therefore, if time never changed, it was at the same shape, as Muhammad said in the above hadith (“The time has gotten its existent looks and shape which it has now, since Allah created the Heavens and the Earth…”), Allah gave them the same names we have and he called them days. This proves more contradictions in Muhammad’s words and his god’s words. So one of them is telling a lie which ultimately means they are both telling a lie because the first one (Muhammad) told a lie so all that Allah said, is also a lie because it was told by a false witness (Muhammad).

Sahih Muslim, Book 039, Hadith 6707 Abu Haraira Reported that Allah's Messenger (may Allah pray on him), took hold of my hands and said,: “Allah, the high-minded and magnificent created the soil on Saturday and He created the mountains on Sunday, and He created the trees on Monday, and He created the things entailing labour on Tuesday and created light on Wednesday and lie caused the animals to spread on Thursday and created Adam after on Friday afternoon; the final creation at the latest hour of the hours of Friday, which was between
afternoon and night. 1) Does the Big Bang theory speak about afternoon?
2) Either Muhammad told a lie, or
3) Mr. Harun made up this miracle, and lied. You decide.
As you see for yourself, Mr. Harun created his own dates and numbers:
1. Six days for Allah is 16.427104723 billion years. 2. This means that in two days Allah created the earth as in Qur’an 41:9 states:
Say: Is it that ye deny Him Allah Who created the earth in two Days?
3. Two days equals to = 2.666666666666667 billions years. 4. Allah needed four more days to create the earth's substances, as Qur’an 41:10 states: He set on the earth, mountains standing firm, high above it, and bestowed blessings on the earth, and measure on it all things and its substance, in four Days, for those who are in need.
5. Four days + 2 = 6. This means the earth was the only thing created during these 16.427104723 billion years!
6. It's clear that Harun Yahya does not know that the Qur’an has a big mistake when Allah said many times that he created the earth in six days. Chapter 41:9-12 clearly shows that Allah created the earth in eight (8) days. 2 days, earth creation + 4 days, earth's substances + 2 days, sky creation, as seen in Qur’an 41:9-12:
9 Say: Do you deny Him Who created the earth in two Days? And you and take equal Gods to him, he is the Lord of the two world.
10 He placed therein on earth mountains standing firm from above it, and He blessed it, and measured on it, its subsistence for its inhabitants in four Days equal by length for all those who ask.
11 After that He rose over towards the heaven when it was smoke, and said, to it and to the earth: move towards both of you by choice or against your choice. They both said,: We came with obedience.
12 So He made them as seven skies in two Days, and He assigned to each heaven its duty and command. And We decorated the lower heaven with stars, and provided it with guard. Such is respect of the almighty the Full of Knowledge.
However one more shot in the head to kill the fabricated science, the Quran state with clear words that the Sky was the last to create as we read in:

10Huge Quran contradiction 11 Allah created the Earth first or the Heaven?
1. The first question is why did Mr. Harun count all the chapters addressing creation but he did not count to us chapter 79? Is it because of the contradictions found in chapter 41 with regards to which element Allah created and finished first? And to quote him in these verses (Qur’an 32:4, 10:3, 11:7, 25:59, 57:4, 50:38, and 7:54) they mean not only "days," but also "age, period, moment, term."
2. In chapter 41, Allah created the earth before the sky as we read from verses 9, 10, 11, and 12. After the earth was created, the sky was still a smoke. And this is pointed out with the word “then” in the verse based on his translation: “He placed firmly embedded mountains on it, towering over it, and blessed it and measured out its nourishment in it, laid out for those who seek it-all in
four days.Then He turned to heaven when it was
smoke and said, to it and to the earth, "Come willingly or unwillingly." They both said, "We come willingly." (Qur’an, 41:10-11)”
3. In chapter 79:30, interpretation of Al-Tabari, Vol. 24, p. 208 and Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Vol. 8, p. 316: “earth was created before the sky”.

1. Even if we ignore this mistake, there was still no sun, no light, or any other source of light. How then did the created animals and trees of Allah survived on earth for billions of years without light? And what about the oxygen when the sky was still a smoke? Does that mean that the sky was merely composed of fine particles of carbon?
2. In chapter 41:11 it says “After that He rose over towards the heaven when it was smoke”, so it proves that the earth was already created while the sky was nothing but a smoke
which exposes all the fabrications in Mr. Harun’s claims.

The year of Allah is twelve months from the beginning of the earth and heaven’s creation.
One more scientific error to go. If Muslims these days accept the Big Bang theory, how then can Mr. Harun reconcile the fact that Allah and his prophet said that a year is made up of 12 months while scientists of the Big Bang theory claimed a year used to be only less than 4 months?

I have determined that the day/night rotation was 63,000 seconds shorter than the present 86,400 seconds it is today. This would put the Earth's rotation at about 6.5 hours per day/night cycle, when it was created, 4.5 billion years ago. (This is a much faster rate of rotation than the Cassini-Huygens mission (2003 to 2004) determined Saturn's 10.5 hours rotation period to be.)”

As long Muslims accept whatever Big Bang scientists say, then they should accept that a day was so short: “This would put the Earth's rotation at about 6.5 hours per day/night cycle,” therefore the year was about 4 month only:
the year is about 8765.8127 hours so the year was much more shorter 2'317.25 hours and the day was 6.5 hours. Hours today 24 / 6.5 = 3.692 so the year was less than 4 months to our time today. And this proves Muhammad and his god to be false as we read in the Qur’an

Another verse about the creation of the heavens is as follows: Do those who disbelieve not see that the heavens and the earth were sewn together and then We unstitched them and that We made from water every living thing? So will they not believe? (Qur’an, 21:30)
The word "ratq" translated as "sewn to" means "mixed in each, blended" in the Arabic vernacular. It is used to refer to two different substances that make up a whole.

My answer
Let us take a look at the verse again with this knowledge in mind. Mr. Harun said, “In the verse, sky and earth are at first subject to the status of ratq. They are separated (fataqa) with one coming out of the other. Intriguingly, when we remember the first moments of the Big Bang, we see that the entire matter of the universe collected at one single point.”
Then this is about the Big Bang? Sometimes I ask myself if the claim maker reads his own words.
As long as the Qur’an says that the earth and sky were together, and then separated, this would mean that:
1. This is about separating, not creating; 2. In Mr. Harun’s words, the phrase, "we unstitched," is the verb "fataqa" in Arabic and implies that something comes into being by tearing apart or destroying the structure of things that are sewn to one another.”
3. “Do those who disbelieve not see that the heavens and the earth were sewn together and then We unstitched them”.
4. “that are sewn to one another.”There was an earth; and
5. There was a sky.
1. The unstitching was after their existence as earth and heaven,”and then We Unstitched them”. 2. As we see the words, “they are separated (fataqa)” notice that Allah is saying: we separated the earth and the heaven, therefore, there was earth and it was heaven but they were connected and then we separated them from each other.
As we read in Mr. Harun’ translation of Qur’an, 21:30 “that the heavens and the earth were sewn together and then We unstitched them”
3. The Big Bang theory says there was nothing! It doesn’t claim that the earth and sky were one and then exploded! 4. Those who believe in the Big Bang theory claim that the earth is approximately 4.54 billion years old. By the way, I am not saying this is a date that I accept but, as long as the Muslims are accepting the Big Bang theory as a fact, they should accept whatever age comes with it. The earth is so young at 4.54 billion years compared to their claim that the universe is 16 billion years old, to quote: “Calculated in terms of years, 6 trillion days equates to approximately 16.427 billion years” I saw in Mr. Harun's website that they claim the universe was created 16 billion years ago. This is proof that the Muslims did not read the book they quoted from. They just picked and chose the cherries they wanted. Actually, this isn't even working for them, because it makes everything very wrong. Why? It's because Allah made the stars (all the stars) long after he created and finished the earth, as we seen in Qur’an 41:9-12.
5. It's so clear that they are trying to fool us, when the words are clearly speaking for themselves. All that Allah or Muhammad are saying is that Allah lifted up the sky, as we have seen in the Qur’an 13:2:
“Allah is He Who raised up the heavens without visible PILLARS that you can see.” This means that the sky was once on top of the earth! Allah then raised the sky up with pillars that we cannot see. It's so clear that what Allah or Muhammad are saying is that Allah raised the sky and by that they were separated from each other. This is surely very false because the earth is inside the sky, not out of it. The earth itself is hanging in the sky (space). I will talk about this verse later in more details in Qur’an 50:1.
When we answered the claim about the universe being created from hot smoke, we read this verse which was posted and translated by Mr. Harun himself:
“That Day We will fold up heaven like folding up the pages of a book. As We originated the first creation so We will regenerate it. It is a promise binding on Us. That is what We will do.” (Qur’an, 21:104)
So Allah created the earth and the heaven by unfolding something similar to a book, but we do not see any explosion in the unfolding. If Allah weren’t holding the sky then it would surely fall on us!
Qur’an 22:65
“Do you not see that Allah has made submissive to you whatsoever is in the earth and the ships running in the sea by His command? And He withholds the heaven from falling on the earth except with His approval most surely Allah is forgiving merciful to men.”
So, the word “ fataqa” or “unstitched them” means that Allah just lifted up the sky. No Big Bang explosion or even creation of the sky. He just held it up and kept it from falling on us.

“Its He Who created for you all that is in the earth. And after that ('SUMA) He turned to the heaven, and formed it as seven heavens. And He is knowable of all things.”

My answer 1. This is a shortsighted claim showing the foolishness of the person’s claim. Mr. Harun's statement is supposedly proving that the Bible says that the sky is left it up by columns.! I will quote his claim:
“For instance, in the New American Bible, a picture is drawn to show how the authors of the Bible imagined the world. In that picture, the sky resembles an overturned bowl and is supported by columns (The New American Bible, St Joseph’s Medium Size Edition,”
1. He said “show how the authors of the Bible imagined the world.” he mean God or the translator? If he mean God well our God never gave us any drawing,if he mean the translator then what this have to do with our bible or God.?
2. There are millions of drawings that represent the art of humans but if you want to prove that the Bible teaches that, then you better show a verse. Since he can’t, I will present a very clear verse about what the God of the Bible says about this topic. And since also he quoted from the New American Bible translation, I will give a gift from the same translation to prove how silly his claim is:
